سكنت شقة غرفتين . إطلالة الشقة جدا جميله مكان رايع لرياضة المشي حيث بالقرب من الشقة مجرى نهر يوازيه ممشى طويل على إطلالات خرافيه . الشقة مجهزه بكل شيء خاصة جهاز صنع القهوة بطحن حبوب القهوة وليس الكبسولات.بلكونة الغرفة مجهزه بطاولة وكراسي وسرير شمسي وكانت جميع الوجبات فيها لجمال الطقس، احدى الغرف يوجد بها سونا . أحبنا تجهيز التعليمات باللغة العربيه ، يوفرون فوط وروب استحمام مع إمكانية تجديد الفوط حيث توجد رفوف بالطابق الاول للفوط الجديده ومجانا . الداون تاون قريب تقريبا مشي اقل من 10 دقايق يوجد سوبرماركت بيلا في الداون تاون . كل غرفة مع حمام خاص

فقط لا يوجد مايكرويف . الحمامات أبوابها زجاجيه وبدون قفل فقط عليها صورة جبل لإخفاء من بالداخل .

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Himmlgassl. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with amazing views over the Zillertal valley and surrounding mountains. The host was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel at home from the beginning. We also really enjoyed the sauna and the overall privacy and peaceful atmosphere of the property. The location was a great base for exploring Zillertal and the surrounding areas by car. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Austrian Alps. We would be happy to stay here again.

De accommodatie is perfect. Het is ontzettend net en schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken. De bedden zijn heerlijk en de appartementen zijn ruim en voelen erg luxe aan. Wij zijn erg gastvrij ontvangen. Het contact voelde erg persoonlijk. De ligging is aan de rand van het dorp met op 3 minuten lopen een fantastisch openbaar park met grote speeltuin, voetbalveld, midgetgolfbaan en zelfs een zwembad. Ook voor vakantie met kinderen is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. Ook restaurants en een supermarkt is op loopafstand bereikbaar (of eventueel zelfs met de beschikbare fietsen vanuit Villa Himmlgassl). Al met al zeker een aanrader!

The accommodation was very clean and modern, with everything feeling new and well maintained. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful village, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The only thing my family didn’t like was that the laundry service was not included and required an additional fee. It would have been better if it had been provided as part of the accommodation.

Super nette Vermieterin. Alles neu und komfortabel. Skibus für die Zillertaler Arena halt sozusagen vor der Haustür. Das Auto kann man im Untergeschoss der Villa abstellen.

O locație nouă, foarte frumoasă cu toate facilitățile pe care ți le poți dori pentru o vacanță reușită. Proprietari foarte amabili, atenți la nevoile noastre. Un plus a fost și sauna din apartament. Recomand cu mare încredere.

Na aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen uitleg over alle gemakken en we hadden goed contact met de gastvrouw. Tevens was er gemakkelijk contact te leggen middels whatsapp! Gewoon prima accommodatie!

Alles tot in de puntjes afgewerkt en perfecte locatie voor een super skipass (tussen Zell, mayerhofen, kaltenbach) Geweldige gastvrouw en zo relax. Met een electrische auto heerlijk garage met eigen laadplek. Heerlijk!!

Toller und großer Balkon mit schönen Ausblick. Stellplatz in geräumiger Tiefgarage Komfortabler Skiraum Skibus Haltestelle zum Skigebiet Zillertal Arena

My Stay at Villa Himms – Zillertal Valley, Austria 🇦🇹 My stay at Villa Himms was absolutely beyond expectations — a truly exceptional experience in every sense. The place combines luxury, elegance, and the breathtaking beauty of nature in a peaceful and serene setting that’s hard to find anywhere else. The villa itself is beautifully furnished with high-end, tasteful décor. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication. The cleanliness is simply outstanding — everything looked spotless and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, surrounded by stunning natural scenery and complete tranquility. It feels incredibly safe and private, offering the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Everything you could possibly need is available — from a fully equipped kitchen to all modern amenities — making it feel just like home. What impressed me most is that the photos on Booking are 100% accurate, and in fact, the reality is even better! The location is also excellent, perfectly positioned between some of Austria’s most beautiful cities: • Just a short drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, • Close to Salzburg and Innsbruck, • And easily accessible from Munich. A special mention to the lady in charge of the villa and her husband — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They didn’t restrict us to the official checkout time and made everything easy and pleasant, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. I spent five unforgettable nights at Villa Himms — surrounded by beauty, comfort, and absolute peace. In short, Villa Himms is the perfect choice for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, nature, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Austria. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very kind, giving us a small gift upon arrival and another one at departure, and she was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the apartment is very luxurious and looks brand new. The location is excellent, close to the supermarket and about 800 meters from the village center with shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The premises is relatively new. Everything is organised and clean. The location in the heart of scenic Zillertal valley. Sandy was so cooperative & supportive in all requests we asked for.

The only thing is missing is the breakfast. We suggest to add option of in-house delivery breakfast.

Zeer luxe modern appartement en smaakvol ingericht. Het is rustig gelegen, maar d.m.v. de brug over de Ziller sta je binnen enkele minuten lopen in het park met speeltuin, sportfaciliteiten en een openlucht zwembad. Bij de inrichting van het appartement is aan alle details gedacht. We voelden ons er thuis, met het comfort van een luxe hotel. De lokale bakker bezorgt broodjes aan de deur. De gastvrouw gaf ons een warm ontvangst, was goed bereikbaar en buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader!

Er ontbreekt echt helemaal niets in dit appartement.

We also appreciated the sustainable approach of the villa, from the eco-friendly building materials to the solar panels and EV charging stations in the private garage. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their kindness and care made our stay feel even more special. Whether for a family holiday or a relaxing alpine escape, Villa Himmlgassl is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return.

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also conveniently located near many tourist attractions, which made our outings easy and enjoyable. The host is incredibly kind and helpful — she made us feel completely at home, which added a warm, personal touch to our stay. We truly felt like we were in our own home. We had an amazing stay at Villa Himmlgassl Private Spa! Everything was perfect—from the modern, spotless property to the incredible private sauna, which was a real treat after long days of skiing. The villa is beautifully designed, with a lovely terrace offering stunning mountain views. The location is excellent: Zillertal Arena is just 5 minutes away by car, or you can take the ski bus that stops only 50 meters from the property. We also skied in Mayrhofen, which is a short 10-minute drive, and it's great to know that the Superskipass covers Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen, and Hintertux Glacier. Parking near the lifts is free, making it super convenient if you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, which we did every day. Plus, Zell am Ziller town center is just a 5-minute walk away, so restaurants and shops are within easy reach. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—new, clean, well-located, and perfect for a ski holiday. Highly recommend!

I don't want to spoil the first impresion....But coming from the lift to the apartment...you have to experince that 😉. Everything was just perfect and apartment is sooooo nice. Also the host was more than kind and helpful. The person who designed the building is a genius with the right feeling for details. Big sauna, wonderfull rooms, bathrooms.... Congrats!

Due to the specific modern heating with no radiators (or any other heating element) an alternative option to dry out wet ski clothes would be nice to have. In general, lot of state-of-the-art technologies are installed and sometimes would be helpful to have brief easy-to-follow user’s instruction such as pictograms etc.

Lovely apartment for winter vacation with private sauna. Modern design and fully equipped. Stunning views from the terrace. Great location for skiers (ski bus stop just in front of the house) and for non-skiers as well as it is easy to walk to the town and in the nature. Convenient parking for the cars. Very friendly and caring landlords.

Very nice place with good location specially for kids there a very near park and swimming pool.. good coffee machine, comfy beds , big balcony with nice view, they have individual AC in each room. Very friendly owner ❤️ We really love the place
