Nice room and great location in Imsouane! Very clean rooms, helpful host and good breakfast!

We absolutely loved this place! A beautiful, brand-new modern complex with beautifully designed rooms, a yoga studio, a great swimming pool with outdoor seating, lovely common areas, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxed that after just a few days, we felt almost like we were at home. The breakfast was excellent every single day, and we also joined one of the shared dinners on the terrace, which was absolutely fantastic. They offer daily yoga and surf lessons, and we really enjoyed both. There is also a local supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We could buy our own food and store it in the fridge, and we were able to use the kitchen utensils to prepare a sandwich whenever we wanted. The beach and the bay are both just a short walk away. We loved this place so much that we extended our stay by one night. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We would love to come back!

The only downside was some outside noise. There seemed to be construction work in the neighbouring building, and the street dogs could be quite loud at night, but nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn’t solve.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Imsouane Surf Camp. The place is very clean, comfortable, and cosy, and the staff are really kind and welcoming. The surf lessons were great, with good instructors and a really nice atmosphere. I truly felt at home during my stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place with a good surf vibe in Imsouane!

I really liked the location and the decoration. Those were my two favorite things.

The shower was cold despite my complaints, and the Wi-Fi was not working properly. When I asked for a solution, I was told that Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere in Imsouane, which I found to be an untrue and irresponsible response. The swimming pool was also not very clean. On the terrace, some men were drinking beer in the common area, which made me uncomfortable, especially since it is a shared space for everyone, including women. The room also did not have the pool view that was advertised Overall, I find the price quite high compared to the services and facilities offered by the residence.

C'est près de la plage cathédrale pour surfer, mais un peu loin du port et de l'autre plage où l'on surfe et ou sont les restaurants et bars !

struttura accogliente, silenziosa e molto pulita. la colazione è stata la migliore mai fatta in marocco, ricca e varia. si respira un’atmosfera di pace e familiarità e ci si sente subito a casa. athena zak e akhmed sono stati incredibili. ci siamo divertite molto, torneremo presto.

I had a beautiful stay at Residence Imsouane and would recommend everyone who's going to Imsouane to stay at this house. The whole team was so lovely and helpful. The house and the rooms are very nicely decorated, comfortable and super clean. If you've the choice I would recommend to book a room on the upper floor because you've got beautiful view to the mountains and the ocean (watching sunset from the balcony is amazing). Food is delicious and typical moroccan style - really nice flavours!

L’accueil très agréable, petits déjeuner délicieux ! L’établissement dispose d’une belle vue, parking facile. Literie confortable. Tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien ! Les cours de surf sont adaptés et très sérieux !

Un chauffage dans la salle de bains ne serait pas de trop pour pouvoir sécher les serviettes, chambre (deluxe) un peu petite. Insonorisation

Ontbijt was heerlijk, kamers comfortabel, bedden wat aan de harde kant maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel!

TOUT! L’hôtel est parfait, très joli, neuf et propre. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel est extrêmement accueillant.

J'ai adoré la vibe de l'hôtel ! Le staff est super sympa, toujours là avec le smile. La piscine est nickel pour chiller et se reposer. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit dej, super bon et bien servi. La chambre était cosy, propre, bien décorée et super confortable. Rien à redire, je recommande à fond !

We loved our stay at Residence! We had a lovely room that walked straight out to the pool area which was great. The breakfast in the morning is delicious but the best part is the staff. They are all so lovely, kind and helpful. Make sure that you book surf lessons with Youssef, he is great and a really good teacher! Thank you to everyone at Residence, we’ll definitely be back.

Honestly, this was one of our best vacations ever. We had so much fun and made amazing memories. Everyone was so welcoming and always checking on us. Youssef is the best surf coach in Imsouane, so patient, skilled, and really knows his stuff. The food was incredible, all homemade by the lovely Oumaima and Khadija, and everything was super clean. Ayoub was always there if we needed anything, and Mohamed was such a genuine person who kept us laughing the whole time. We’d recommend this place 100% and can’t wait to come back!

Parfait des hôtes charmants tous sans exception L’hôtel est récent et très bien agencé ; le petit dej est copieux et servi avec beaucoup de sourires !! Tout est prévu pour les surfeurs ! L’esprit surf transpire …à 2 pas du supermarché et à 100 m du spot de la cathédrale ! Et puis Imsouane est tellement différent !!

The property was very clean, the people super friendly and helpful. They helped us find the best local surf coaches, Mohamed and Omar, my kids loved their lessons, and were picking up surfing quickly due to the patience and good instructions of the surf coaches.

Das Badezimmer im Dreibettzimmer war schlimm. Die Dusche ist direkt neben der Toilette ohne Vorhang. So wird beim duschen der ganze Boden nass. Möchte man aufs Klo oder nur ans Waschbecken, steht man immer im Wasser, hat ständig nasse Füße. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, war aber für uns ok, da wir ohnehin viel draußen waren. Der Pool war sehr stark gechlort, Badehose war danach grün… sonst aber schön und erfrischend Die anderen Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer) haben andere Badezimmer. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Amazing place managed by ultra kind people, highly recommended

This was by far the nicest place in our Morocco trip! Felt so welcomed and were upgraded to a balcony room which was so nice (you can see the sunset). Wonderful host, wonderful vibe, very clean and the breakfast was fantastic! The whole city of Imsouane has a very good small-town vibe. Perfect for our last few relaxing days in Morocco. Thank you! The only thing that I would improve would be to have a softer mattress. For some reason all the places we stayed in Morocco, the mattresses are super hard that it's not comfortable especially for a side-sleeper.

The location was perfect for us. Although, slightly out of the way of the town, it was peaceful and everything is a nice walking distance. We loved that we could see the sea, sunset and the local wild camels all from our balcony. We was also right next to the supermarket! The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. We was welcomed with tea on the rooftop and invited to join them for Iftar during Ramadan which was lovely. The food is great and everyone has lots of advice to give.

Nothing to complain about at all. There is currently a building undergoing construction next door which can be annoying in the morning if you sleep in late like us! However, this didn’t alter our judgement of the accommodation at all. We would recommend anyone to stay here and would come back again.

We stayed for a while, everything was great especially the welcoming staff. Nice sunset view from the dining area, comfortable bed, great breakfast and seriously quality moroccan dinners! Bonus point for good coffee from moka (not instant coffee)! Short walk to both surf spots. Feels very safe.

The rooms were super tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer! Excellent breakfast by the way!

We had an amazing stay at Residence Imsouane. The hotel is super cozy and only a short walk away from the two beaches in Imsouane. The team made our stay especially wonderful - they made sure all our wishes came true and took us on great adventures. From organizing a trip to the sand dunes and hosting dinners with traditional live music to taking us on a trip to Agadir. The breakfast was lovely as well - they served a great variety of traditional Moroccan specialties, granola, egg dishes and fruits. You can really tell how much heart and effort was put into the hotel itself but the people are what makes it truly special Thank you so much for the amazing time. We’ll be back!

A brand new place for your surf holidays, and everything that you would wish for, just tell that to the super welcoming and friendly staff. The town is small and cozy so there is no bad location, but this one I liked as it is next to the supermarket and not on the main street, therefore during the night you will avoid barking street dogs(but they are super nice and friendly 🫶🏻). Rich breakfast from local ingredients or dinner for the request is always available. Some rooms have a pool patio to relax after surfing which is super nice or a place to store your board, hang the swimsuit, and take an outdoor shower. We are planning to come back!

Kids should love to have Nutella next to msmn 😎🤸‍♂️
