Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La casa es preciosa, nueva, moderna, decorada con mucho gusto. Está todo muy limpio y tiene absolutamente de todo lo que puedas imaginar. La cocina está súper equipada. Además puedes hacer la colada. Tanto la cama como los sillones son muy cómodos. Está situada en un sitio idílico, en plena naturaleza y cerca de muchas rutas muy bonitas de Senja. Aparcas en la misma puerta. La dueña es muy amable y flexible. Totalmente recomendable.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La casa è calda e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione isolata la rende silenziosa e intima. La proprietaria mette a disposizione moltissimi servizi, tra cui una cucina attrezzatissima e lavabiancheria e asciugatrice. Un luogo da favola, in cui tornare ❤️
La temperatura interna era un po’ alta per i nostri standard e quindi anche i piumoni un po’ troppo pesanti, ma immagino che nella stagione fredda questo aspetto sia più che gradito 😀

Mette a pensé à tous les détails, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et étions heureux de rentrer à la location après de belles journées découverte sur cette merveilleuse île. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
Rien. Tout était parfait ! Cependant, il faut savoir que la route 862 et les points d'intérêts les plus connus de l'île sont à environ 1h du logement. Le confort et les prestations valent largement ce détail qui ne nous a personnellement pas gêné.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Ein wirklich super schönes kleines Haus in toller Lage mit Aussicht. Alles vorhanden, was man nur haben möchte - von der komplett ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Induktionsherd, Airfryer, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine bis zu Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und gemütlich, mit riesigem TV, das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr breit und bequem, das Bad sehr geräumig. WLAN ist flott. Alles war blitzsauber! Mette ist eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin, immer verfügbar, wenn man sie braucht. Hier kann man wunderbar auch ein paar Regentage aushalten.
Die Kopfkissen sind nicht so toll, etwas klumpig. Leider gibt es die häufig in Norwegen.

Every appliance and amenity that you expect to have in a home is present, and makes it a perfect refuge for a family. The owner, Mr. Mette, has taken pains to make everyone feel welcome and a comfortable stay. Mr. Mette communicated promptly about the property, directions, places to visit, and recommended activities around the area. He ensured that we were able to pick up the key based on his instructions and settled in well. This is the epitome of hospitality, truly a home away from home, and makes your vacation enjoyable.

It's hard to imagine that the decorations during Christmas are so beautiful! It's very convenient to check in and park. The heating inside the house is very comfortable. Lying on the sofa and watching TV is extremely enjoyable! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this place again because it feels like home！

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026It is impossible not to give this place a 10/10. Everything is great, and it is much better than in the pictures. Mette is such a thoughtful host and she puts so much care in preparing the place. Clean, comfortable, convenient and with lots of extra perks (like the nice fireplace or the extra toiletries available). We were there in the middle of a terrible 3-day snowstorm, and someone was coming to plow the driveway every day. I would not only recommend but definitely go back.

Die Gastgeberin war nicht zu toppen, mit Abholservice und toller Kommunikation. So viel Herzlichkeit! Man fühlte sich als sehr willkommener Gast! Ideal für Nordlichter, weil am Rand der Siedlung. Vom Sessel am Panoramafenster wollte man gar nicht weg..

The entire house was beautifully decorated and heated to a cozy temperature when we arrived. The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need, the wifi is great and it was absolutely clean. You can even use the small terace in the wintertimes. Thank you Mette for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Lots of amenities: Grill, hammock, big garden, great kitchen, clean bathroom. Great interaction with Mette! If the place is free - book it!
Some of the design is 'cover'. Internet can be a bit faster.

Finding a charger was tough, and we didn't charge it enough. So, we arrived really late at night.What a pity to only book one night here. The weather was clear, perfect for seeing the Northern Lights, but sadly, we're leaving tonight. The kitchen is fully - stocked.👩🍳Place for a good chef.

It felt like home from the very beginning, it was very clean, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, watching the aurora from the terrace and spending time in the generous living room. Reviewed Jun 24, 2024We stayed in this house for one night. The house is very nice, peaceful and cozy. Located close to Finnsnes, it was perfect for us because we needed to do some groceries. The place was very clean, had everything we needed 😊 Everything is new there, we really liked the style of the house. We would definitely stay here again!
I would change the frying pan, but the rest is good 😊
