Front office staff not professional, they don’t provide anything until you follow up back to back. In fact we had go down to take even towel which they supposed to keep it ready to use before check in. They don’t give any tea coffee or water bottles even though it’s mentioned in the room amenities.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2025The only positive aspect of our stay was the room itself, which was good. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. The hotel didn’t even provide water for the guests, and there were no other amenities or services worth mentioning. It felt like they didn’t care about the guest experience at all. Overall, apart from the room, everything else was really bad.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was highly disappointing. Instead of serving freshly prepared meals, they gave us food bought from local shops, wrapped in newspapers, and handed it to the guests. When we informed them that we didn’t want the breakfast, they refused to refund the amount. We consumed breakfast only on one day, but were still charged for all the days, even when we didn’t take it. Despite raising a complaint through the booking platform, the issue kept bouncing back and forth between the booking service and the hotel, with no resolution. This experience was extremely frustrating and showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

I have booked the room made part payment they didn't provided room the reason they say i didn't check in @ 12:00 that's why they give to someone. If I asked about the money that I paid, they don't have an answer for that, and I had a really strange experience.
