Un hotel avec beaucoup de charme, une décoration de goût et un accueil extremement chaleureux dans un endroit calme, loin des foules et dans une bourgade charmante au vert.

Heerlijk rustig hotel, uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was zeer netjes, schoon, mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris une photo de la chambre à notre arrivée car c’était parfait. La climatisation était positionnée de façon telle que cela rafraîchisse la chambre sans que nous ayons un courant d’air sur le lit comme souvent, literie très confortable, coin douche wc rien à redire. Tout était parfait.

Sehr niedliches authentisch gestaltetes Hotel mit historischem Hintergrund. Ein romantisches Restaurant mit sehr guten regionalen Speisen gehört dazu und der bunte, blühende Garten mit Hühnern und Schafen läd zum Verweilen ein. Es war eine sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt Danke

De vriendelijkheid van eigenaar en personeel. Daarnaast de prachtige en complete slaapkamer. Opmerkelijk met vers fruit en gekoeld water. Ook het restaurant was subliem!.

Heel leuk plekje, prachtige tuin, fijne bedden. Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad bij Tim. Ik raad het iedereen aan.

A beautiful, renovated mansion, situated in the center of a calm town, right across from an old church. We felt welcome with a newborn and a dog. Their rooms are super comfortable, decorated with great attention to details. Fantastic breakfast served in a beautifully decorated room. Kind staff made our day, relaxing, and memorable. We will be back

Het ontbijt was uitgebeid, met verse broodjes, lekkere salade en vers fruit. Boven verwachting.

Gastvrije ontvangst. Heel verzorgd en smakelijk diner. Mooie ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt. Mooie locatie midden in het dorp Watervliet. Er is een fijne tuin waar je kan zitten. De inrichting van het hotel met bric-a-brac spullen is even wennen, maar ook wel weer charmant.

Een kleinigheid: Er zat geen deur tussen kamer en de badkamer/toilet.

This is the cutest little place with the best service I had in a long time. I came with my 2 little pugs and they had little doggy beds with snacks on the pillows ready for them. Tim the host was such a delighted caring host. I had dinner at their restaurant which was so delicious. Thank you so much for making us feel so special and welcome. Must stay when you in the area.

Heel kleinschalig stijlvol charmant hotelletje met slechts 4 kamers . Wij hebben genoten van de rust en van de zeer mooie ,propere ,ruime kamer met badkamer . Alles wat je kan bedenken is aanwezig. Wij zijn hartelijk ontvangen . Er is ook een verzorgd restaurantje aanwezig en een terrasje in de zomer. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op een rustig plekje wil genieten van een overnachting.

Een verbouwde oude pastorie, gemoderniseerd maar met behoud van de oude elementen. Een prachtig eetzaaltje met mooi ingedekte tafels. Het personeel en de eigenaar maken je het echt naar de zin. Prima diner gehad.

Heel mooi en met liefde ingericht monumentaal huis, met heerlijk eten en uitstekende bedden. Lief, het verse fruit op de kamer! Superplek.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms have so much charm — beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. Everything was perfectly tidy and well cared for. The hotel owner is such a warm and attentive person, always making sure that guests feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing — delicious, fresh, and full of variety. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely love to come back!

I received a very warm welcome from the owners, who are exceptionally friendly and supportive. The hotel is a small boutique property, and pride themselves on looking after their guests well. There is an excellent small restaurant, they specialise in preparing and offering food from the local region. I ate there during both nights of my stay, and thoroughly enjoying everything. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel welcome and because of issues with my transport, I needed to extend my stay which wasn’t a problem. When it was time to leave they took a personal interest in ensuring that I was able to make my way onto my next destination. This is a great place to relax. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. There was a big showeroom. The room was at the back of the property overlooking the gardens. It was quiet at night and I had no trouble sleeping. The building is an original historic town house located on one corner of the town square. There is free parking on the square outside the hotel, which cannot be reserved. The town is pretty, but has only limited shopping facilities. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again, if a room is available…I would like to thank the owners and their family who did everything they could to make me feel relaxed, refreshed and ready to continue my onward journey

Dat onze hondjes ontzettend welkom waren! Stonden mandjes, eet- en drinkbakken en koekjes klaar. Verder vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer was zeer compleet, ruim en schoon.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, ein herrlicher Garten,zentrale Lage am Dorfplatz, Garage für das Bike

Leider war das Restaurant während meines Aufenthalts geschlossen (Ruhetag)- die Speisekarte war verlockend. Keine Tür zum Bad/Toilette in meinem Zimmer, war alleine unterwegs, Pärchen sollten das evtl. vorher prüfen.

Het ontbijt is geweldig echter jammer dat bij zo'n exclusieve locatie en ontbijt sappen en jam uit een pak geserveerd worden. Rest van het ontbijt erg goed en overvloedig.

Het volledige plaatje klopt Inrichting speciaal Kamer speciaal. Zeker de kleur (Pauline). Maar genoten van het comfort op de kamer. Alles is er wat er moet zijn. En zelfs meer. Voor onze viervoeter was mandje, eet-en drinkbakje voorzien. En zelfs enkele snoepjes. Voor onszelf aardbeien En dan de tuin en restaurant deel zalig. Hadden prachtig weer en konden dus buiten eten. Met een voortreffelijke bediening en gastronomie uit de keuken. Gewoon TOP

Tim, owner and chef, was great and happy to help whenever asked. Room was beautiful, well appointed with large comfy bed, new fittings complimented by tasteful old touches. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Safe parking for our bicycles was provided in one of the hotels garages. Garden with seating and tables was beautiful.

Restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, unfortunately. Perhaps being closed on Tuesday and Wednesday should be clearer on the booking.com website.

The staff were incredible, they welcomed us and our two little dogs with such warmth. The food was excellent and so were all the little extras…like the snacks with the aperitivo. The hotel and restaurant are gorgeous and the attention to detail is impeccable

The hotel is truly beautiful. It’s wonderfully decorated, with great attention to detail. There are bathrobes provided, and even a coffee machine. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It’s just very, very cozy and charming, small but lovely. The rooms are sufficiently spacious. Everything is simply wonderful. Even dogs are allowed for a small fee, and they are provided with treats, a dog bed, and a bowl. So much attention to detail. I had reserved two hotels and decided to go with this one at the last minute, and I don’t regret the decision at all, even though I only stayed for ten hours.

Quirky decor

A completely unique hotel in a one-of-a-kind design. A magical place with a story, friendly and kind staff. Since one of our two bicycles was stolen during our stay in Antwerp, the hotel owners lent us their own bicycle free of charge. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time. This place is like a dreamland. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice stay. Very nice room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, coffee, cookies and fruit in the room - a very nice touch. Beautiful garden, wonderful dinner. Breakfast also very pleasant.
