The location is excellent, and it is definitely worth every penny. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but the staff took care of them immediately. The TV remote wasn't working, but honestly, we didn't mind at all because everything else was so perfect. Highly recommended!

First room we got AC remote was not working. Then they shifted us to another room where AC was leaking water. Balcony door did not have handles. Free breakfast is terrible, bad taste and very few options even on weekends. This resulted in no confidence to order lunch or dinner there. When we ordered from Zomato, staff asked my 67 year old father to come down and collect himself. Furthermore, their beds are small and only people under 6 feet can fit. Anybody taller would have their leg hanging out as all their rooms have not even Queen beds i think. Poor service and maintenance overall. Not worth the money. Don't recommend staying here. Better options available at this budget.

Poor staff manners. House keeping staff is too slow to respond. They use dirty mop for cleaning, thus leaving foul smelling room everytime. Had to ask fr room change as the AC was not cooling. Front desk is only bothered about their rating but not readu to accept a honest feedback fr improvement.

The staff behaviour- called my so many times despite telling them that i will come to the property, and when i reached they cancelled my booking and then asked me double rates for the same room. The furniture of the room along with cleaning- the bed was broken making so much sound even if i turn my side. The bathroom was having faul smell no toiletries was given.

Room was noisy, privacy was compromised as the back door/balcony door having no lock. I bathed in cold water as there was limited. I got ill because of that. Buffet was also limited. Overall it was complete waste of money , time and enjoyment also.

Warm water voor 30 seconden, nadien niet meer Airco werkte niet. Contact van stekker van haardroger werkt niet goed. Werkte enkel als je het handmatig op z’n plaats hield. Eten was lekker. Maar was niet vers, kwam uit de diepvries Ontbijt start pas om 8u, vroeger ontbijten was niet mogelijk. Niet handig voor een hotel dat dicht bij de luchthaven ligt.
