Es ist sehr laut vom Verkehr der Straße, die bellenden Hunde der Unterkunft und es könnte durchaus öfter der Boden gewischt werden.

The rooms are spacious as well as the apartment. Clean and In front of the pool.

The rooms are fine but one bed mattress was too hard and required better bedding.. WiFi did not work and this caused much discomfort as cellular data is very weak in that region. All the TVs are linked to WiFi and I understand that this is a frequent issue there. Having a barbecue set, some charcoal could be available at the apartment for the amount paid.

The accommodation offers everything needed for a very pleasant stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, bright, and clean, while the garden and beach are even more stunning than in the photos. On our first morning, Devina prepared a delicious traditional breakfast for us – she was very kind and happy to share helpful tips and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Kids loved the place. If they are not in the pool, they are on the beach. Devina was very helpful. She had these amazing food.

Internet was very slow. However, we did not really bother about it since we were all the time on the beach.

This has been one of our best experiences in Mauritius. The property is on the hidden gem in Belle Mare and has everythinqg you need in terms of equipment. Everything, from the pool, the private beach, the rooms and amenities, the staff, the security was first class and we are already looking at going back again.

Great property, awesome location and had a great balance of quaint and accessibility. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beach access was priceless. The property felt very safe and private. Roshni was a fantastic host. She was extremely courteous, responsive and took every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable in Mauritius. She also went the extra mile to organize and cover airport shuttles, grocery shopping and meals. We had access to a personal chef - Devina, who cooked meals to our preference. She was super friendly, professional and made us fall in love with Mauritian food. Definitely went the extra mile to shop groceries and made our stay truly hassle free.

Die Wohnung befindet sich teilweise in einem unsauberen Zustand.

Der wunderbare Strand, das Schnorcheln und der Sonnenaufgang von Belle Mare. Die großzügige Wohnung und gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Vermieterin und Devina waren sehr aufmerksam.

Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass wir diese nachts nicht genutzt haben. Der Strand vor der Anlage wurde leider nicht gereinigt.

L'appartement est très grand, très propre et très bien aménagé et équipé. Literie tres confortable. La piscine est grande et on y était toujours seuls. Quant à la plage devant la résidence, elle est juste magnifique !!! Avec de beaux poissons en plus (pour qui aime le snorkeling). On peut y faire de belles balades car elle est très longue. La résidence est calme, sécurisée avec place de parking attitrée et gardien très sympathique. Les explications pour y accéder (reçues par WhatsApp) sont très complètes et le contact est facile. Devina, la "housemaid", et son mari ont été super. Ils nous ont préparé un bon petit-déjeuner. J'ai demandé à Devina si elle savait où je pourrais acheter un tawa traditionnel. Elle m'a donné des conseils puis, 1/2h après, elle m'a appelée par WhatsApp en visio : elle était dans un magasin et me montrait plusieurs modèles pour voir si c'était ce que je cherchais. Le lendemain, elle m'a apporté celui que je voulais ! Adorable. Bref, une super expérience.

1. Nähe zum Strand 2. Pool 3. Unterkunft auf den ersten Blick nett. Wurde aber durch die Eindrücke unten gedämpft. 4. Die Einweisung und Hilfe der Besitzerin zum Einreisen + finden der Unterkunft waren sehr detailliert und freundlich.

1.Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber 2. Hausbetreuerin sehr aufdringlich. Man kommt sich vor wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt wo man kaufen muss. Unangemeldeter Besuch. Einfach rein spaziert obwohl wir draußen waren. Es ist nur per Zufall eine von uns rein gekommen. Haushälterin +Kind laufen in alle Zimmer (nicht zum Putzen, einfach so. machen den Eindruck als ob man die persönlichen Dinge nicht herum liegen lassen kann im eigenen Schlafzimmer). 3. Das hintere Klo, die Waschmaschine und die offene Dusche im vorderen Bad/schlafzimmer sind undicht und laufen aus. 4. Ich wurde gleich von einer großen Spinne auf meinem Bett willkommen geheißen

Tolle Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – mit bequemen Betten, moderner Küche (inkl. Wasserspender), Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Die Lage ist top: direkt am Strand, mit Pool und Liegen im Garten. Alles ist gepflegt und sicher, mit Pförtner vor Ort. Wir haben die Besitzer nicht kennengelernt, aber Devina, die sich um alles kümmert, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Ich bin früh aufgestanden, um den Sonnenaufgang am Strand zu sehen – aber der Zugang war gesperrt. Später meinte der Sicherheitsmann, ich hätte mich vorher anmelden müssen. Fand ich übertrieben. Ich bin im Urlaub, nicht im Gefängnis.

The location is excellent, right on the beachfront, so it’s very convenient to step out and enjoy the sea. The apartment was spacious and had a homely feel, with more than basic amenities available like Barbecue, all the home and kitchen appliances you can think of and that too stocked. The host gave us useful tips and tricks like visiting Super U(super market) instead of searching for here and there. She(Debina) made us a complementary breakfast and it was delicious. The view from the living room & porch was beautiful, especially during sunrise. Even the security uncle cared for us like a father and helped us numerous times.

Beautiful place, great apartment, great location with a beautiful beach right in front. Housekeeping and housemaid were brilliant, what a lovely person who even cooked delicious dinners for us.

We loved this big and comfortable apartment. Devina made us feel home from the very beginning. The swimming pool area and the beach is just amazing and accessible in a minute. We were looking for tranquility far from the north busy beaches and here it’s just great!

Mind that Mauritius east cost can be windier than the rest. We had two rainy and windy days (it was the same all over the island) but we also had two awesome days with sun and no wind whatsoever (we were there in August which is winter).

Stunning sea view, can hear the waves crashing in. Beach literally past the pool and very private. Devinia and her family are an absolute credit to the stay in this property, could not recommend it enough 10/10

We didn't have breakfast but our lovely host, Devina, cooked dinner for us and it was delicious. She was more than a host and we know she would have helped us with anything we needed!

This is a really great place. The house is beautiful and very well thought out. Everything is new and clean. The living room is spacious and has an amazing view. The yard is quiet and green, with a nice pool and again, a great ocean view. Just a few steps away there is a beautiful beach that feels almost private - we were usually the only ones there. Bonus - you can watch stunning sunrises over the sea right from your place, by the pool. I highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Stunning view, spacious, friendly and safe environment

One of the best places we stayed in Mauritius, the apartment is huge and spacious, I loved the living room/kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen, huge fridge, and freezer. The bathroom is nice and spacious, I loved the bathtub, the bed is comfortable. Parking is assigned by apartment, on site. There is a gate person 24/7 on site. If I will be back in Mauritius I will book it again. You get private access to a stunning beach where you can watch the sunrise. I would definitely book again. additional information there is BBQ facilities that you can use, we didn’t use it but there was 1 between 2 apartments.

Modern and good value for money . Devina was amazing

Loved everything. A suggestion would be - owners to consider replacing the small blinds in the main bedroom to make the room darker when sleeping but it was not a problem for us. Nice linen but - Perhaps consider white linen , but not a problem for us. Loved it though

A stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. Fantastic for snorkeling and walks. Ground floor apartment was very large and terrace is private, sits within a gated community of units around a really lovely pool area and view to the sea. Really well looked after with security guards and estate managers. The apartment was stylish and well equipped with a full kitchen and dining area. Our lovely housekeeper was able to bring us pre booked home cooked meals and kindly showed us around a fantastic local market. A great place to stay in a local Mauritian area with good restaurants and shops a short drive away.

No public transport really so best to hire a car. The local area's restaurants were quite empty when we were there so we cooked at the apartment mainly.

As the name suggests, it was a stunning beachfront property. The house was very clean and very spacious. There were many games and activities for kids and adults as well. The host was very welcoming and the house lady Devina was very helpful in preparing our breakfast.. She also prepared dinner at extra price. The reef behind the apartment is very nice with a lot of corals and fishes. Additionally there was a big pool as well. I will definitely come back again to stay longer!

Beautiful beach, great for families. The apartment is close enough to the beach so one can hear the waves at night, which is nice. Very nice and helpfulowner, and great, timely communication. Received a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Overall, the property and communal areas seem like it's in need of an upgrade. Very small outside patio and nowhere to eat outside. Lots of mismatched chairs, glassware etc. which doesn't give one a very luxurious impression. The apartment is on the ground floor, so one doesn't have a lot of privacy (although I suspect most people probably wouldn't mind). It's also very close to the pool, so just be mindful of this if you have small kids who can't swim.

Beautiful and large apartment right near the pool and the sea. Home-cooked meals by Jashree were terrific. A very relaxing stay. Host was very attentive and helpful and always available.

The place is wonderful for a quiet weekend escapade. A stunning beach right at the apartment's doorstep, a beautiful and clean apartment, all the staff were very nice, and Mrs Roshni was a rockstar host and allowed us a later checkout. No complaints at all. Comfy, quiet, and clean, couldn't ask for more.

No complaints, really. It was just too bad we couldn't use the coffee machine as the plug couldn't fit, but otherwise, everything was just fine.

Great apartment, very spacious with all in. Nice garden and pool. The location is dreamy, 50 m from a wild beach with white sand. Exceptional guest - very attentive to her visitors. They were attentive and offered us a wine, food and even a bottle of gin.

Awesome location with amazing sunrise view and walks. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very clean place and great pool with jump in spots for kids. Stunning owner who surprised us with complimentary drinks. Had some guests from Canada who loved the whole experience. MEMORABLE AND MOST ENJOYABLE STAY.

Tricky access by car at main entrance coming. Tip - Be patient and horn for watchman to open gate.

Our stay at the beach apartment was absolutely amazing! The apartment was huge, beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the secluded beach in Belle Mare, arguably the best area in Mauritius. While the apartment is a bit remote and requires a car, the tranquility and stunning surroundings make it absolutely worth it. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From welcoming us with a delicious local lunch to surprising us with Mauritius snacks, organizing a live cooking session, arranging a kayak trip, and even gifting us a souvenir, she made sure every moment of our stay was memorable. The apartment also had a lovely pool and beautiful garden, adding to the overall charm of the place. We can’t wait to come back again soon! Highly recommend!

The location was amazing, the host responded quickly and even left us 2 bottles of wine. The property is near sea and amazing beach. The pool was nice and the propert guard is so helpful. Close by is indian restaurant, it was delicious.

Just like its name indeed a stunning villa in a perfect location. I'm at my second stay n i really enjoy the tranquility here.No queues for buffet,no dresscodes,no awkward conversation n everything belongs to your ultimate privacy.This villa provides everything for your comfort.All you need is to be with those you wish to be with and take charge of your holiday.

Nice apartment, pretty much on the beach, to he honest it has a small bea h and some rock pools right in front and this seems to he the best stretch of the beach for seeing fish.... I walked the whole length. Swimming is also great here. The beach could he a bit cleaner but it wa nice enough. Apartment is fine, a lady brought us food which was tasty. It was very quiet, I would book again. Beds are hard but this is standard in Mauritius, at least at our budget! I forgot, I loved hearing the waves crashing at night,

Amazing location right on the beach. The host (Mrs Roshni) was lovely from day one and attended to our needs which we certainly appreciated. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.
