Reros Apartments in Mankweng

No Netflix account, wifi was not working

Best staff members and clean rooms

nothing, everything was great

Everything about the place

Nothing

Clean linen Comfortable bed

The host was nonchalant, poor communicator, just not organised and rude when I reported faulty electric fault which literally shocked us. She put our lives in danger, knowingly. Even after reporting that the shower and all water in all basins shocked us, she did nothing about it. Never bothered to get a professional electrician just expect some drunk uncle manning the property to solve the electricity issue. I cancelled the remaining 2 nights of 4 booked and requested a refund. She dropped the call on my ears when I requested a refund and she never bothered to apologise for the inconvenience caused and for putting our lives in danger. She is too unprofessional and uncaring to be on booking.com

The place was very clean and the lady that works there very friendly

The WiFi /Signal is poor

The cleanliness of the room nd the good smell

Nothing

It’s clean and beautiful

The stuff members were very nice and welcoming.

We had electricity problems on the day I checked out; it was constantly tripping.

The neatness and welcoming staff at the place

There was no small desk and chair to work on my office work, though not too inconveniencing

The location was in a very calm environment with no noise.

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned, we had to wait for approximately 15 min which was very inconvenient, we expected our room to be clean by the time we arrived

Easily accessible from the main road

We really enjoyed our stay there

I liked the quietness and it was cleaned

Everything and mostly friendly by umalume

Everything

Cleanliness, location and size - value for money!

The wifi is non-existent, had to use my data.

The pool area is amazing, although an extra gazebo by the pool chairs would add value. The air is prestine and the livestock in the area add a relaxing aura to the accommodation.

The bad wifi connection.

Everything. From the aesthetics to the amenities.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The bed is super comfortable

The Wi-Fi did not work. We are only given one towel to share as a couple.

The cleanliness of the property and the fresh air of it

Surrounding area, there were animals making noise

Pool section n the apartment was perfect

Tv and not having wifi it was boring

Everything about the place was amazing ♥️♥️ The pool, and apartment were clean proper stuff RERO, well done🎉🎉 The uncle at the gate was friendly too.

I liked everything about the place it’s so beautiful and peaceful. It’s looks exactly as advertised. Perfect

I didn’t like the check in process. I think it’s better to book using their WhatsApp line instead of booking.com . Firstly they couldn’t find me in their bookings while my booking was confirmed Secondly I received a call after 4pm of them asking about my booking while I had already checked in

Everything Thabiso treated us very well

Noise, first night the other guests were making noise till late I couldn't sleep at all but the following nights everything was fine

Place is just like the pictures, very nice and most importantly clean.we enjoyed being there and we really felt comfortable

Nothing

Everything is superb, comfortable room, braai area is tops , clean swimming pool, music is provided, perfect place to enjoy.

None, I would suggest they make availability of charcoal for backup.

*5/5 Stars - Exceptional Stay at Reros Apartment!* "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Reros Apartment, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The apartment is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay truly comfortable. The location is perfect - close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of natural light and stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed. What truly sets Reros Apartment apart, however, is the attention to detail and care that the management team puts into ensuring every guest feels welcome and at home. I highly recommend Reros Apartment to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation experience. I'll definitely be back! *Ratings Breakdown:* - *Cleanliness:* 5/5 - *Comfort:* 5/5 - *Facilities:* 5/5 - *Location:* 5/5 - *Staff:* 5/5 - *Value for money:* 5/5 - *Wifi:* 5/5
