Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We kregen een duidelijk bericht met alle info die we nodig hadden. Toen we aankwamen bleek een vuilbak niet geledigd. Na contactname met de host, bracht hij dit onmiddellijk in orde. De poetsvrouw moest nog wennen aan haar nieuwe job. ;-) Ter compensatie kregen we extra koffie.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The host was very accommodating last minute due to our flight being cancelled. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The host sent us clear instructions how to enter the property which was very helpful and house rules which were very reasonable. The host was very attentive on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had very quickly.
The only things we could think to make an improvement would be a curtain to close over the glass door and a light in the courtyard as we were the very end apartment and it was very dark at night other that everything was perfect!

J’ai également aimé l’emplacement car nous sommes vraiment dans le centre de Charleroi est près de tout. L’hôte est également très sympa, rien à dire très respectueux et répond dès qu’il a le temps et est à notre disposition si nous avons besoin.
Personnellement, je n’ai pas de choses négatives à dire. J’ai tout aimé

La posizione è davvero ottima: centrale, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse, ma allo stesso tempo situata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposarsi. Gli ambienti sono curati e ben organizzati. Un’esperienza sicuramente positiva, che consiglio a chi cerca comodità, pulizia e una posizione strategica.

Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L’endroit était aussi très calme, donc j’ai vraiment bien dormi. J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Si je devais rester longtemps à Charleroi, j’aurais même envie de louer cet endroit pour y vivre !

Bathroom was very spacious and there was a hair dryer for my long hair.The bed was very comfortable. There was even an candle to make everything more comfortable. The commucation with the host Martin was very easy. Last but not least - the studio is situated near the central railway station, the shopping mall Rive Gauche and only 50 m far away from our favourite restaurant Quai10, where you can eat the best steaks in Charleroi 😀

Stark befahrene Straßen und Autobahn zwingen zum Schlafen mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Unser Apartment war im dritten Stock. Das bedeutete 68 Stufen in einem engen und steilen Treppenhaus. Das Badezimmer bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026A kellemetlenségekért a szállásadó kompenzációt ajánlott fel.
1. A szállás címe eltért a weboldalon megadottól. 15 perccel a check-in előtt értesültünk arról, hogy a valós pozíció 15 perc gyaloglásra van (Rue du Laboratoire 29, 6000 Charleroi), ami 20 perc nagybőrönddel emelkedőn, esetünkben 38 fokos melegben, macskaköves úton, a város legrosszabb részén. Ez nagyban befolyásolta a maradásunkat később, mivel minden jóval messzebb volt a tervezettől (boltok, busz- és vonat pályaudvar). Utólag megtudtuk, miért lettünk áthelyezve. A lentebbi problémák feltételezhetően mind ebből adódtak. 2. Az ígért kilátás kimerült egy magas téglafalban. (Kép a földszintről készítve) 3. Érkezésünk után az első 30 percben ki voltunk zárva, mert a kulcs nem volt a megadott helyen. Meg kellett várjuk, hogy a takarító átjöjjön (ez még mindig 38 fokban) és megkeresse a kulcsot, majd egy szó nélkül eltűnjön. 4. Az első 4 napban nem volt meleg víz. 5. Egy 38 fokos napon a fűtés fel volt véve, és a körülöttünk lévő apartmanokban is, így a szobát nem lehetett lehűteni, mivel nincs klíma. Az egyetlen megoldás az volt, hogy ajtót- ablakot nyitottunk (majd utána milliónyi bogarat kellett elkapjunk, mert szúnyogháló se volt) és hideg vízzel hűtöttük magunkat abban a 2-3 napos kanikulában. 5. A kanapé megkérdőjelezhetően foltos volt, nem megfelelő takarítás az apartmanban, az edények olajosan voltak eltéve, a padló tiszta por volt. 7. A Wi-Fi gyenge volt, ha a telefonon használtam, a TV-n már laggolt es pixeles volt a Netflix/HBO és le is dobott a rendszerről. 8. A szállásadó leereszkedően nyílvánult meg alapvető kérésekre/kérdésekre.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Dejlig studie, og fint med lille køkken. Der var heldigvis sørget for en fane til os i varmen, da der ikke er AC. Tæt på bus og togstationen, samt tæt på centrum med caféer, restauranter og indkøb. Nemt at komme rundt og se andre byer, og en fin sti langs floden til fx løb. God service fra udlejer og rengøringsdamen.
Pga varmen kom der de sidste dage lidt kloak lugt, men udlejer fik det hurtigt fixet. Der var kun 2 håndklæder til 2 mennesker, og vi skulle være der en uge, men vi fik heldigvis lov til at få et par ekstra. Vi lavede ikke selv aftensmad i boligen, men kunne ikke umiddelbart se grydeskeer eller køkkenknive eller brødkniv.

Propreté impeccable, confort parfait, tout ce dont j’ai eu besoin était à disposition. Idéal pour un weekend ou un voyage pour le travail, je sais où revenir si besoin. Je recommande à 100%.

Das Studio war sehr sauber, Badezimmer perfekt ausgestattet. Alles da für Versorgung: Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, sogar Teebeutel.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da dire per due persone il letto era forse un po piccolo . Altra cosa che però è temporanea e non dipende direttamente dal proprietario , nella struttura dove si trova l’appartamento stavano facendo dei lavori quindi c’era un po di disordine fuori e un po di rumori , ma solo durante il giorno.

La literie est incroyable, tout comme la salle de bain. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions : gel douche, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, serviettes, ainsi que le thé, les bonbons et le café mis à disposition
Les murs semblent assez fins, en journée on entend un peu les bruits. Il n’y a pas de parking gratuit, donc il faut payer pour se garer. Mais pas réellement un problème pour nous

Le style cosy de l'appartement, l'emplacement et la cordialité et disponibilité du propriétaire.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité de Martin, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires avec clarté et rapidité. Le logement était très propre, calme, et nous avons même eu droit à un studio plus grand que prévu, ce qui a été une belle surprise. Un séjour vraiment agréable, rien à redire.
Je n'ai rien à suggérer, tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes!
