Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Enjoyed the breakfast. Special effort was made to obtain lactose yogurt and gluten free bread for one of the family members who cannot eat sugar, gluten free or lactose.
We booked 4 rooms. Some of the rooms were without toilet paper and short on towels. One had to request for these items which was totally unnecessary and room nr 2 was ignored after reminders and left with one shower towel to be shared between the couple. Travelling 400km to Gqebone did not expect such service.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Enjoyed out short stay here. Facilties were very clean, neat, tastes gully decorated and well maintained. Double room was a bit small however the twin room with balcony was exceptional! Friendly staff. 500 m from the beach. Excellent location. Thank you!
Double room was a bit too small. The intercom at the entrance was broken, so took long to get through to anyone to open on arrival.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was conveniently close to a supermarket where we could purchase breakfast items ourselves. The guesthouse is also situated within reasonable proximity to major routes, making travel easy. Unfortunately, beyond these logistical conveniences, there was little else to appreciate about our experience.
The guesthouse was unprepared for our arrival, despite the booking being made hours earlier and confirmed via Booking.com. The pool was dirty, with brown patches, making it unusable, and the overall cleanliness of the facilities was substandard. The hosts were unprofessional, disorganised, and dismissive of basic hospitality standards, which made our stay extremely unpleasant.
