Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Good communication, secured parking, property as described, has eight beds but it was only two of us, host was responsive when we requested more logs for wood stove as it was really cold. She also came to light the fire for us.
We burnt the stove all night but living room is big so it doesn't really make a huge difference, unless you are sitting close to the stove. Lighting in living room could be better.

Beaucoup trop de bruit du à la proximité d une route tres passante. Les aboiements intempestifs des chiens la nuit. Le manque et la vétusté des equpements de cuisine. Il manquerait un grille pain.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Logement agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Nous avions réservé au dernier moment, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Parfait pour rayonner autour de Pucon. Le poêle à bois a été parfait pour nous réchauffer. Cuisine équipée (il faudrait juste changer les poêles qui accrochent)

Reviewed Apr 8, 20251. The bedrooms are upstairs. Very narrow spiral stairs. Can not take suitcase up. Dangerous for elderly and children. NOT in the booking description. 2. Owners said the wood stove can not be used bcs of strong wind. That is acceptabke as natural conditions. BUT they said this is often. One would expect an alternative heating appliance ( electricity and gas worked fine. They brought us an extra blanket. Doesnt help much out of bed. We were very cold. 3. Arriving in the evening the neighbor gave us the apt. She did not know anything. Said the owner will return soon and answer our questions. Including misding towels and wood for stove. He arrived later... Much much much later...At 21:30!!!
