Alles sauber, angenehme größe, äußerst nette und aufmerksame Besitzer, Parkplatz war unkompliziert zubuchbar

it had everything that I needed dishwasher, oven refrigerator, etc. It was a great location near where my son was staying for a football camp.

there was no washer or dryer nearby. The closest laundromat was not within walking distance.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ich wurde mehrmals gefragt, ob Alles in Ordnung ist. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Am besten hat uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt, da wir zu einer Messe in Düsseldorf waren.

Ruime douche, bed was precies wat we gewend zijn (stevig maar niet hard) en de grote staande ventilator die aanwezig was voor de warmte. Keuken had genoeg accessoires (bestek, borden, etc) voor gebruik ook. Genoeg eet opties in de omgeving en een geweldige bakker om de hoek.

Er zijn helaas geen gordijnen bij de woonkamer/keuken. Geen probleem voor privacy of iets gezien de bovenste woonlaag, maar je kan geen hete zomer zon blokkeren helaas. Dus het huis warmt hoe dan ook op.

We liked stuff for the kitchen and design of the apartment. Was clean and comfortable enough. Perfect that we had apparently all that we needed (2 pans, hairdryer, towels etc)

There wasn't air condition and window was broken. Also we were run out of paper towels, because there was less than a half of it. Wasn't salt or oil, we needed to buy.

It was cute and perfect for 1 person.

The bed made a lot of noise and was a bit uncomfortable. I alao would wish to have extra towels and bedding in the apartment.

The apartment was clean, but not well equipped or Cozy. The bed was good and the bathroom nice and clean. We would only recommend this stay for a single night where you dont have to spend a lot of time in the apartment

We booked this stay because of the facilities - This included parking! First we where told a different price - not the one listet in the overview of the stay. Then right before we had to arrive, we where told that parking was not an option - now it was to late to find a new stay! We had to look for parking every everning when we came home late in the everning! Not a part of the deal and not okay. There was a lot of noise from a dog in the building.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The decor was stylish and modern, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable.

A missing HDMI cable for the TV. However, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience.

The heating was not functional and the appartment smelled like someone had been smoking in there. There were yellow spots on the wallpaper near the windows....

Helpful staff

We could not get into the apartment due to the wrong key being placed in the key safe. This resulted in waiting over an hour in 30-degree heat. Once we finally got into our apartment (3) the sofa bed mattress had food on it, the bed sheets were very worn and uncomfortable/scratchy and the church bells were so loud even with the windows closed, we had to sit with our hands over our ears. No air conditioning.

Spacious bedroom and a bathtub. Pretty close to a supermarkt and pizzeria nearby.

Lack of communication to receive the keys (pre-checkin details and document had to be redone on arrival, emails 6 days ahead and 1 day ahead weren't send). The chairs (dining table) had no cushions and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit (besides on the bed). Television only had Germany channels. Kitchen utensils were limited.

Clean and nice apartment

Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find a parking spot on the street, and no parking fee required. Clean, spacious apartment.

Quite far from the city centre. Quality of furniture, lamps, etc. and feel of apartment were underwhelming for the price of 188 euros per night, especially for a non-touristy city like Duisburg. One of the plugs of the night lamps next to the bed was so bent that the lamp could not be plugged in. Door handle of bedroom door broken: the first time we touched it, it came loose.

Nice and peaceful flat. But did not get wifi working.

Wifi password not found. Booking.com send me a wrong key code, luckily the owner was helpful in the phone despite late arrival.

Stayed there for 4 days. Very clean location, comfortable bed and although it's situated in a residential area it is very quiet! Not a lot of interaction with the owner is required. After the payment is done you receive the code from one of the safe boxes at the entrance of the building. Nearby you can find pizzeria's, a pub and a small shop that is opened until 23:00. I am really happy with the choice i made and will return whenever i am in Duisburg!!!

The only downside i could find is the lack of a reserved parking space, but after looking a bit i was always able to find one in the vecinty even at 19:00.

Very nice clean, quiet and good located apartment. Comfortable king size bed. Excellent WiFi connection. Easy and fast communication with host. I highly recommend it with no doubt.
