I was very happy to know you had hot water for the shower.. 🙂 Breakfast was very good. It was my first time having the famous Guinobatan longanisa. Also, the rooftop was nice.

We initially missed the turn into the small street where the hotel is located because we didn't realize it was a street at first. Also, it was also very tight parking the car but glad we had parking.

I didn’t realize that it was a little far away from Legazpi.

the staff were very accomodating and super nice. They recommended activities around bicol and the breakfast was delicious as well!

Very near where we have an event, very clean rooms, very clean lobby, staffs are very courteous and helpful.

The staff are friendly & love dogs, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious. The view of the volcano is amazing!

It’s clean except the toilet or washroom. It’s leaking bad some part is dirty.I took a picture of that.

I don’t like the washroom or toilet it’s dirty. It’s not the property that I don’t like It’s the people that manage the property. Posted wrong information on booking . com. I booked family room with 4 beds they give us 3 beds . I also took a picture of what is posted on booking. com . I told them change their posting make it right.Charge us for early check in but didn’t refunded when we checked out early. It’s says in the posting daily housekeeping. I booked two nights I expect them to clean the room but they didn’t. Should removed posting daily housekeeping. I will not booked again on that property very basic it’s not worth the money I pay.

It smells nice when we walk in our room but too loud, you can hear the traffic noise.

The owner was very nice. She upgraded our room to family room. The hotel was very near to shops.

No shampoo and the hot water system was not working

Wonderful one night stay after arriving quite late at the airport. We were made so welcome, even though it was just for the one night. Thank you so much for the friendly hospitality. Will definitely be back sometime in the future

The staff is very polite and accommodating. The room is clean and has good linen/beddings provided. The location is easy to find and secured.

The property was well maintained and easy access to any tourist destination in legaspi. They also have rooftop and overlooking of the Mayon.

The hotel is nice, clean and the owner is very accommodating. We booked it late at night and it was easy checking in. We had a great time staying at the hotel, we had a good night sleep. Definitely, next time we will be going back there. It was relaxing and we felt safe especially we have a car, parking is free. Free coffee for the morning too as we check-out early. You will get the value of your money staying in this hotel.

The place is a bit far away from tourist attractions but it has view of Mayon. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is said to be pet friendly but it's not. Barley tolerating a dog is not pet friendly. We stayed for two nights with separate bookings. The first night was ok even though we could feel the owner (?) was bit unfriendedly about our dog. When we went back the next day that's when it got worse. As soon as we pulled into the parking we could see the owner rolling her eyes then she went upstairs to check if the room is ready with an annoyed expression. She probably thought we can't see but it was obvious and very rude. She only put on a forced smile when we entered. First, we didn't understand why but then later on realized that the problem was with our dog. Turned out that they didn't notice our dog the first day at check in, only when we went out with her to potty at night. So this time, we had to pay an extra 500 peso fee for her. Considering the price of the hotel It's way too high of a fee for a tiny 3kg dog in a "pet friendly" place especially without prior notice to this fee. But it was ok, an unpleasant surprise because we could have booked better hotels in better location for that price, but no big deal. What upset us was the attitude and the reasoning for this fee. That rooms will need "deep cleaning" (I didn't even understand this, rooms should always be deep cleaned after each guests?) after pets staying in them because some guests doesn't like dogs and our dog should wear diapers at all times and so on. I understand that she wants to please guests but she forgot we are guests too... Our dog is potty trained and wearing a diaper all day all night would be highly uncomfortable for her. Pets are family and should be treated as guest, too. Please just don't mark your hotel as pet friendly if you don't like pets.

the breakfast i had was very good and healthy. clean spacious room. the location is perfect because right outside is where you can catch ride to anywhere. it's also close to the market walking distance. also outside is safe and good for morning jog or walk, there's also a lot of people jogging in the morning. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. they even recommend good places to visit as a tourist. would definitely be booking again next year.
