大浴場の脱衣所でロッカー使用の際、混雑するとロッカーが使えなかったです。たまたま同じタイミングで近くのロッカーに使用者が混雑すると、少しズレようとしても長椅子があるので、よけることも難しく、長椅子ではない椅子の方がよいかと思いました。ただ、体調不良者が出たら、長椅子の方がいいですよね。悩ましいです。

個人的にはベッドが寝心地があまり良くなかった。 また、部屋の椅子も少し傷んでいたので、ベッドや椅子が 古くなってきていると感じました。

多少気になったのは、線路側の部屋で電車の音が気になりなかなか寝つけなかった。反対の部屋も同じくらい音がするのかな？フロントでひと言説明してほしかった。

ブュッフェ会場への入場を二回に分ける等工夫して欲しかったです 三連休だったからか人が多過ぎて席を見つけるのも一苦労、料理を取るのも席まで運ぶのも一苦労、全体を見る事も出来なかった 通路で繋がった別の部屋で席を見つけた為料理を運ぶ時、人とぶつかりそうになり怖かった 。ゆっくり飲食ができる雰囲気ではありませんでした 年配者向けではなかったです

やたら食事会場に人が良すぎて、席が会場からはみ出た臨時席。あまり安らげない。

Que el Spa no estuviera abierto 24h. Llegamos de madrugada y nos habria encantado poder bañarnos y relajarnos por unos minutos antes de acostarnos

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Mercure Nara. Service is so good. we met a super friendly Taiwanese staff. The hot spring relax my days travel. super recommended.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026駅近くで、ラウンジでのサービスもあり、良かったです。残念な事に、お土産店が昼中閉まっていて、目星をつけておいたお土産をかえませんでした。
空調の効きが良くないのか、寒さを感じました。大雪のせいかな？

今回は素泊まりでしたが、前日にスタッフの方に翌朝もコーヒーのサービスがあるか伺ったところ有るという返事だったが実際は有りませんでした。
