Only fake narrative and hype was created by fake reviews. I left facility in 10 hrs . Rooms were smelly no proper cleanliness. Untrained and inexperienced staff. No space for food.

Location was very poor. Other end where we had room was just poor locality and lots of rough sleeper on opp side of Ghat. Not suitable for family to spend time on ghat outside rooms at night. Opp side of Ghat is used by some random people for shower and washing cloth. Rooms had somehow lots of small spiders and in between rooms lots of lizards (which understandably due to open space but still there should be some precautions as they can get into room very easily

The property maintenance. The door locks were not working and we had to call staff several times. Washroom's lighting is not standardised.

My father fell sick during the trip, and the team went above and beyond to support them — from helping with medicines to allowing extra time for checkout. Reviewed Nov 28, 2025The location of the hotel is exceptional. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy tea and dinner by the riverside, which is a channel from the Saryu River. Nevertheless, it is a hotel with a very small capacity, offering limited in-house kitchen options and, in general, does not serve lunch on the premises.
The kitchen facility requires expansion, and lunch should also be provided. The quality of the pillows needs enhancement. A travel cell must be established to facilitate arrangements for site visits.

The reception lady was good but otherwise the ground staff was lethargic. The breakfast was also ok. Upma got finished and the new one prepared in haste was not good. Paranthas and puri took lot of time. So it was just ok
