The house is well renovated and in very good condition, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Niko, is friendly, responsive, and organises everything spotlessly.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν πολύ άνετο.
Ήταν όλα πολύ καλά, αν είχε θέα και θέση στάθμευσης θα ήταν τέλειο.

It is not for the house but Kavala overall impossible parking slots allocation especially during the working week with extended working time.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Bir evde bulabileceğiniz tüm olanaklar var. Her şey profesyonel derecede temiz. Giriş çıkış çok kolay. Lokasyon harika. Yatak çok çok rahat. Oturma odası ve yatak odasında 2 tv var. Gercekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik.
Balkondan manzara izleyeceğiz diye dusunduk fakat tam manzarayı gormuyor tem manzara icin sanırım en ust katı booklamak lazım. Bir de yan daire ile balkonu ortak kullanıyorsunuz.

Balkonu yok, yatak odası oldukça yeterli temiz. salonda bir çekyat vardı, çekyat yatak olarak açılıp kullanılabiliyor, bir de masa vardı ancak banyosu çok değişikti banyoda koskocaman bir kaya sizi karşılıyor bana göre biraz ürkütücü.
Banyosunda kocaman bir kaya var, oldukça soğuk.

Park yeri problemi var ve dairenin bulunduğu yerde sokaklar çok dar. Daire oldukça temiz olmakla birlikte banyosunda kocaman bir kaya var. Sanırım onu kırmak yerine daireyi üzerine yapmışlar. Bu nedenle banyo çok soğuktu.

Reviewed May 2, 2026La qualité de la décoration (chambre + salon + sdb) était exceptionnelle : on est dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre L, au premier étage, permet d'accéder à un agréable balcon (à partager avec une autre chambre ?). La vue de face du balcon donne sur les toits de la ville au loin et la vue de côté permet de voir la mer au fond de la rue. La localisation est idéale : à l'entrée de la vieille ville et au calme :-) Dernier point : l'hôte était très serviable et réactif.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Οι χώροι στο κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαροί, τα έπιπλα άριστης ποιότητας, υπήρχε επάρκεια χωρών για τέσσερα άτομα. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Δυσκολία στην εύρεση θέσης στάθμευσης.
