كان حجزي غرفتين وجناح الغرفتين كانت رائعه واطلالتها على البحيرة ولكن الجناح كان سيئ جدا ولا انصح احد بان يستاجره لانه بعيد عن المسبح ومافيه اطلاله على البحيره ومنعزل جدا وكئيب لانها منطقة جديدة وغير كذا مليانة (وزغ) من الخارج😅 ف نصحية احجز غرفة برستيج فقط

The hotel was very clean, loved the indoor pool and spa facilities. The Riva spa treatment was excellent and the gym had state of the art equipment.

The welcome we received was very disappointing. Having been up since 3:30 am for a 6am flat, we arrived very tired and did not receive a warm welcome or a drink or anything. I didn’t expect the room to be ready but was just told everything downstairs and they would call me when the room is ready. Several hours later I went back to reception and asked if we could have access to our room. They gave me the key and told us where to go. We then had to wait for our cases to be delivered to the room 😥

Location

Been here 3 times now and each time we feel looked after by staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and a pool bag with fresh towels and flip flops is provided. Fresh water is now provided daily in rooms. Breakfast is comprehensive with lots for every taste. Indoor pool is nice and welcoming.

We missed the previous pool guy who maintained the pool area order and tidiness meticulously. Now people are reserving sun beds when there really is no need for that behaviour. Our room 178 had a very enclosed terrace which was very heavily planted which made it feel smaller and didn’t encourage us to use it. Food selection from bar snacks at lunch is restrictive. Drinks prices have increased when you consider the average across the local area.

Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Imperial on Lake Garda was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and we DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! We booked the hotel through Booking.com and selected a SPECIFIC ROOM based on the photos and description shown on the platform. Upon arrival, we were offered a supposed “UPGRADE.” In reality, we were moved to an ANNEX OF THE HOTEL, OUTSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING, even though we had specifically booked a room in the MAIN HOTEL BUILDING according to the photos shown on Booking.com! This was NOT AN UPGRADE. We had to ask to be moved to the room category and location that we had actually booked. Having to ask about this immediately after arrival was extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. BUT THE WORST PART HAPPENED AT CHECK-OUT! The hotel staff informed us that our stay was allegedly NOT PAID FOR, even though the money had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FROM OUR ACCOUNT through Booking.com! Instead of contacting Booking.com themselves and simply clarifying the situation, the hotel DEMANDED THAT WE PAY FOR THE ENTIRE STAY AGAIN! YES — THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME STAY! The staff showed NO WILLINGNESS TO HELP, NO INITIATIVE TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM and NO REAL INTEREST IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. We had to deal with everything ourselves! Fortunately, BOOKING.COM HANDLED THE SITUATION PROFESSIONALLY and clearly confirmed that OUR STAY HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL. The situation became so serious and absurd that Booking.com officially informed us that IF THE HOTEL STAFF TRIED TO PREVENT US FROM LEAVING THE PROPERTY, WE SHOULD CONTACT THE POLICE! A guest should NEVER be put in a situation where they have to prove that they have already paid, defend themselves against being charged TWICE, contact Booking.com on their own, and even consider calling the POLICE just to be able to leave the hotel! To make matters worse, the staff were UNHELPFUL. Instead of apologising and trying to resolve the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Beautiful view, gorgeous pool and really nice food

Staff were extremely robotic, when you enter the breakfast, they stood all there like the army, removing plates as soon as you take the last bite, very intrusive and the blond girl at breakfast was constantly arranging stuff at breakfast (while it was empty and nothing was taken), rolling her eyes at questions. Very uncomfortable experience with staff in breakfast, other staff were ok, especially the cleaners who were amazing. We are surprised they have 5 stars, as it did not feel like it. WiFi passwords expire and you have to ask for new ones constantly, outdated a bit, does not feel luxury.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi, although the pool water is cool. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna looked in good order but we didn’t use them. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had a large room but it was a bit soulless. Plenty of towels, shampoo etc. Room was very clean and nice bedding.

For us the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, it wasn’t hard but it didn’t mould to one’s body so I had backache in the morning. One thing I normally avoid is the shower in the bath, we had this facility in our garden suite, as you get older it becomes more difficult to get in and out safely.

سكنت فيه وبلغتهم اني بشهر العسل وعطوني ترقية إطلاله افضل مع هدية حلى وكوب وكان تعاملهم جدا جدا ممتاز والفطور عندهم اومليت ممتاز والمرافق كلها جميله ويبعد عن السنتر عشر دقايق مشي ويوفرون مواقف مجانيه

In één woord geweldig! Super vriendelijk personeel en geweldige faciliteiten en service. Kamers zijn prachtig en ontbijt heel uitgebreid en erg lekker. Hier weten ze echt wat gastvrijheid is.

مكينه القهوه لاتعمل مافي اكياس للملابس المتسخه المطاعم تقفل بدري اللاندري بالحجز يوم يومين حسب التوافر حجزي كان مطل على المسبح والبحيره وماكانت الغرفه نفس اللي اخترتها ف بوكينق

اجواء الفندق رائعة والخدمة سريعة ويوجد العديد من المواقف والمرافق كلها روعه والخدمه ايضا والبشاشه والمساعده ، وفيه مطعم جمب الفندق بيست ون اكثر من رائع

لم اجد محول كهرباء بسرعه وسهولة

Room was hot, air conditioning quality was poor. Wifi only worked on the first day Staff handling night shift they don’t speak English. Once I arrived, I was expecting the hotel door man to assist me with the luggage. unfortunately, I was the one carrying my luggage out of the car and he assisted only to transporting the luggage to my room. In general, I don’t think the hotel meeting 5 stars rank from the service and the quality that I saw. I was not the great experience that I had, I ensured that I was very selective with the hotels that I got to celebrate my honeymoon. But again unfortunately, the hotel was not as per my expectations.

Místo jsme navštívili již po několikáté. Je to krásné a příjemné místo k odpočinku a relaxaci. Snídaně jsou geniální!

Měli jsme poprvé apartmán v zadní části resortu. Je to krásné a pohodlné místo, jen vytknu upřímně jednu věc a to špatně odhlučněné pokoje! a rozkládací gauč na spaní by byl pohodlný, kdyby extrémně nevrzal při sebemenším pootočení.

Great location, hotel is surrounded by green areas but still relatively close to the city centre. Very nice swimming pool outside and inside the hotel. Great fitness area. Personel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with plenty of choice.

The room (Junior Suite) was relatively small. For connecting to the WiFi we had to register with long username and password that expired after a day and we had to request new details at the reception (annoying when one need to work and connect on different devices). There was only one wall outlet where e.g. laptop or hairdryer could be connected. Airco was quite noisy. Extra fee for using the tennis court and spa area.

Das Zimmer war top, nur leider war für den Preis unser Zimmer in nicht so toller Lage genau über dem Lounge Platz am Abend und die Aussicht war auch nicht gerade berauschend wir hatten vor unserem Balkon einen riesigen Busch.

Comfortable check-in and check-out. Staff is quick to respond to requests.

This isn't a 5-star spa hotel, but rather a typical 4-star hotel. It's a bit dated compared to modern Italian spa hotels.

We booked in here for our honeymoon and can’t fault any part of the hotel. Our room was lovely with a brilliant view, the staff left us a little gift too which was sweet. Breakfast and food and drinks around the pool was fab too. Honestly the best hotel ever.

الفندق نظيف وجميل وموقعه رائع ولكن يجب ان تكون اطلالتك على المسبح والبحيره عشان تستمتع اكثر حجزي كان غرفه اطلاله حديقه حاولت اعدل الاطلاله كان الفندق فل وعطوني سويت بدال الغرفه في الدور الارضي مع بلكونه كانت اطلاله حلوه بس عاديه، التكيف كان ممتاز في السويت مشي ربع ساعه لقرية الليمون الطريق سهل وجميل

They have stopped the little afternoon tea but, Nico was wandering around the pool with fresh fruit pots in the afternoon which was a nice touch

Mir hat super gefallen das nette Personal, die Lage und der Blick auf den Lago und das wunderschöne Ambiente. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und eine tolle Auswahl so dass es keine Wünsche übrig gelassen hat. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

The hotel is located near to the lake Di Garda. The view is incredible. Breakfast was good too.

Very disappointing experience, despite booking one of the hotel’s best and most expensive rooms. Upon arrival, several items were not working properly: the kettle, hairdryer, and even the jacuzzi. The shower area was dirty and poorly designed, with no proper enclosure, causing water to splash everywhere, including around the toilet. The food we ordered from the hotel restaurant was also very poor. The worst problem happened during the night. A guest’s car alarm went off at approximately midnight, 2:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., and 6:00 a.m. I went to reception in the middle of the night, but there was only one staff member available, who did not speak English. Nothing was resolved, no alternative room was offered, and I was unable to sleep throughout the night. The next day, I asked to speak with the manager, Luca, but he refused to come to reception and communicated only through another employee. What happened next was particularly unacceptable: I was offered a €500 refund, but only on the condition that I remained at the hotel. I made it clear that I wanted to leave because of the serious unresolved problems, and I was then told that if I left, I would receive no refund at all. That is exactly what happened. I had to move to another hotel at my own expense and lost approximately €4,000. To make matters worse, the hotel also attempted to charge us for a massage that we never had. Extremely poor service, unacceptable management attitude, serious maintenance issues, and a level of professionalism far below what should be expected from a hotel in this price category. I cannot recommend it.

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und gepflegt

Der Indoor Pool war klein, überhitzt und ohne Lucht von außen

Die Lage war super, nah zum See und Locations zum Essen und bummeln.

Als wir ankamen war das Badezimmer sehr verdreckt. Vorallem die Toilette, was natürlich erst einmal sehr abschreckt.

Wspaniały hotel, nienaganna czystość, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, basen, choć płytki, to w upalne dni dawał przyjemne orzeźwienie. Cicho i spokojnie przy basenie. Śniadania bogate jak na włoskie standardy. Do brzegu jeziora i centrum trzeba zejść ok. 700 - 800 m. Najważniejsze, że Limone to nieduża miejscowość, w porównaniu np. do Riva, gdzie nie da się nawet przejechać spokojnie autem.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft am Gardasee. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, der Pool war nicht zu voll, man hat immer Liegen bekommen. Der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel war perfekt und das Personal war Seeehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer noch überlegt zu buchen, macht es.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde unkompliziert und sofort geholfen. Das Frühstück ist gut und umfangreich. Ohne Probleme konnten Eierspeisen jeder Art bestellt werden. Das Elektroauto konnte im Hotel geladen werden. Es besteht ein kostenloses Shuttle zum Hafen. Das ist sehr wertvoll. Der Service am Pool ist sehr aufmerksam. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Hotel ist hervorragend.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Wer abends unterwegs ist muss damit rechnen, keinen Parkplatz mehr zu erhalten. Weil wir einen frühen Termin hatten, wäre es gut, bereits um 7 Uhr und nicht erst ab 7:30 frühstücken zu können.
