The Palines Apartment Hotel near Evia Alabang Las Pinas

They don’t clean the room, stayed for a week and no cleaning no change of towels and bedsheets. No one comes to empty the garbage bin, I have to tell them, no one literally come to to your room. I know it’s budget property but no room cleaning for a week stay, no change of bed sheet that’s unacceptable.

They have refrigerator, microwave and kettle.

Internet, and the AC is not that cold.

The room has no TV and the bed is noisy, not a quality bed. Metal bed is not good for relaxation at it creates noise when little movement is made.

Honest Review: Cheap accomodation for sure,clean yes .Intentional unresponsiveness to guest's requests to cancel stay for having slow internet(slow for work and games which is a big deal),would respond for things that would let hotel earn money : room upgrade and additional stay which were requested prior to cancelling of staying. Location is very dark at night time and at the middle of the night some people outside will get noisy if you'll stay by the roadside.Would be requested by staff member to leave key whenever leaving the premises,which I absolutely did not do.This is the first time I heard a hotel asking guests to leave the keys out.The keys will then be placed in room where the window/door would not be secure/open at times,so this is risky/safety issue that the hotel should not be doing at the first place.I uploaded pictures when staff would not be present and the door/window to the keys would be open.Low water pressure at night time and by 2300/11PM water is usually out which the hotel didn't advertise and would be back by 0400.The hotel itself is decent.Staff members were fine.But these are big deal breakers.

Very clean place. The location is a bit far from everything, but if that doesn’t matter to you then this is perfect. It’s a clean place, no cockroaches, the staff is very friendly, and the costs are quite low for what you get. There’s also a 7-11 nearby, and all in all it’s a relaxed place to stay.

What was less good about the place is that they have strange rules, like having to leave your key at the reception when you go outside, as if you’re a child. I don’t understand this rule at all and it’s really ridiculous, because you have to sign a paper stating that they are not responsible for theft in your room, and then you’re required to leave your key there where everyone walks past and can easily grab it, since the staff don’t watch it all the time.

Near Forresta Cafe. Basic facilities and a secure environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. Definitely a good value for money - highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!"

Location and security is good.

01 Wash basin is out of order and water pressure is very low.. cleanliness is average only. Air conditioner is too noisy.

The location is far from everything, and unfortunately, we were unable to rent a motorbike as no one seemed able to assist us with that. We decided to just relax for the week instead. The gentleman working there is always busy, and we felt bad having to ask him for anything. On the plus side, the apartment had a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, which was convenient. We were able to get some food from Alfamart, though it’s a bit of a walk. I wouldn’t have minded staying here if we could have rented a motorbike, as we’ve been traveling throughout the Philippines and other accommodations have always helped us arrange one. Grab is available sometimes in this area, which was a plus, but overall, the lack of motorbike rental made it difficult to explore.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Most of the needed appliances are available such as refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave oven.
