The big problem we encountered is the communication with the establishment. They don't answer the calls, sent numerous WhatsApp messages and they just blue ticked until i threatened them to report back to Booking.com.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The facilities looked exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean and neat. We were delighted to find a cold bottle of water for each guest in the fridge upon arrival. We told the staff that we were attending an event and would return late at night. After a long evening of walking in the wind and chilly night air, we were completely blown away to find that a staff member had already switched on the electric blankets for us and we could get into warm and comfortable beds after taking a nice hot shower in the very big shower with a large shower head. Such a wonderful experience. We will definitely return again next year!

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The place is beautiful, clean, secure and peaceful and quiet. The sheets were clean and fresh. The premises are clean and well kept. The WiFi is quick with no buffering.
The only complaint is that the shower in my room was blocked so water was not going through the drain fast enough so water was raising up too fast which meant I had to shower quickly so the water doesn’t spill over.
