Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Best staff, reception staff, quality food, competitive cleanliness, but not happy with TV and WiFi it should be improved , we have stayed at Vivanta 3 times and we will always come to Vivanta Ahmadabad when we will come back to India.
No major issues , no complain.. just kitchen service to room is bit slow.

The staff were exceptionally helpful with a smile on there faces. Really enjoyed the breakfast with all the chef's and staff were amazing. The managers were very helpful too.

The staff wasn’t the best when we checked in. It was midnight and our room wasn’t ready (it was on a smoking floor and the smell was terrible) (despite informing them of our time of arrival). Then we opted for another room, and when we went to the second room, the keys were not working and the staff with us were laughing and giggling. Then we went to the reception and complained and finally we were given a room. This was not a pleasant experience as women traveling and checking in late at night at a hotel. However the rest of the stay was okay.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026This was our 4th stay at this hotel and each stay was excellent, service, food and cleanliness was the magnet which drew us here again and again. Four names stand out ,Santosh, Ajay, Ankit and the eversmiling Sureshbhai at the door. We look forward to returning soon.
