Marquês Modern Art apartment

Appartement très confortable avec tout le confort moderne. Nous passé trois jours en famille dans cet établissement et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Très facile de se déplacer en taxi/uber depuis l'appartement, sinon le métro est à 10 minutes. Deux grandes télé avec Netflix. Nos filles ont dormi dans le salon sur le canapé convertible.

N'avoir rencontré personne pour le check in et lors de notre séjour...Tout se fait par WhatsApp. Cela est devenu la norme mais cela est toujours assez bizarre de croiser le regard agacé des voisins.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Badezimmer, das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist war superbequem. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ausziehen, sodass man ein Recht großes Doppelbett hat. Allerdings sind die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Für unsere Kinder war es okay. Alles war sehr sauber und geordnet. Es gab Kaffee, das war super. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert. Wir fanden die Lage sehr gut und sind zu Fuß von hier nach Alfama und die Stadt gelaufen, durchaus machbar. Das Gebäude liegt sehr ruhig und die Zimmer nach hinten in eine Seitenstraße. Es war für Lissaboner Verhältnisse sehr ruhig und wir konnten super schlafen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Es lief alles reibungslos mit Schlüssel-Code.

Диван, на якому дуже не зручно спати, з таким перепадом посередині. При чому питання щодо дивану ставили користувачі ще рік тому і нічого не змінилось. Просто майте на увазі, що ви на ньому не виспитесь або буде боліти спина. Загалом апартаменти зручні для 2 осіб.

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, in condominio ristrutturato, ben arredato e confortevole, dotato di tutti gli accessori, soprattutto per la cucina. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa, a 5 min dalla metro. Sono presenti 2 ascensori. A 300 m c'è un supermercato alcuni ristoranti.

Sehr tolle Wohnung; hochwertige Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht; Metrostation ganz in der Nähe.

Уютная квартира, есть все необходимое и даже больше, чем нужно. Отличный интерьер! Хороший район, рядом много кафе, ресторанов и баров. Дойти до площади коммерции, например, можно примерно за 30 минут.

Bardzo ładne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja. Serdecznie polecam!

Kanapa nie była zbyt wygodna do spania, ale przy wszystkich innych udogodnieniach to naprawdę drobiazg.

El estilo del departamento, el cuidado en los detalles, tenía todo, incluso basicos de cocina como cafe, azucar, aceite, hasta picante. El TV excelente por el tamaño.

Lo único el sofá cama no fue facil de armar y un poco incómodo al dormir.

市中心，但是离老城区较远。房间干净，很有设计感。服务设施齐全。厨房设备好。回复快

订房的时候显示可以提供停车位。但是并没有。要停在走路十分钟左右的公共停车场

L'appartamento è curato nei dettagli e molto elegante. E' dotato di tutto e la proprietaria è molto disponibile. Non è vicinissimo alla parte centrale di Lisbona, ma ben collegato. Infatti, vicino c'è la piazza Pombal da dove partono autobus e metro per spostarsi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e locali e per chi noleggia un'auto è facile reperire un parcheggio

Felt like home. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, great communication, my favourite neighbourhood in Lisbon.

Schoon en compleetheid. Rustig. Flexibele host. Konden direct in ochtend inchecken. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig kan hebben was aanwezig, niet alleen in de keuken, maar ook extra handdoeken, wc papier, zeep shampoo, koffie cups enz. Dichtbij bus en metro supermarkt park kiosk enz

Niets beviel niet. In zomer zou een ‘echte buitenruimte’ fijn zijn. Voor een langer verblijf zou een lage eettafel prettig zijn.

Superb flat, very well designed and equipped for a family stay. Loved the TV and PS, and the dedicated space that could be used for the luggage.

Locatie excelenta. Dotata cu orice ai nevoie in bucatarie, curatenie excelenta, extra perne, saltea super confortabila. TV Cablu multiple canale, playstation, aproape de bus si metro.

L' appartamento e' arredato con cura , completo di tutto , non manca proprio nulla! Posizione ottima e ben servita dai mezzi.

Μας άρεσε η εργονομία του διαμερίσματος και η πληρότητα του. Είχε ό,τι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε, από σεντόνια και πετσέτες, μέχρι οικιακές συσκευές. Επίσης εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαιτέρως τους πρωινούς καφέδες και το κρασί που μας άφησε η οικοδέσποινα. Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος είναι αρκετά καλή. Χρειάζονται περίπου 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο για να βρεθεί κανείς στις περιοχές Alfama, Belem, στο ενυδρείο, κτλ. Επίσης βρίσκεται κοντά σε πάρκα (τα οποία λόγο καιρού δεν μπορέσαμε να επισκεπτούμε). Να αναφέρω πως χρειάστηκε να μεταφέρουμε το ταξίδι μας λόγω ενός ατυχήματος και η οικοδέσποινα δεν είχε κανένα πρόβλημα να μας εξυπηρετήσει, έστω και αν είχε εκπνεύσει η προθεσμία δωρεάν ακύρωσης.

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα 4 άτομα (1 τετραμελής οικογένεια). Τα παιδιά κοιμήθηκαν στο υπνοδωμάτιο και δεν είχαν κανένα παράπονο από το διπλό κρεβάτι. Όμως, η ποιότητα ύπνου στον ανοιγόμενο καναπέ καθώς και η σκίαση στο σαλόνι χρειάζονται βελτίωση.

The apartment was easy to enter with a code provided for front door and main building entrance. A well laid out area with a spacious living room and well equipped kitchen especially the nespresso coffee machine. Great TV and sound system in livingroom and bedroom.

We couldn't find any clothes washing powder for clothes washing. Buying a box or powder was too expensive at the local supermarket. Hardly any english speaking TV channels eg BBC World, CNN. relatively minor negatives relating to our own needs. We loved the place an would stay again.

Great location, beutiful apartment. We had a great time there. I will definately recommend this place.

Es muy bonito el apartamento, tiene gran variedad de artículos de cocina, de limpieza, grande y luminoso. Las ventanas son nuevas, cierran muy bien aislando del ruido. Además tiene techos altos que da muchísima amplitud.

Las mesas para comer son altas, si viajas quizas con personas mayores o niños es un poco incómodo para comer.

Super Unterkunft. Man ist recht schnell im Zentrum. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Betreuung ist spitze. Sehr sauber. Absolute Empfehlung.

Kleines Manko, aber wirklich nur eine Geringfügigkeit. Das Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz so gemütlich. 1;2 Sprungfedern müssten mal wieder repariert werden.

Really modern and comfortable apartment, we found everything we needed.

A little bit far from the centre, it takes us 25min.by walking, but uber is good option.

A nicely appointed flat in an area that is easy to reach from the airport by metro and easily accessible to the center of the city.

Great location , apartment has everything you need for few days. Parking - I recommend using 24/7 parking of Lidl (5 mins walk).

There was a strong smell from the drains in the morning, but it was probably a problem in the area because it smelled the same outside.

The apartment was perfect clean comfortable. Couldn’t fault anything. Getting access no problem.

Everything was good kids happy with the PS4 It was the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in.

It has a personal charm

Property is well located near Marques de Pombal at the top of the Avenida da Liberdade and is the perfect value proposition in a nice place a walkable distance from the sights but not madly expensive. Clean. Well equipped. Great tv options. Friendly host.

Nice apartment near the city center. Had everything from cooking utensils to a Bluetooth speaker, PlayStation, Apple TV and so forth. The host is also very responsive and helpful

Exceptional! Not a big one, but fully equipped: from detergent to seasoning, all you can only need. There is some noise from the street and bright lighting all over the night, wasn't possible to sleep with opened windows. But blinds and A/C resolved those problems. Good location

The property is really clean, well designed and decorated. The location is good, it’s not too crowded and busy like the centre of Lisbon but also not too far out of town. The centre of Lisbon is easily accessible on the metro and it’s only a few stops. The metro station is less than 10mins walk away from the apartment and it has a left. Which was a life saver for us with a toddler, buggy and my mum who has a knee issues. It has all the basic amenities for a few days of a family stay. We didn’t mind the beds , they were comfy enough for us.

Location was great. Apartment was sparkling clean and loaded with all amenities. Air-conditioning was great for the rather hot Lisbon weather.

Nothing as such - just on the day of check out there was no water supply since morning. Understandable as there was some pipe work going on in adjacent street - something beyond the host’s control.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean, fully equipped with complete kitchen and washing machine. Ideal for a one-week stay to explore Lisbon. Art pieces, furniture and big windows give it a modern touch and feel. Sightseeing and shopping within walking distance (1-2 km). Easy access to public transport. 10 min walk to Marques de Pombal square.

Only one queen size bed and a sleeper couch. Not super comfortable to sleep with 3 adults.

Very clean, well appointed and very nice host. Has a washer and provided detergent (I say this cause I’m now at an air BnB that doesn’t!).

We couldn’t figure out the a/c. The apt is pretty tiny but very efficient.

Fantastic apartment's. Really Modern Art! Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. Quit area. All entry doors with codes, very convenient, no need to handle keys.

Modern and clean had a washer and clothes rack very helpful when travelling and wanting to spend the day exploring rather than at a laundromat.

Overall we are very satisfied with everything in the apartment and can without a doubt recommend it to anyone.

We loved this very stylish, modern apartment which was a great size for a few days in Lisbon. From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly and we were surprised by the offer to use the food left for us in the pantry and fridge. Lisa was a great host and wanted to ensure everything was right for us. We would definitely recommend to others. One suggestion is to get a quick understanding of the bus system which runs close to the apartment to almost all the key sights!
