Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Personalen varit väldigt hjälpsamma. Adel och de andra , och vill tacka alla som visade respekt och varit hjälpsamma. Och stor tacka för den som hjälpte mig med att beställa extra taxi till flygplatsen. För att vi behövde två taxi.
Adressen är inte tydlig då var tvungen att ringa uthyrare för att förklara till taxi förare var ligger lägenheten. Några utrustning som fattas och sängarna är ganska gamla och är inte så bekväma. Internet uppkoppling varit upp och ner senaste veckan och de hävdade att något problem som de stöttat på har orsakat det. Uthyraren varit ej tillgänglig för att lösa problemet. Adel försökte göra sitt bästa för att hjälpa men detta gjorde mig besviken på det dåliga kommunikationen med personen som hyra ut lägenheten.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025Very clean flat with all facilities. Excellent communication with Razan. She texted me every morning to know when she should deliver the breakfast. I got a delicious sandwich from Starbucks. The flat is located in a nice area with everything you need at walking distance. I felt at home and would return anytime.

noisy street, windows don't close tight, so it's cold (i was in december), dusty and noisy. People are screaming outside till 2-3 a.m.
