i lavori in corso davanti alla nostra finestra che rovinavano la vista del mare la totale mancanza di pressione dell'acqua: per lavare i capelli ho dovuto riempire più volte il boccione da 7 litri e versarlo sulla testa: impossibile per chi ha i capelli lunghi il percorso da fare per raggiungere la spiaggia, pieno di vetri, detriti e immondizia bruciata (ovviamente non è responsabilità dell'albergo)

I have not stayed in a better hotel bedroom in my life. The room was massive, clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The air con was so easy to control. The WiFi was strong. The room also had a fridge. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The enormous windows had fabulous views of the seas and the islands. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. A beautiful long beach with a nice surprise 10 minutes walk away from the resort is a restaurant called Fisherman's Restaurant where JP, the owner is the fisherman and his wife is the chef who cooks what he catches. I recommend the garlic butter crab. The fisherman also does a boat tour to a nearby desert island.

No swimming pool at the resort. There was a bit of litter on the beach which sadly is quite common in the Philippines.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wonderfully large bed and a truly stunning view encompassing the entire property and the sea. The private bathroom was generously sized, and the Wi-Fi, TV, AC, and hot shower all worked flawlessly. The hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We've stayed in many resorts, but this one stands out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and there's a bar outside and a mini-bar in the room. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary water in the room's fridge, with free refills. Free coffee and tea were also provided, with refills available upon request from housekeeping. Housekeeping automatically replenishes everything if you request their service; otherwise, you can request refills at the front desk. (Alcoholic beverages are not included, of course).

The staff we very friendly, the view was beautiful from my room. We were able to book some excursions without going to El Nido.

That the WiFi did not work, they didn't have deserts, and the beach was dirty.

Beautiful,very comfortable, view from my room was really fantastic.We are 2 adults and 1 child and my kid sleep on the sofa bed which is quite enough .Sofa bed size is almost the same of one single bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the beauty of the room. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially impressive, with plenty of space to move around and a luxurious feel. But the real highlight was the view from my window - simply breathtaking!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, my room was simply stunning. It was truly a unique experience, as I had a breathtaking view of the sea beach view and the garden. I spent the whole day in my room as I couldn't get enough of the amazing view. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby😍! The staff was very kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. My room had a private bathroom and a TV with Netflix streaming, which was a great touch. But most importantly, the design and the view from my room made me feel like a prince/princess. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
