Direct access to the beach. The sand is brown not gold, but it's fine. Sea swimming is incredible, warm and peaceful. Thank you, team, for tidying up the litter on the beach.

La proximité avec la plage et Lovina centre. La piscine est jolie et les transats sont disponibles. La plage devant l’hôtel est nettoyée. Les extérieurs sont entretenus et très beaux.

La boxe lunch du petit déjeuner qui ne correspond pas au descriptif présenté à la réception, le contenu est très léger. La plage autour est très sale. Le restaurant : burger mal cuisiné pain dur, les mets ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 5*. L’appel à la prière qu’on entend fort dès 5h du matin. Correspond pas à un 5*.

Liked · We have never been to Lovina and when we decided to have a road trip for our combined 65th Birthdays we decided to travel the East, North, West and centre of Bali. Lovina was definitely a place on a list for a short stay. The check in was easy and parking for the car was onsite. Car was accessible daily. Breakfast was not paid for but was available for a cost of RUP 250 per day. Lots of breakfast options around outside resort and as we are out and about we grabbed coffee and food on the road. Pool was very nice / cleaned daily and tested - Plenty of sunbeds. We did a daily early morning walk and took in the the daily routine of fishermen. . Overall I would recommend the Lovina Haven Boutique resort n spa - grounds very beautiful - well maintained and kabanas available for relaxing - ocean facing and cushions. We did daily drives and took in the whole of what Lovina and surrounding areas had to offer, Lots of great restaurants and touristy things to keep you interested. The Haven did know it was my 65th Birthday on the 31/7 and so happened they had the Full Moon Party with 3 local DJ's - night was all and more - celebrating with 100 or so persons. Night I will remember. The staff were very accommodating. Definitely will be back !

Im not one for the Tourist trap BUT we did fall into the Dolphin "Hunting" boat ride. Met skipper and headed off at 7am for what we thought would be a safe distance to see these beautiful creatures. Its was a jostled hunt of approx. 100 Boats and screaming tourists - basically chasing these creatures. Coming from Perth WA we have dolphins in our beautiful Swan River and of course the Indian ocean - BUT this was distressing and to which we advised our skipper to just go for a putt to the resort. I know this is income generating for the skipper and his employees BUT I feel there is a better way. Distressing.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The staff have a high level of training, are very friendly, respectful and polite. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The restaurant kitchen staff and servers went above and beyond to help with my food allergies. They were more than happy to cook a special breakfast and dinner to accommodate these allergies.

It would have been perfect except the hotel policy allowing day trippers access to the pool club and facilities, for a very low fee, which meant that the hotel guests, at times, are unable to find a sunbed near the pool and have to retreat further into the hotel complex. The music is too loud, which was quite draining, presumably to attract the day trippers, it doesn't make a good fit for such a high end boutique establishment.

We honestly can't recommend Lovina Haven Resort highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, the pool was beautiful, and the entire resort had such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The biggest highlight was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Their hospitality is second to none and made us feel more like family than guests. This was one of those places that's incredibly hard to leave because it feels so special. It's not just a resort, it's an experience that stays with you long after you've gone. A genuine 10 out of 10 in every way. Thank you to everyone at Lovina Haven Resort for making our honeymoon so memorable. We can't wait to come back one day!

Le personnel était vraiment très bien : professionnel et réactifs. La villa très confortable et tous les équipements bébé.

Pas vraiment d’ombre au niveau de la piscine mais c’est un détail car nous voyagions avec un bébé d’un an.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lovina Haven Boutique Resort war einfach hervorragend. Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich einzigartig. Viele Gäste heben besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit sowie die traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand hervor. Die Villa sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten eine entspannte Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Die gepflegte Gartenanlage, der grosszügige Pool und die gemütlichen Ruhebereiche mit Meerblick laden zum Entspannen ein. Auch die direkte Strandlage macht das Resort zu einem ganz besonderen Ort. Das Frühstück und die Speisen im Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage des Resorts ist ideal. In der nähe hat es eine schönen Supermarkt (Pepito) Wir waren mit Captain Jeger lovina auf Delfintour, zu zweit auf dem Boot. Abgeholt direkt am Strand vor dem Hotel

The friendly staff made this hotel very special. From check in, restaurant, bar, pool and spa staff were amazing, nothing was an issue and our requests were always attended to quickly efficiently and with a friendly smile.

The room air conditioner was not very cold, even after we had it looked at by maintenance it improved but struggled.

The shower inside the bathrooms did not have enough pressure. Rooms did not have intercom so was difficult to communicate.

Wat een prachtige plek! Wij snappen niet dat er mensen een review hebben geschreven dat het daar vies is. Ze zijn heel de dag alles aan t schoonmaken. Personeel die zo vriendelijk is en echt een praatje met je maken. Het eten was heerlijkkk. Iedere ochtend zoveel keuze qua ontbijt. Het zwembad is schoon en vanuit je ligbed kijk je op de zee uit. Je kamer is heerlijk ruim met airco en wanneer je tv wilt kijken kan je ff netflixen bijv. Je kamer word 2x schoongemaakt op een dag als je dat wilt. Dit is tot nu toe van deze vakantie de beste, leukste hotel. Een echte aanrader!

Badkamer had iets groter gekund maar dat is meer een luxe probleem.

De grootte van de accomodaties. Mooi zwembad, zeer vriendelijk personeel, zelfs de stagiaire deden goed hun best.

De tijd van het schoonmaken van de kamers, dan ‘s morgens om 10 uur, dan ‘s middags om half 4.

Personalet var enestående, beliggenheten nydelig, stranden er herlig og maten var superb!

Verwachting is anders bij 5 * hotel. Weet niet waarom het 5 * heeft. Locatie top, eten lekker, personeel super vriendelijk.

Amazing place and amazing staff. Great service and great location on the beach. Great food and drinks if you don’t feel like going out. Can be collected by local boat to see dolphins, snorkeling, etc from the beach at the hotel.

Maybe the prices for food and drinks are a little much but the service makes up for it.

This is no a "Boutique" hotel, but a huge complex.

Szép, tiszta szálloda, személyzet udvarias és segítőkész, a medence tiszta és kellemes, a reggeli svédasztalos és igen bő a választék!

Tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk és a hullámzás folyamatos zaja zavaró, de erről a szálloda nem tehet. A közelben muszlim templom van ami már hajnal 4:40-kor rázendített!🙁 erröl sem tehet a szálloda, de aki ide foglal számítson rá! A füldugó sokat segített! nem véletlenül adják a szobához!

You far from the town, had to pay to use the shuttle service, couldn’t use 10 min massage that no one else wanted to use with strict use 10 mins per person only so we didn’t bother

Les vendeurs qui nous interpellent sans arrêt depuis la plage alors que nous sommes installés à la piscine. C'est insupportable. La direction devrait être plus ferme et leur dire de ne pas embêter leurs clients. Plage n'est pas jolie derrière

From the moment we arrived we could not have been more impressed. The staff were friendly and courteous and made a big deal of our arrival. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a villa and the rooms were exceptional. The pool is perfect with regards to size and cleanliness. We were able to arrange outings through the resort which included dolphin watching which is a must. If you are travelling to Bali a stay in Lovina is highly recommended and the Lovina Haven Boutique Resort is the perfect place to stay! We will certainly be back.

Not a major issue but a lot of the staff could not speak English, however, there was always another staff member close by that could assist. I believe it is a hospitality training property.

A beautiful hotel with gorgeous ocean views, a fabulous pool and restaurant. The grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful foliage and lighting, making the hotel feel quite magical. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The buffet breakfast had a large range of food options, and the restaurant food was delicious.

Nog nooit zulke lieve medewerkers gehad bij een hotel. Je voelt je elke dag van harte verwelkomd en iedereen is super geïnteresseerd. Mega uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Zou hier graag terugkomen! Op de laatste dag heeft een van de hotelmedewerkers op zijn vrije dag mij een kleine rondleiding gegeven in Lovina naar de boeddhistische tempel. Ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad.

Dusche ohne Abtrennung, alles Waaser im ganzen Bad dasurxh immer nasse Düsse oder Svhuhe. Nachts hatte man das Gwfühl die Motorbikes, der direkt hinter den Zimmern liegende Strasse, fahren allesamt durch das Zimmer, höllischer Lärm.

The hotel is stunning: a magnificent reception, a beautiful garden, a clean pool, fantastic food in the restaurant, all with very professional service. We stayed in a villa overlooking the sea, it was very clean and met all our needs. We loved the hotel and the staff! Congratulations!

Too far out of town, needs push bikes or a shuttle service for guests

Received a free room upgrade which was a bonus. Very comfortable. Breakfast was typical Asin fare with enough choices to satisfy most people. Restaurant also provided ample choices for dinner. Great pool area right on the beach.

Hotel is a little way out of the center of town, maybe 15-20min walk, which may affect some, but really didn't bother me. Not much in town any ways. Some road traffic noise can be heard at night. Again, nothing that bother me.

Das allerbeste am Hotel sind die zuvorkommenden und freundlichen mitarbeitenden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir das Küchenpersonal, dass uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Die Anlage ist bis auf den Zimmertrakt sehr großzügig mit sehr viel Grün und Eleganz.

Die Hauptanschließung führt an der schönen Seite der Zimmer vorbei, deshalb entsteht sehr viel Lärm Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt absolut keinen Schallschutz. Erholsame Nacht unmöglich. Die Betten sind hart ohne Lattenrost. Keine separate Dusche Nur ein Handtuch pro Person trotz Nachfrage Wenig Umweltbewusstsein, da kein water refill. Und so wird man zum Kauf von Wasserflaschen gezwungen Die Grünanlagen wurden täglich gegen Insekten gespritzt, was uns Atemreizung verursacht hat. Wir wären eigentlich ein paar Tage geblieben, sind nach einer Nacht aber wieder abgereist.

Wat een geweldig Hotel / Resort !!! De hele dag vriendelijke medewerkers met een lach en tijd voor een praatje, mooie kamers ( 101 en 202 ) , fijne bedden , mooie badkamer, super schoonmaak dienst , elke dag een heerlijk cakje na de schoonmaak. Een mooi groot restaurant met heerlijk lokaal / Balinees maar ook Westers eten ( voor onrbijt,luch en diner ), een chefkok die tijd neemt voor zijn gasten en elke dag even komt vragen of het allemaal in orde en naar wens is, superfijne bediening in het restaurant en de Beachclub. Fijn groot zwembad met ligstoelen en badhanddoeken. Kortom het adres voor onbezorgd overnachten / lekker eten + drinken en genieten als je in noord Bali wilt verblijven !!

1. The shower is designed not well. The floor does not has proper gradient of slope, so after using the shower the floor everywhere is wet

Enige wat ik niet prettig vond, was dat er in het overkapte restaurant gedeelte gerookt mag worden. Roken is prima, maar dan niet in een ontbijt/ lunch of diner ruimte.

We were really disappointed with our stay at Lovina Haven in Lovina. The staff is amazing, but the hotel itself feels more like a 3-star than anything close to a 5-star. The restaurant food is mediocre and barely local, and the breakfast is super basic with no real flavor. On top of that, we were woken up every morning at 4:30am by the mosque right next door. Being in a “5-star” hotel and getting earplugs as a solution is honestly ridiculous, even after changing rooms to try to get a bit farther away. And as a final goodbye, since the hotel charges extra for pretty much everything, we even got an extra bill at checkout for a bit of sand on a hand towel… seriously? Overall, this hotel is a big no-go for us. The staff is fantastic, but the place is nowhere near a real 5-star, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

Im Zimmer kein Spiegel, im Badezimmer lediglich eine Wanne, wenn geduscht wird, steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Nur 2 große Duschtücher. Keine kleinen Handtücher

Przepięknie położony hotel nad samym morzem z dużym i czystym basenem. Bardzo dobra obsługa, starała się dogodzić. Na śniadaniach ogromny wybór. Recepcja piękna. Jedzenie w restauracji całkiem dobre. W związku z problemem w naszym pokoju otrzymaliśmy upgrate na resztę pobytu do villi. I naprawdę polecam ville z widokiem na morze. Są bardzo wygodne i przestronne a sprzątanie jest dwa razy dziennie (jak ktoś potrzebuje).

Pokoje miały trochę stare wyposażenie a zwłaszcza łazienki (jak na hotel 5 gwiazdowy). Na Bali w innych miejscach za mniej gwiazdek było dużo lepiej. W ośrodku był problem z komarami. W pokojach z balkonami jest bardzo głośno od ulicy i od korytarza, drzwi są nieszczelne i słychać dosłownie wszystko, każdy przejeżdżający samochód i każdego gościa. Jak ktoś lubi cisze to polecam pokoje z wejściem od ogrodu albo wille.
