At the entrance of the complex, it was very dirty. For check in, I kept on calling on the given number it was unreachable 😏 even the mails were not delivering

Reviewed May 5, 2025We had a wonderful week in this oceanfront apartment in Mauritius. The location was excellent—just a few steps from the best beaches on the island. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket was only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had air conditioning in both rooms, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always responsive. We also appreciated the two shaded parking spots right in front of the entrance. Highly recommended and thanks for beautiful holidays in Flic En Flac, Mauritius! :)
This apartment complex has some issues with ants, but aside from that, everything was good.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice and bright spacious apartment. I especially liked the little breakfast nook with a partial ocean view. The owner was communicative.
There were some adjustments, particularly the initial overwhelm of the locks and keys, but all of that got sorted out. As much as I hate to mention it, it would be a diservice if I didn't note that there were tiny ants everywhere. It's allegedly because of the impending cyclone. The owner agreed to do some preventative treatment, so hopefully others will not experience this discomfort.

The building from the outside looks like it needs an upgrade/painting, so I was wondering what the apartment was going to look like. I was pleasantly surprised at the apartment. Think they need curtains in the living room. There are about 2 flights of stairs which may be a problem for some.

On arrival you need to provide one person to guide you to enter the apartment.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2024The Apartment was clean. Had all required necessities. Space well utilised. Had warm + White lightings. TV in both bedroom and living room. Nice comfortable Couch. Natural light from the large windows of the balcony is a plus. Very close to the beach and restaurants. No hassle easy check In and check Out.
Definitely requires a new set of better quality cooking utensils only. Otherwise all other utensils, cutlery are okay.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2024Modern and clean apartment next to the beach, many restaurants, and a very good bar. Large smart TV and even a soundbar. Excellent value. I’d recommend to make an appointment for check-in in advance as there is no manager on site.
