Great location, just next to Hilel st. Quiet building wirh clean rooms, sheets and towels. Extra sheets in the closet. Small but suitable balcony. Small and clean kitchen. Fully stocked bathroom.

The apartment claimed to have a kitchen but there were no cooking utensils, only one pan and no real ventillation for cooking smoke even with the window fully open. The kitchen tap water pressure was terrible, and the shower only provided hot water for a few minutes at a time. A lot of the cutlery was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but there was nothing to clean dishes with. The next door neighbour's incense was so incredibly strong even reaching the very back of the apartment. There is a washing machine available for use but the clothes rack for drying is very very broken.

Reasonable value for money. Location was a 4 minute walk from the Jaffa Centre tram stop to Jerusalem Railway Station. Lots of lovely cafes and shops in the immediate area. The kitchen was well serviced with microwave, small refrigerator and other appliances.

It was hard to find! (It’s number 14 Ben Yehuda Street. Knowing that would have reduced our stress levels). They clearly have several apartments but this one did not match the quality of the photographs that appear on the advert. There was hair in the shower but apart from being a bit dusty - an occupational hazard in Jerusalem - it was otherwise clean and tidy. Also, there was no hot water. Communication with the apartment to find out about the exact location and access to the property, both via email and WhatsApp, was very slow.
