The hotel location was perfect, we were on the 20th floor which had amazing views and a good sized balcony. The room was a great size.

The room looked as per the photos but you couldn’t see how run down the place was. We were in room B2011 and it is in need of a serious upgrade, the front door doesn’t deadlock, the room smells of damp, the flooring is lifting in places, they had a hob in the room at some point and there is now a stained, water blown board balancing over the hole. The ironing board was covered in stains and the wardrobe and draws smelt of damp. I didn’t bother contacting the host as we arrived after 11pm and were only there 2 nights and didn’t want to loose any of our holiday time. I wouldn’t return to this hotel, I think there are nicer places around for the price we paid.

Zimmer 1706, super Ausblick auf die Strandpromenade, in einer belebten Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants etc. Sauber, tägliche Reinigung, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Riesige Hotel und Appartement -Anlage, an dem Fahrstühlen wartet man manchmal ein bisschen länger, teilweise schon ein bisschen abgewohnt aber alles funktioniert noch.

Top Lage. Sehr schöne Swimmingpool auf dem Dach des Hotels auf dem 40. Stockwerk. Sehr schöne und große Balkon, mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr kompetente, hilfsbereite und nette Personal (Jenny hat geholfen, bei Kleidung Wäsche zu organisieren und jegliche Transfer zum Beispiel vom Hotel zum Flughafen bestellt unter dem Preis von einem Taxi) Jede Hilfe, Anfrage wurde ernst und schnellstmöglich wahrgenommen.

Kein Schrank. Es gab keine Gelegenheit, den Koffer auszupacken und die Kleidung in die Regale zu räumen.

Beautiful rooms clean comfy beds, amazing view, awesome buffet breakfast, great location close to beach shops all walking distance. rooftop pool was amazing also a highlight.

The location was excellent and the agent was very helpful at all times. Clean and comfortable room with an excellent seaview.

Door trim was hanging off the outside of the main door. Toilet paper was stuffed in the main door view glass so unable to see who was outside the door. AC control panel was confusing.

Check reviews of this hotel on other websites, it is not as good as it looks and there are other hotels for the same pricepoint that are better. - Need to wait a long time at the elevators - Always a long line at the front desk - Roof top pool is paid - Room can be cleaner

Location is not bad

Room had mold, fridge had mold, staff were very unhelpful, essentially told us to leave and find somewhere else, no assistance given, refused to change the room, stating all the rooms have mold. No compensation or even the number to the manager... We drove 5 hrs to get here so we're too tired to find somewhere else but if you can, avoid this place.

Great location. Clean rooms. Quick and easy check in and check out. Sky blu pool and bar on the 40th floor. 200,000 VND extra per visit/day but worth as it’s not too crowded. Jenny will try to contact you before check in. Very helpful and was able to book me an airport taxi.

But of congestion when getting on and off the elevators. Apartments are managed by different sites and hosts. Can get busy during peak times. Not ideal if you’re coming in and out of your room multiple times a day.

Excellent location, however it was extremely busy .. rooms had lovely big balconies and a view of the sea from the bath ! Free water and coffee, small kitchen area with a kettle ..

The rooms could do with a deep clean. Was a bit grubby and smelly when entering ..

Had a 4night stay at this hotel - would absolutely come again!

The property was not clean at all. The bathroom had moulds in them. The flooring and door was Damaged. I had to rebook another hotel for them to sort my room out the next day. I continually asked them to refund or move me to another clean room asap seeing as it was not hygiene for our kids. All we got told was sorry cannot help will have to wait until tomorrow. The place was not modern and updated. Don’t be perceived by the photos, everything was not how it is. Mouldy bathroom, damaged flooring, front door, stained sheets. Crowded lobby, lifts were ridiculous, has to wait for ages to go up or down.

I didn’t like the property as a whole. It needs to be upgraded and thorough clean. Don’t be staying here, otherwise you will showering with the mouldy bathroom.

Location was fantastic, almost beach front & walking distance to everythingwe needed. The room was big, clean, well equipped, beautifulview from the room/balcony & comfortable.

ROOFTOP SWIMMING POOL The beautiful rooftop pool that is on the photos for this listing is not free - there’s a charge to access it of 180,000 (about £6 per person per visit) and is on the 40th floor. It can also get busy so sun loungers are not always available. This should be clearer in the listing as it’s very misleading. The pool you can access for free is only open until 5pm and is much smaller on the 6th floor between very tall buildings so there is very little sun there - see the photo. We raised this and got absolutely nowhere, learning that this is a regular and repeated complaint. The management hid behind Jenny, the building hostess, and refused to speak to me directly. Very poor. KITCHEN AREA Clearly this has seen better days, which was a shame as we booked a more expensive apartment. The listing had been changed on booking.com since we booked it so the hob had been removed, all the cooking utensils remained and hadn’t been tidied away - just used space unnecessarily - see photos NOT A HOTEL This building hosts many businesses, including an actual hotel, the reception do not look after renters of the apartments and so you do feel like a second class guest as the team were quite dismissive, no eye contact and not really very friendly. Again a shame. OVERALL Very disappointed with the service and false impressions given by the images used, they do not reflect the reality. There was a complete unwillingness to resolve the swimming pool issue despite this being a recurrent issue with many guests. Jenny you should look for another job where you are not abandoned by the apartment owner who leaves you to handle unhappy guests. All of this said the view from our room was fabulous.

A very nice place to stay with a nice friendly and safe feel to it. The property is well maintained with plenty of staff available should you require. There is nothing you can want which is not mere minutes away including shops, street food, cafes, bars & restaurants.

During busy times of the day such as check in/out times the lifts can become busy. There are plenty of them so it is as fast as can be really given the size of this building.

LOvely location 🤩 high floor rooms are amazing. Jenny, our private staff for the room was amazing and helpful (the building has multiple hotels so reception desk was not for us). Jenny takes care of this particular property within the 40 floor building Jenny also gave good package tour rates for islands nearby, limousine trip to dalat. I compared prices outside and it was same without commission added. Really appreciate Jenny's efforts to help us plan.

Excellent room. Spacious and clean. The view was great. Great selection of toiletries in the bathroom. Even a small kitchenette.

No conditioner in the bathroom. Infinity pool on the roof not included in the price and no option to be included.

Give me room at 8 floor ,all european people have down floor ,all Korean or Vietnamese have up floor . Have a lot of problem with safe ,internet television but they solve this very fast .

Reviews if considered carefully rarely reach 9 or 10 unless hotels show exceptional value and basically have no faults or issues to complain about. Well Star Panorama deserves this type of rating. Rooms really they are apartments are spacious with big balconies with stunning views as they have such a great location in the city centre and on the beach front. Excellent guest amenities inc coffee tea making facilities, safe, hair dryer, slippers, toiletries, mini fridge and a small kitchen. Great wifi, cable, air con and much much more are supplied and a gym and pool as well on the 6th floor. The beds are brilliant and are extra king with quality linen. Jenny met us even though our train from Danang was delayed till the early hours of the morning. Now thats service. So its a 10. Any less would be an injustice. My only complaint oh i wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and spectacular view. Room was large and comfortable. Jenny was excellent at helping with everything we needed. Very good value for the price. Easy to walk to everything you need and lots of little laneways with hidden gems.

Pool and pool bar not great, we didn’t really bother with it. Safe didn’t work. Very noisy being opposite the main square where a lot of loud activity morning and night.

The rooftop pool was a nightmare to get to! You have to wake up really early to get to bed. I never got to see it. Very very disappointed in that situation.

I liked the room with balcony and view of ocean. Location was quite good. Bed was comfortable.

Check in process was terrible. Waiting areas don't provide enough seating. Unsafe luggage storage room. Luggages could be easily walk away with strangers. Breakfast buffet- need to reserve in advance. Otherwise pay higher price than the one reserved in advance. Don't make any sense. No shampoo and conditioner provided to us. ( I don't know other room but we don't have one for our room) Swimming pool locate on 6th floor just ok. In order to use the 40th floor one , you need to pay fee to use it. Not worth it.

The room was very well equipped. A second access card was provided so that the aircon and fridge could stay on, which is great. I liked everything about this accommodation and the city and mountain view was spectacular from 25th floor. It also has a little kitchen and microwave.

You have to pay the price of a decent meal for each visit the fancy rooftop pool (over 100,000 dong), so like most guests i spoke to, i didn't bother. There's a good free pool and bar on level 6

The room itself was great, the facilities were very good in there, comfortable and multiple places to chill if needed, gorgeous view of the beach & the building has a cafe on the bottom floor which is delicious. The building that the apartment is in was confusing to us at first, but best to just wait in the lobby and message the person you’ve been speaking to. Jenny was fantastic, her communication was consistent throughout.

It was clean overall, just the shower had a lot of mould in it.

At the first glance the hotel looks really great, but when you get closer look you get disappointed. When you arrive at this hotel you find out that the building isn’t the hotel only. It’s a shared building. Upon arrival we are pointed out to go to the desk around the corner. When you tell them you have a reservation they tell you to call the number from the reservation and they will pick you up. As I was unable to make calls they called the number for me and told us that we will be pick up in 5 minutes. This al sounded a bit confusing as I didn’t understand why I can’t just check in and why I need to be picked up as I am in the building where I should be. In 5 minutes someone comes to us en tells is we get a free upgrade so that sounded nice. We are still in the hallway and that’s where a need to make the payment what for me sounds a bit sketchy. We were told that they have a reception desk at the second floor (which makes you wonder why you’re not guided there to arrange everything instead of the current hallway) and there is a swimming pool at the top of the building which you have to pay for separately (would have ben nice to know before hand as they do show the pictures of it as you make the booking). We go to our upgraded room and the first thing we notice is that we are unable to lock the door of the hotel because the frame of the lock is bend. Luckily there is some kind of chain that sort of locks the door/stops people from the outside to come in. When we get into the room we see a lot of spots on the wall and even on the cap of the lamp next to the bed. Most of the tile groutings have molds and the chair on the balcony has a hole in it, also the door of the balcony doesn’t closes/lock. I was quite disappointed as the hotel has a lot of good reviews. I’m not sure if I’m just unlucky, but in my opinion this doesn’t happen when the cleaning is done poorly once. This happens when the cleaning is done poorly on a regular basis.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is an option, but it worth it

Location is perfect. We were on 20th floor with a lovely balcony looking straight out at the magnificent main beach. Jenny was a perfect host, easy to get in contact with and dealt swiftly with any queries raised. Thanks Jenny!

Everything went well

I like the beachfront location and the hotel amenities especially the rooftop swimming pool provide a stunning view of Nha Trang city, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mini tour desk at the hotel lobby to book a day tour (options) for island hopping trips. This is definitely a hotel to experience Nha Trang city.

There’re no bathrobes but we’re okay with that. We have 2 people but only 1 key room so it wasn’t convenient. We have to go everywhere together

Perfect location, next to night market, shops, restaurants and beach. Rooftop pool is amazing- room amazing with a view to match 😍 Cleaners do an amazing job and quick.

Only fault is in busy times you will be waiting or squeezing in a lift due to the size of the hotel.

The pool on level 6 is very basic and you pay for the rooftop but it is worth it. Beach right across the road and beautiful.

Great location and sea view from a really huge balcony! The room was clean and spacious too. There's also a small supermarket right opposite the entrance.

There is no fridge in the room, only a cooler that keeps your drinks and food at nearly room temperature. Also it's a very busy condotel, so the waiting time to get upstairs or downstairs is pretty long even with 9 elevators they have there.

View, room is ok but not incredible

elevators are too slow and too easily crowded quality of the Room are not very high standard not the quietest
