Ni un solo dia han realizado limpieza, para 12 noches no han cambiado ni un dia las sabanas, ni limpiado y nos han pedido 300 sheques para poder limpiar, monto que no estaba contemplado porque al alquilar ya pagamos un fee por limpieza

Super emplacement , Chambre agréable toute neuve , 1Km de la gare pour l aeroport ou Jerusalem, et 50 m des bars et commerces et bus .je recommande cet endroit

Very well maintained property in convenient location. If you come from TLV airport, take train towards TLV only one station to HaHagana. Then you just need to walk straight line on Levinsky street without turning 10-15 minutes and you are there. Property was very clean, and first thing you enter you smell cleaness. Bed was comfortable, so I had good sleep. AC was working perfectly, same as hot water was running smoothly without any issues. Absolutely lovely thing was small well functioning fridge. I always could have super chilled drinks and water in the room thanks to this fridge. Before arrival instructions were sent via whatsapp, and everything was super clear and easy. Price is very fair taking into consideration how expensive TLV is. I totally recommend this place

Loveinsky Rooms זה המקום המדויק למי שרוצה לחוות את תל אביב האותנטית. היינו זוג שתמיד בוחר בתי מלון מפנקים עם ג'קוזי ורוף-טופ, אבל הפעם רצינו "לרדת לרחוב" ולחוות את הסצנה האמיתית, ולא התאכזבנו לרגע! המיקום – שוק לוינסקי: סצנה שאין בשום מקום אחר בעולם! הדירה ממוקמת בלב הסצנה המיוחדת של שוק לוינסקי, והיא מציעה חוויה דו-קוטבית מדהימה: סצנת בוקר: שוק סואן, תוסס וצבעוני עם ריחות משכרים של תבלינים, מעדניות, וטעמים – כיף לקפוץ בבוקר ולהביא בורקס וקפה ולאכול בנחת במרפסת, "כאילו אתם המלך והמלכה של תל אביב". סצנת לילה: כשהיום יורד, הרחוב מתעורר לחיים עם מקומות בילוי, ברים קטנים ומיוחדים, ומוזיקה. יצאנו ל-Pub Crawling שבו הבנו על מה כולם מדברים – בילינו ברחוב אחד עד 3:00 לפנות בוקר! עברנו ממסעדה יפנית (בירה וגיוזה), לבר מקסיקני (בירה וטאקו משוגע), ולבר ספרדי (ריוחה וגבינות). בכל מקום פגשנו אנשים שמחים ובעלי מקום נדיבים שפינקו בצ'ייסרים. סיימנו בבר עם מוזיקה חיה וג'אם סשן ספונטני! החדר והחוויה בנכס: למרות שהגענו מהרחוב הסואן והאקלקטי, נכנסנו לדירה שקטה, נעימה ומרווחת. הכל חדש לגמרי לאחר שיפוץ, עם מנעולים אלקטרוניים וצ'ק-אין עצמי פשוט וקל. כל החוויה הייתה חלקה ונוחה. השירות היה מיידי – קיבלנו את כל המידע מראש, וקיבלנו מענה מיידי בוואטסאפ קצת אחרי שהתמקמנו. הניקיון והסדר היו למופת. למה זה מושלם לזוגות לדעתי? אמנם אין ג'קוזי או מסאג' (כמו שאנחנו רגילים), אבל יש כאן חוויה אחרת, הרבה יותר מחברת ומעצימה. זו ההרגשה של לחזור להיות בני 20 בתל אביב – לשתות, לצחוק ולעשות שטויות בלי לדאוג לאיך מגיעים הביתה. אפשר ליהנות מכל סצנת חיי הלילה של תל אביב, להשתכר ולהישאר ערים, ולחזור ברגל תוך שתי דקות למקום נעים, נקי ומסודר.

הדירה חדשה נקייה ומושלמת ולא חסר דבר אבל קחו בחשבון שהדירה לא בנויה לבישולים לנו זה לא היה חסר כי המיקום של הדירה הוא מעל השוק עם האוכל הכי טעים בעולם! יש אוכל מגוון זול איכותי טעים בטירוף וזמין 24/7 אז מי בכלל רוצה לבשל ?! בשביל זה יצאנו לחופש כדי לבלות ...חחח

Everything was super clean, modern, and comfortable. The place is brand new. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. I really enjoyed my time here, great atmosphere and super easy check-in. Totally recommend it!

המקלחת טובה

החדר (#2) הרבה הרבה יותר קטן ממה שמתואר, או מאשר שבתמונות. זו הייתה האכזבה העיקרית. בנוסף, המרפסת לא ראויה להקרא מרפסת, הייתה מלוכלכת מאד, ואפשר לשקול להכניס לשם ספסל קטן או משהו אחר. לא היה נייר טואלט בחדר, ונאלצתי להמתין כשעתיים עד להגעתו. הובטחה באתר פינת עבודה, בפועל לא קיימת כזו. יש כסא משרדי, אבל שום שולחן בגובה המתאים, או שיש עליו מקום. אין מקום לתליית מגבות, אין מקום להנחת מוצרי טיפוח סביב הכיור, ואין מקום להנחת שמפו וכו בתוך המקלחת. המזרון מאד ישן (או מאד זול) ובכל מקרה מאד לא נוח, בנסיעת עסקים זה מפריע כפליים. אין תאורה נעימה בחדר, רק מאד חזקה.

Very close to the cool Levinsky market, has access to shelter in the building in case of need.

Has she problem with hot water in shower, but i didn't care much (as it's summer), so i didn't ask to fix it.

Convenient location, very clean, smooth check-in, we had a great time!

I get all my info on wassup. the codes , and where is the room. The room was clean , the bed ok and the wi-fi very good. I recomand this acomodation if u travel to Tel-Aviv. Is close from the train station Ha-hagana , and from that station , you get easy, 10 min train , to airport.

I loved being near Levinsky Market & in the area. My room was very clean& I could adjust the temperature & the bed& bathroom & furniture were great.

I arrived at midnight. It wasn't easy to find the property. There are MASSIVE NOISY roadworks outside. The whole road is being made into a light railway. Luckily the road workers were very helpful & made sure I could navigate the blocks. The venue should have warned me about the works & noise which started at 4am!!! They gave me the wrong room number so I couldn't get in. Nightmare. The phone number for Harel didn't work. Luckily there was another I could text& they sent the right room number. Jeez. They didn't explain that the little bit of plastic on the table was a key to avoid tapping in the door code until Day 3 after I'd made 50 attempts at the code each time of coming back. Not impressed by the management. More info needed please.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The douche works good as well.

It felt like sleeping in the middle of a construction site—I had to use earplugs and sleeping pills just to get some rest. I believe it would have been more honest for the owner to inform renters about this before finalizing the booking. Additionally, the kitchen is not functional for cooking; it has no equipment, and you can only use the fridge. Before checkout, you receive an automated WhatsApp message with detailed instructions on how to leave the room, handle the garbage, and other requirements. The message also lists various penalties for not following the rules. I found the tone a bit harsh—after all, we are your guests, not your adversaries. A little kindness would go a long way.

Clean room

Everything was clean and nice, internet was great. The balcony in the room was great. There is a large fridge in the shared kitchen.

There are multiple code locks to get to the room, and one was a bit complicated to type on.

Brand new place so all was in top condition. Communication with the host was clear and easy - they were very helpful with our requests. Location (for our needs and wishes) was great!

Some basic elements were missing (shower towel, soup in the dispenser, dishes in the kitchen - bu I assume these will be soon fixed as they just opened.
