Optimal position in the very centre of the town, the hotel is a sort of dependence of the hotel Globo and it covers an entire floor in a historical super nice building with an amazing view on the main pedestrian area! Bed confortable, air conditioning is new. Everything is clearly quite new. Staff is kind and the room gets cleaning late during midday/afternoon, which is comfortable for people who sleeps till late!

The shower has some problems for the way it is built, I suspect it's very hard to clean and needs a restoring of trims. The fridge is a bit small. There was a kettle, but might I suggest change the available mugs?they were only two very small coffee mugs, and no spoons, nor coffee offered, at least a couple for welcoming would had been nice, We had to buy everything since it was only a room, no breakfast.

In pieno centro di di bell' SanRemo, materasso comodo, stanza grande con corridoio, pulito, lo staff carino... tutto perfetto !!!

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere la vasca idromasaggio , ma era sporca e non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruirla. Se viene offerto un servizio del genere sarebbe giusto che sia igienico e pulito altrimenti sarebbe meglio non offrire nulla

Location was excellent. Cleaning was excellent. Facilities very good.

Check in was a little haphazard as the manager seemed to be run off his feet when we arrived, and we waited a long while to be taken to the apartment.

Er lag een haar in de douchebak, gordijnen stuk, minibar leeg maar wel prijslijst erop, geen parkeer mogelijkheid in de directe nabijheid terwijl wel toegezegd, erg gehorig, buren douchen alsof ze in je kamer douchen maar feitelijk was dat ook zo. Stopcontacten doorgebrand en werkten ook niet allemaal. Airco hele nacht aan gehad op 18 en bleef op 24° hangen maar stond ook op 24 toen we hem aanzetten. Kortom het kost niks maar het is ook niks terwijl de plaatjes en reviews best ok zijn. We zijn dan ook na 1 nacht vertrokken in plaats van de betaalde 5! Personeel wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Praticamente tutto. Presunto upgrade prima dell'arrivo mai effettuato con annessa presa in giro e consegna della stessa camera in ritardo unicamente per prepararla, a quanto pare molto male visto che era decisamente sporca.

Even though the host knew they couldn't provide the room I had already paid for, they kept quiet. They deliberately waited until my late-night arrival to inform me that I would be staying in a completely different location outside the city center. I refused this unacceptable last-minute change. Communication with the host was very difficult and their business practices are completely unreliable. As a result, you just end up spending a lot of time fighting to get your money back through customer support. Save yourself the stress, this place is absolutely not worth it.

Pas de parking proche. Il a fallu marcher 15 minutes avec les valises. Ensuite l hôtel est introuvable avec internet. On a atterri sur un autre hôtel de la chaîne et un monsieur nous a accompagné. Un ascenseur oui, mais il faut être très maigre pour rentrer dedans, il est d un autre temps.... Ensuite, le bruit de la rue est affreux, avec des chanteurs sui hirlent dans leurs micros et leur musique beaucoup trop forte, le bruit des gens et des voitures proches...., nous n' avons pas dormi de la nuit. Le comble de la mesquinerie aussi c'est d avoir mis une bouilloire mais pas de café ni thé. Il n' y a pas de petit déjeuner non plus. Un mini bar?? C'est une vaste blague ! On peut juste y mettre 3 yoghurts! La salle de bain est peite mais correcte, avec une grande douche, mais le sol de la douche est très abîmé et les joints sont moisis!

Le fait que si nous avons un problème il ni a personne à la réception !!! Il ni avait q’un sachet de thé pas de sachet de café , que j’ai partagé le thé avec mon mari !!!! , entendais tout ce qui se passait dans la rue très passante très tard dans la nuit près de l’ariston ( festival de la chanson italienne )se garer près du port avec parking ne payant car il ni a aucune places de parking.!!prévoyez de l’argent pour le parking en plus !! l’hôtel se trouve dans une très jolie rue piétonne !!! 7/10

Avevamo prenotato la camera al Correnti Boutique Hotel Gold, ma per motivi legati alla gestione ci hanno trasferito alla Correnti Luxury Roooms. Grazie a Dio, l’esperienza è stata meravigliosa! La camera era super confortevole e spaziosa, e la pulizia impeccabile. Anche le persone dell’Hotel Globo, che ci hanno aiutato nella gestione, sono state gentilissime e disponibili. La posizione è ideale: a un isolato dal mare, a un isolato dalla zona pedonale, con i mezzi pubblici e tanti bar e ristoranti a portata di mano. È stato tutto perfetto! Hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative! Torneremo sicuramente e li raccomanderemo senza alcun dubbio!

Non ho trovato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Solo direi che con un piccolo frigorifero in camera, sarebbe davvero tutto ancora più perfetto!

Pulizia pessima. Lenzuola sporche. Bidè non utilizzabile perché otturato. Per terra pieno di capelli. Alle 14,30 ho dovuto chiamare e chiedere che mi venisse rifatta la stanza 🙄

Propre et personnel très sympathique

J’ai pas aimé l’ascenseur car il était très petit et douteux .mais dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est bien passé car l’intérieur des chambres est correct pour le prix payé .

L accueil du gérant très sympathique, l emplacement est parfait , se réveiller le matin et pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dans la via Matteotti c est royal. Tout est accessible à pied . Et un grand ❤️ pour la dame qui fait le ménage , elle est adorable et fait l effort de parler français. Je reviendrai sans hésitation . Merci

La literie est vraiment bas de gamme, l'isolation extérieur et du couloir est inexistante on entend toutes les voitures ainsi que les gens qui rentrent dans le couloir toutes la nuit. Poignée de la salle de bains cassé

Mugg i dusjen. Viften på badet full av støv. Dør til gangen ikke lydtett, ikke godkjent branndør. Veldig lite kjøleskap, plass til noen få plastflasker. Rommet ble ikke vasket, kun ryddet under oppholdet.

Très jolie chambre et salle de bain Le personnel est exceptionnel. M'a appelé plusieurs fois pour organiser mon arrivée. Le troisième lit était adapté a un enfant , mais pas pour un ado de 15 ans.

Annulation par l hotel le jour meme, a 13h, avec une explication embrouillée. Idem avec booking que j ai contacté. Etant deja arrivé a Sanremo nous avons du prendre un autre jotel, 50€ de plus... Pas fiable, a eviter.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll und zentral in Sanremo gelegen. Man erreicht Restaurants, den Hafen, den Strand und die Einkaufsmeile alles sehr einfach zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings hatte der Mitarbeiter gesagt die Rezeption sei rund um die Uhr besetzt und wir haben bei 2 Übernachtungen nie wieder jemanden gesehen. Sauberkeit war ans ich okay, allerdings lag bspw. bei Ankunft ein langes Haar auf der Toilette. Preis-Leistung absolut super und wenn man von den Kleinigkeiten absieht waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

La camera non era pulita, il letto e gli asciugamani avevano un odore sgradevole, la luce del bagno si spegneva continuamente. Il condizionatore non raffredda bene. Avevo prenotato una camera Gold, ma mi hanno assegnato una camera standard.

Mon compagnon et moi avons été énormément surpris par la taille de la chambre et la propreté des lieux. Hélas nous ne sommes resté qu’un soir mais si Sanremo vient à nous appeler une seconde fois, nous n’hésiterons pas à reprendre cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, ils expliquent tout en détail et ce avec beaucoup d’hospitalité. Merci.

Le réceptionniste est très courtois et parle très bien français. Nous avons eu accès à toutes les informations sur notre chambre. Aussi, la chambre est propre et la literie est très confortable. Nous avons bien dormi.

Il manquait juste quelques capsules de café et il n'y avait pas de boisson dans le mini-bar. Mais c'était pas contraignant car il y a un Ekom, un supermarché à proximité de l'hôtel.

Nothing at all!

I have never made an negative review, but my experience was extremely disappointing. We had a booking with this hotel for 2 nights stay. On the first day when we made the check in around 18:20, the air conditioning in our room did not work. Im an 9 month pregnant woman who suffers a lot the heat! We reported the issue really quickly after we entered in the room, because when we entered the room temperature was 27 degrees and after 1 hour it became 28! After I called the receptionist which was never there fiscally and explained the problem, he asked about the setting I had set the air conditioner even though when he left, it was him that set it to dry mode! After he left and I realized it wasn’t working so I set it on cooling mode, then he said that we had to wait for the technician to come, then a staff member came to the room and attempted to solve the problem. When it became clear that the air conditioning could not be fixed, 2 hour’s later I was given a portable cooling unit instead. Unfortunately, this was not a real solution. The unit was extremely noisy and produced a significant amount of heat because it had no proper exhaust hose or ventilation system to expel the hot air outside. As a result, it did not provide the level of cooling expected from a room advertised with air conditioning. The following day, the hotel moved us to another room where the air conditioning worked properly. What I found particularly unfair was being told over the phone from the owner that another guest would be placed in the same room I had complained about! I also contacted Booking.com immediately, sent plenty of emails, while I was still at the property, and provided photos and videos as evidence. However, I was later informed that no agreement had been reached with the hotel, and no meaningful solution was offered. What made the situation even more difficult was that I am 9 months pregnant. I informed both the hotel and Booking.
