For the breakfast there aren’t any options offered in the cafe, it’s always eggs, a croissant, and some yoghurt with fruit. We didn’t like the staff, there’s not up to par for a restaurant of this cost and status: they don’t really know who’s a guest for the restaurant and who’s staying as a hotel guest, so everyone is giving you some awkward stare when entering the building; we also got disturbed by the staff while the do not disturb sign was out; we were asked to pay extra when checking out for some drinks that we didn’t order nor consume. Overall just not the place for us. Given the amount of hotels in the area we would pick something else for our next stay

The staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. The location is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and care. I loved everything and would happily stay here again.

The atrium design give the building a natural light, but it's not soundproof. Every night there was a party and I'm sensitive to sound and noise, one night the party continued to 12am and my sleep was really disrupted.

Había bastante ruido de la calle y las ventanas no aislaban mucho. Si llegas tarde por la noche no hay mucha opción tomar algo. La ducha no iba muy bien.

La comida estaba mal acondicionada y sufrimos una intoxicación grave con una ensalada donde la lechuga o el pollo no estaban en condiciones adecuadas. Las 2 primeras noches no hubo toallas por un problema que tuvieron con la lavandería..

El cuarto cadiz es excesivamente pequeño, no tiene ventana, no tiene closet solo un perchero con ganchos. No lo recomiendo para parejas, es un cuarto para una persona en estadía corta.

habitación en sotanos sin ventanas. Tiene restaurante pero casi no hay control con lo cual una persona del restaurante podría meterse en el hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed are outstanding, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025This place is amazing great people the only problem I have is that they try to force tips on you by secretly adding it to your bill. Tips should be earned not all staff deserve a tip. I was at the rooftop patio and had the most horrible server I had to get my own water get up and request napkins at the bar because my server failed to do his job by stereotyping people who he thought had money he attended to well. But little did he know I came with plenty of it in US dollars and tipped very generously to those really deserved it.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Vou dar nota 8.5. O hotel é bom mas o staff, apesar de gentil, precisa ser mais bem treinado. Digo isso porque todos os dias eles esqueceram alguma coisa. Um dia foi sabão para banho, no outro foram toalhas de rosto e em um outro dia foi toalha de piso para o banheiro. Quanto ao café da manhã, ele é repetitivo, com poucas opções. Sempre uma pequena salada de frutas, uma pequena taça de suco, um croissant, uma opção de bebida quente e três opções de ovos. Você é servido na mesa, dentro do Café Lupin, na recepção do hotel. As instalações são novas e bonitas, com escadas para as partes superiores. A música ao vivo no terraço é um pouco alta. Por fim, quanto à localização, penso que ela não é excepcional, apesar de ser uma boa região, segura, com muitas opções de bares e restaurantes. Mas em Cali existem bairros melhores e mais bem cuidados.
