Awesome place, statt are super relaxed and very attentive. The space around the pool is awesome. Very good buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner. Spacious clean rooms, huge firm bed, clean bathroom, good water pressure. You can hang around the pool area and use shower if your bus leaves late. Highly recommended

La climatisation mal placée au dessus des lits

Bella struttura con ampi spazi. Arredamento molto accurato e di gusto Molto professionali nell'organizzare senza preavviso il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo un tour nel deserto con 4x4 per vedere il tramonto (4 ore di viaggio) e farci godere le magnifiche dune. Autista fantastico!

La posizione forse è l’unica cosa degna di nota perché si trova appena all’ingresso del paese ed è un buon punto di ritrovo per iniziare le escursioni nel deserto.

Premessa: comprendo che siamo praticamente dentro al deserto (o per lo meno alle sue porte) e quindi non ci si può aspettare troppo, ma in generale le camere sarebbero da ristrutturare perché hanno diversi problemi (doccia, bagno, pavimento, condizionatore, ecc.) così come le aree comuni (eccetto la zona pranzo che è ben tenuta). La cosa che purtroppo mi ha fatto dare un voto basso è stata una brutta esperienza con un tour organizzato con loro: abbiamo concordato una delle due notti nel loro campo con trasferimento di andata in cammello. Premesso che la differenza economica chiesta era davvero esagerata, abbiamo comunque accettato (capisco che dovevano organizzare tutto per noi e basta, ma a Merzouga le cifre sono praticamente la metà…). Il problema è sorto quando siamo partiti dall’hotel con il cammello: c’era già una bufera di vento in corso che poi si è accentuata durante lo spostamento. In sintesi: a nostro parere non dovevano farci proprio partire e dovevano avvisarci che c’era una bufera di sabbia e che le condizioni climatiche non erano adatte. Invece abbiamo dovuto renderci noi conto che non era possibile stare al campo (inagibile tra l’altro, con docce senza acqua e piene di sabbia, così come la tenda stessa) e chiedere di tornare indietro una volta arrivati al campo dopo 1h di cammello dentro una tormenta di sabbia. Sostanza: siamo riusciti ad avere una cena gratis come “compromesso” (secondo l’hotel è discrezione nostra decidere se partire oppure no, peccato però che il pagamento l’hanno voluto in anticipo…). Insomma, secondo noi la cosa si poteva gestire meglio. Ho letto altre recensioni di persone che hanno avuto “discussioni” riguardo i tour o disavventure simili organizzati sempre con loro, quindi fatevi sempre dire in dettaglio tutto quello che andrete e fare e dove (oltre alle condizioni in caso di meteo avverso).

Schöne komfortable Anlage, sehr freundliches zuvorkommend Personal. Große gemütliche Zimmer. Ein großer sauberer Pool. Ausflüge in die Sahara werden angeboten und starten direkt vom Hotel.

Am Pool gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, was den Aufenthalt am Pool bei der sengenden Sonne unmöglich macht. Wir erlebten ein Gewitter mit reichlich Regen, was sicherlich nicht häufig vorkommt. In der Folge fielen einge Termiten aus den Lehmwänden. Offenbar eine normale Erscheinung bei Lehmwänden, aber für uns trotzdem etwas unangenehm.

I liked the friendly staff. We ordered tea and were also given snacks for free. The air conditioner worked well.

I have stayed in similar complexes in Morocco for the same price, but I was a little disappointed with this accommodation, because everything here is mostly based on money. Dinner was relatively expensive and the included breakfast was minimal with not much choice. Maybe it's because the accommodation is located next to the desert and there are more expensive costs for food delivery, I don't know. But as I said, the same freshly squeezed orange juice that I drank for dinner for money, I also expected in the morning at the included breakfast, but instead they served another juice that was not so enjoyable. Another thing I didn't like was that through the hotel there was an opportunity to go on an excursion to the desert, but after talking twice I got different prices each time, which seemed very strange to me. But if you are not a budget traveler like me, you can definitely come here and have a good time.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la atención del personal. Siempre pendientes de tu necesidades y preparados para ayudarte en lo que sea. El manager es muy simpático y agradable. La piscina se agradece muchísimo cuando la temperatura exterior aprieta, el agua está muy limpia y hay servicio de toallas. Un estupendo restaurante con servicio excepcional. Desde allí te ofrecen la ruta a las dunas con conductores muy experimentados.

A személyzet elképesztően vendégszerető volt. Odafigyeltek arra, hogy a tenyerükön hordozva érezzük magunkat. A reggeli mesebeli volt. A vacsoránál több opció közül lehetett választani.

Very nice and luxurious hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We had fantastic dinner meals and watched the WC together with the local visitors. Good room, beds, and pool. Recommended

Établissement spacieux Grande chambre et salle d’eau. Lit et oreillers confortables. Grande piscine propre et éclairé de nuit. Serviette spéciale pour la piscine. Bon et copieux repas ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Personnel attentionné et très serviable. Parking motos abrité de la pluie mais pas du vent de sable.

Il faisait près de 45 degrés fin juin en journée. Malgré la climatisation dans la chambre, les murs rayonnant de la chaleur, il y faisait chaud. Rien pour suspendre une veste de moto, ni support pour bagage malgré la dimension de la chambre.

Un paradis au milieu du desert nous y avons été servies comme des princesses. Tout était bien organisé et nous avons pu profiter de la chambre jusqu'à notre depart dans le désert Le restaurant au top et petit dej tres varié

Très bel endroit. Piscine très agréable avec des salons extérieurs à l ombre. Très bon repas pris au bord de la piscine. Personnel très gentil et très accueillant.

Un petit paradis à la porte du VRAI désert marocain. Rien à redire tant sur le personnel que sur l'établissement! Une mention spéciale au directeur qui s'implique pour faire connaître la culture marocaine. Que du bonheur !!!!!

Que le séjour a été trop court

Está todo muy bien, el desayuno, las cenas, la piscina , la ambientación y el trato. El personal está continuamente pendiente de tu comodidad.

Just outside M'hamid you find this wonderful hotel. Great room with airconditioning, hot warm water to shower and good beds. Hard to realize you are in the desert, the sand dunes can be reached with a 15 min walk from the back of the hotel. There is a nice pool and seating area with a small bar. Breakfast and dinner is served in the restaurant which looks spacious, modern and new. Enough options for breakfast and staff is willing to help you out in case you would like something else. For dinner there are usually 3 options with a starter, main dish and desert. All exceeding our expectations. From our Morocco trip this hotel turned out to be the surprise in terms of comfort and options. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Die Preise für Getränke sind etwas gehobener für marokkanische Verhältnisse, dafür bekommt man alles auch Alkohol.

The staff, fantastic. Ismail from the bar and Touda from maintenance. You need help with anything they have the answer. Nice complex layout, the pool, the rooms in terms of size and amenities. Excellent, quite and powerful A/C (and much needed). Good dinner, good breakfast. Priced correctly. Parking inside for the motos, close to the rooms, is a huge plus, albeit not sheltered from dust, sand and elements.

The property is in need of some TLC and refurbishment as it shows its age. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but still, dust and sand gets visibly everywhere about the room and premises. Nothing else.

Restaurant disponible à notre arrivée tardive, soit aux alentours de 21h30, buffet petit-déjeuner, extérieur avec végétation et piscine, personnel accueillant et disponible, chambre avec climatisation.

Un magnifique établissement très calme avec un aménagement fait avec beaucoup de goût et dans le respect de l'histoire et des matériaux de la région. Le gérant et son équipe sont très serviables et ont à cœur que le séjour se passe le mieux possible, merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement pour se rendre dans le désert, nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le grand parking.

Inimaginable lo limpias que estaban las habitaciones, cómodos y bien decorados que son los espacios comunes, personal amable (eso casi siempre es así en Marruecos), rica que estaba la comida... es gab nichts auszusetzen. Anlage sehr schön mit Pool. Die Zimmer sind Bungalows und angenehm gross. Das Doppelbett bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben über das Hotel die Wüstentour mit 1 Übernachtung gebucht. Hat alles geklappt. Das Restaurant ist für marokkanische Verhältnisse sehr modern aber schön. Frühstück und Abendessen gut.

Man muss wissen, dass man für die Wüstentour 2 Stunden mit dem Jeep "hinein" fährt! Sehr viel Aufwand für eine Übernachtung in der Wüste.... aber wenn man noch nie in der Wüste war, sollte man das unbedingt buchen! Es gibt nichts an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln :-)

Bellissima struttura, piacevole e caloroso il personale. Molto accogliente la sala interna relax, così com'è molto rilassante l'area piscina. Ottima la cucina ed accoglienti le camere. Si torna volentieri in questa struttura.

Estaba todo muy rico eso si, y no es que sea por el sobrecoste, pero al mismo precio otros alojamientos nos han aportado más en este viaje. La decoración es austera en las habitaciones

Hôtel défrechit malheureusement. Manque d'entretien et accueil plutôt impersonnel. Remerciement à la femme de ménage qui était très sympathique. Joli couché de soleil depuis le toit de l'hôtel. Dommage qu'il n'y ait rien pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue. Au calme.

Nejlepší ubytování v této oblasti, velmi pohodlné, příjemný personál, výborné večeře a snídaně, čistý bazén. Zařídili nám výlet k dunám, které jsou docela daleko, ale byl to skvělý zážitek. Doporučuji zůstat jednu noc v luxusním kempu v dunách.

Koupelnu by bylo dobré trochu vylepšit.
