ibis Styles Lisboa Aeroporto

Restaurant was actually really good. And the patio was wonderful to hangout on.

The rooms were pretty small hard to move around with our bags.

Location, Friendly staff and very clean

Rooms a bit too small

Everything!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved everything!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The rooms were a decent size for 2 people although not much room for the suitcases but this was for one night so not a problem. Everything was very clean, with a comfortable bed, coffee machine and water. Bathroom small but again, this is an airport hotel so perfectly adequate for a night. The free airport shuttle was excellent. Staff were helpful.

We had hoped we could walk to the metro but it isn't really possible due to the major roads that have to be navigated on foot! The restaurant didn't cater for those of us who have food allergies.

Très bon et belles variérés

A receptividade e localização

Veldig rent, komfortabel seng.

🤞🤞

The staff was very kind, bagge storage available until checkin, comfortable bed, everything needed in the room for that price. Very close to the airport, convenient airport shuttle. Offered to give us a breakfast basket to go for our 06h in the morning. flight

The shower was leaking.

Rooms were great, restaurant was fantastic abd staff was amazing!

Nothing

Tudo bom

Café é muito bom.

Transfer aeroporto/hotel e hotel/aeroporto.

E me hospedarei novamente

Near airport

Promised shuttle service to and from hotel. When landing, driver contacted us but then never got back. We called 6, 7 times and never got a response. Lisbon airport is rather chaotic so we had to take a taxi and pay for it. On the way back, it’s first come and first serve but if you don’t go early enough you will find the small shuttle completely booked and you will have to wait. Since this was the main benefit of staying at this hotel, it was a disappointment overall. Suggest staying at the Melia, better hotel and much nearer. Will not use the Ibis Style hotel at the Lisbon Airport again.

Quartos limpos e atendimento dos funcionários super atenciosos

5 star

airport shuttle not usable from airport to hotel. We would not stay here again because of this.

Close to airport, clean and safe

Nothing really. Coffee maker in room and dining room was not working.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and the shuttle drivers were very kind. The breakfast was good with amazing croissants! At lunch I ordered the seafood linguine which was very good!

There could have been a bit more seafood in the seafood linguine!

Very close to the airport, nice personel and the room was very modern and clean. Perfect for when you have an early flight and want to avoid heavy traffic in the morning or during rush hour.

Nothing, just don’t book it for during your stay in Liss on it’s far away from the center but thats more then logical being clos to the airport

The hotel is excellent

Door to another room inside of my own room

service for Airport, free transfer (10 Min) staff Is very friendly

.

Nulla

Boa estrutura. Próximo do aeroporto. Transfer excelente

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Airplane noise could be heard in the bedroom, but it was near an airport!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The welcome pasteis de nata were a lovely surprise, beautifully presented.

The only thing that could have been better in our case as I have limited mobility would be if the base of the shower had some kind of non-slip surface. The shower itself was perfect.

Nulla

The hotel has lots of bonuses for travelers, airport transfers and stored luggage facilities

I sent many emails requesting early paid check in as we had a early flight arrival - all of these were ignored and we had to wait 4 hours in their lobby for a room to become available

Very clean and close to the airport. Staff very friendly and courteous

Nothing, everything was great

Location to airport and shuttle service

No tea or milk

Nada a reclamar.

A reçeçâo funçionarios muito arrogantes

Todo correcto.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the airport was perfect for me and I really appreciated the availability of both breakfast and the shuttle to the airport.

Staff very attentive. Room was adequately clean and bed was comfy. If you need a layover or have an early flight then the hotel is a great option. They have a shuttle bus which was an added bonus.

I was given a breakfast box as I was leaving early. If honest I don't rate the box. It would have been better if I had the breakfast deducted from the cost of the room.

Close to Lisbon airport with shuttle service

Restaurant staff and food was excellent. Chefs great. Working staff non stop and polite Front desk great

Disponibilizam edredom, no verão seria melhor somente lençóis.

Recomendo

A transfer a reptérről

Ottimo ristorante

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Shuttle bus to the airport was free.

Room rate high for one night stay, we were checking out at 4am for an early flight. Breakfast would have been 30 euros for two people. I appreciate some people like having the towelling robes, slippers, shaving kit, shower caps, toothbrushes, and toothpaste ,hair comb ,but for one night....seriously!!! . I would rather pay less and not have all those extras which I did not use ,so for us a waste of money.

Great if you need to be close to the airport. Just 10 mins away. Close to the city too

Good location close to the airport, friendly staff and regular shuttle bus to airport.

Felt brand new. Great coffee machine in room. Close to airport. Very comfortable

Close to enough to be near to the airport but not at the end of the runway. It was easy to find after a long flight.

Very clean, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable bed

Conforto

Preço

Con Ibis si va sul sicuro. Personale competente ed accogliente, pulizia eccellente, camere comode e confortevoli, posizione perfetta vicino all'aeroporto (ovviamente servizio navettta 24h/24h grauito) c'è anche un buon ristorante all'interno aperto fino a tarda sera

Lokalizacja blisko lotniska i bezpłatny transfer na lotnisko. Komfortowe i czyste pokoje.

Location is close to the airport and that is why I stayed here for an early morning flight.

Too far from public transport and located in a commercial/industrial area

Do atendimento muito prestativo

Box do banheiro com vazamento de água

Nice property in general

There was some kind of insect crawling in the bathroom and our daughter panicked and we had to adjust. Also our room was close to the parking and the road were you could hear cars coming in and going by. Also there were some insect bites on my wife’s arms the next day and we’re not sure where they came from. Could be bed bugs. We don’t know but we’re concerned.

Rien

Shuttle Service

Localização, amabilidade dos funcionários e design.

Fraco isolamento. Muito ruído do exterior.

Very close to airport and restaurant food was great.

Rewelacyjne miejsce przy lotnisku, z lotniska hotelowym busem w 5 miniut.

Amazing pleasant stay. Room is small but amazingly equipped with everything you might need. Very friendly staff, the restaraunt on the first floor is really nice for a quick but nice meal. And, of course, transfer from and to airport included in the price was a savior! Absolutely recommend if an overnight stay is needed for a flight.

Near the airport as Lisbon was a stopover.

Nothing.

Shuttle, modern facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast

It was very comfortable and spacious with easy access to the airport. I love the shuttle.

A bit far from a major center or shopping store.

Cozinha fechada

A lokáció tökéletes, a reggeli remek, a személyzet profi.

A educação e a cortesia do gerente.

Me buscaram no aeroporto no local combinado e me deixaram sempre que precisei.

Nada a reclamar.

Serviço de Shuttle e café da manhã.
