There was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were only 3 bath towels for a three bedroom apartment. One toilet did not work and was not fixed The TV didn’t work. The towels were well worn, stained, and needed to be replaced. There was half eaten food in the refrigerator and freezer. The refrigerator had a bad smell. Dishes were in the drainer and in the sink. Light bulbs were missing in the living room.
