Quartier calme, mais l'appartement est une cave aménagée, fenêtres hautes au ras du sol. La salle de bain est grande. Mais il y a beaucoup plus à dire dans ce qu'on n'a pas aimé.

Rien n'était très net. Pas de vrai salon mais un canapé dans une pièce borgne en bas d'un escalier. Je veux bien croire qu'il y a eu un problème d'intendance ponctuel, mais nous avons trouvé tout le linge sale, draps et serviettes mouillées, des locataires précédents, en tas par terre dans le réduit où se trouvent le linge de maison, qu'on doit d'ailleurs louer assez cher. Quelqu'un était-il venu préparer l'appartement pour nous ?? Le petit message d'excuse était un peu court, c'est vraiment la première fois qu'on voit ça, ce n'est pas sérieux. On a dû chercher dans les placards pour trouver un réchaud à deux plaques électriques pour pouvoir chauffer notre repas. On marche sur des carreaux décollés. Il y a deux boîtes à clés et une serrure à code sur la porte, on a galéré sous la pluie avant de trouver une clé qui ne sert à rien, puis de réussir à activer le code sur la porte. Bref, séjour calamiteux..

We liked the welcome of the host when we arrived at the appartement. And the great advices he gave us for the site seeing places. The appartement was very nice and spacious. A great place to be in.

Det var et skønt stille og roligt område og dejligt med adgang til en stor have. Værten var utroligt behagelig. Stedet var rent og sengene var dejlige at sove i :-)

Circa eine Autostunde von der Fähre in Hirtshals entfernt. Küche einfach, aber alles Wichtige vorhanden (Wasserkocher, zwei Platten-Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, zwei große Töpfe). Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Central to shops and Supermarkets just what we needed with nice walks for the dog nearby and less than an hour from Hirtshell

The apartment owner was very friendly and pleasant. They had everything we needed for an overnight stay and even more ;) A comfortable place to visit, there is a grocery store nearby.

There was only one working electrical outlet in the kitchen, which made cooking a bit of a hassle.

Mặc dù là một căn hộ nhỏ ở tầng hầm, nhưng thiết bị cũng khá đầy đủ. Điều đặc biệt là bạn được tận hưởng toàn bộ khuôn viên vườn xung quanh. Chủ nhà thì quá thân thiện, luôn chào đón khách bằng một cách rất hóm hỉnh và hài hước. Tôi rất ấn tượng với phong cách của chủ nhà

The owner Johnny is a cracker. He is very welcoming and friendly. We had full use of the exceptional garden and outdoor area. He’s made a really special place here and we will definitely be back.

It was an extraordinary experience to stay at Happy Fisherman. The host was supernice, superfriendly and superhelpful. We also enjoyed the garden a lot. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from city transport. Parking on the street - lots of space.

Lå fint på stille vej, tæt på det kursussted jeg skulle være og tæt på storcenteret. Gode senge at sove i. Fedt med kodelås, så man slap for at tænke på nøgle.

Klinkerne på gulvet i køkken kunne godt trænge til at blive limes fast, de larmede en del flere steder.

Praktisk beliggenhet. Veldig fleksibel og imøtekommende vert

Host Johnny is very friendly and helpful. The video we got to explain how to get in is very useful. The accommodation is quite well-equipped and excellent value for money. The beds were excellent.

We did not expect to be in the basement, so going down in snowy conditions was a bit tricky, but it turned out quite ok, also because Johnny put extra sand and salt there.

The owner was very polite and the Location was expent.it was very clean.i recommend any one Specially families to Go there

De hygiëne!

Het doet een beetje hokkerig aan.

Extrem heimelig, zum wohlfühlen. Als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht.

Alt var fint, rent, og cute, Johnny var meget høflige.

Madders er lidt for hårdt og sove på, men det fint.

God vært og fin beliggenhed. Dejligt badeværelse og gode senge

Der var nogle få steder hvor der kunne være lidt mere rent, men intet af stor betydning for den ellers fine oplevelse

Zeer gastvrij. Ideaal voor kort verblijf max. 4 personen. Kleine keuken erbij. Alles zeer netjes in rustige woonwijk. Vlakbij groot winkelcentrum en vlak bij de snelweg.

Venlig kontakt og betjening.

Goede bedden, goede douche. Ligging is heel efficiënt als je vanaf de boot uit Noorwegen komt. Dan is het 40 minuten rijden. Vlak bij snelweg. Appartement is in een kelder in een vrijstaand huis in een woonwijk. Dus geen uitzicht. Echt alleen geschikt voor een tussenstop. Rustige plek. Afgezien van de hond van de buren die aansloeg toen we aankwamen en we later ook hoorden toen deze uitgelaten werd. Snachts (gelukkig) niet meer.

Heel erg schoon was het niet. Er was duidelijk niet schoon gemaakt na de laatste gasten. Wel opgeruimd. De was van de vorige gasten lag op de grond in de voorraadkast en daar hingen ook handdoeken op een lijn. De ventilator in de douche draaide nog. Zelf bedlinnen en handdoeken pakken na overleg met eigenaren. Er was ons vooraf verzocht 100 Deense Kronen contant in een spaarpot te doen voor het milieu. Bijzonder. Moesten die dus eerst ergens pinnen, omdat we geen contant Deens geld hadden en alleen door Denemarken gereden waren naar de ferry en overal (natuurlijk) digitaal konden betalen. Gastheer verkoopt houten snijplanken, maar we konden er niet een vinden om ons brood op te snijden voor het ontbijt.

We really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen at the lovely wooden table for a chat, a game, and a drink.

At der var extra gebyr for sengetøj - der skulle betales i KONTANT? Det vidste vi ikke på forhånd! (Vi havde ikke 100 kr i kontanter til datterens sparegris)Derfor valgte vi at bruge vores medbragte soveposer..

Hyggeligt, mangler ikke noget. Venlig vært, god information og kommunikation. Fin placering, nem parkering.

Meget få ting. Kunne ønske mulighed for flere strømstik eller el-skinne i soverum, så der både er til begge sengelamper og opladning af mobil. Klinker på gulvet i nogle af rummene vipper.

At der var mulighed for at lave kaffe. Fri minibar. Stort smart- tv. Gode senge. Masser af plads. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Klein punt: beddengoed en handdoeken kun je bijhuren, kost wel 200 Deense kronen (ruim 25 euro).

Utrolig hyggelig kælder lejlighed med køkken, det var også mulighed for at sidde i haven, med overdækning pavillonen og nyde et lille glas vin. Venlig værter, rolig område.

I det en værelse mangle der en natlampe og knager til tøjet på værelset.

È una casa nel basement, quindi chi cammina al.piano terra si sente molto forte e ci si sveglia, lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento, non si capisce nella prenotazione, giardino non accessibile.

War alles super. Würden wieder hier übernachten.

the location was very easy to find. the house was clean and we have had information where we can find the keys. the boys where playing late in the night darting :-) we were only for one night thank you

We chose Happy Fisherman on the basis of its cost, size, pet friendliness and location relative to the Hirtshals ferry terminal. What impressed us most was the flexibility and service we received from Johnny, the host. We were way earlier than expected and he was happy to accommodate our late notice early check in. We left very early in the morning and he was outside clearing snow from the pathway!!! Property is perfect for a small family exploring the area or laying up 45 mins short of the ferry like we were. It seems to be in a really nice residential area but just a few minutes from some nice child friendly restaurants and shopping if you need it.

Nothing - this could not have been more suited to our needs.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, exceeding our expectations. Johny the Fisherman is extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. Perfect drivibg distance from Larvik, after taking the Colorline ferry from Norway.

Such a cozy place, very quiet and close to the center by car. I stayed with my parents, my girlfriend and our little dog, we all were very comfortable in the apartment. You have everything that you could need. Definitely we will be back ❤️👏🏼👌

I have to say that when you pay for accommodation, you are told that you have to bring bed linen or pay more for it. I have never encountered that. Constantly asking a person to walk around and pointing out that they need to clean up and tidy up after themselves is rude. I was there for one night and we arrived at the place which is very nice but there are personal belongings of the host all over. So when he sent 3 posts about cleaning and you should take out the trash. Then you have to tip. Shouldn't he give me a discount for cleaning and taking out the trash for him?

It is a cozy and clean place. We like the view looking outside from the kitchen. Good vibes when communicating with the host.
