Hotel Pushap Palace

I didn’t stayed there as room was dirty with Cockroaches in it.Bed and bedding was also very dirty

I had a comfortable stay here. The hotel is clean with good facilities and a restaurant, bar and garden to sit in. The staff spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Panseet/Panjeet ?? the young man at reception who wears a turban ... he is a good employee and very hard working.

Please spray room freshener in the room and washroom,also do proper dusting in the room to make the room presentable for the guest.Shower knob was missing in the washroom.

The exhaust fan was missing from the washroom therefore it smelled a bit.

Actually property needs renovation, mostly things including locks , doors were broken. My room had two lizards roaming around walls all night that was disgusting.

Staff were polite, there is no complaint for staff, they were polite and humble. But property was not money worthy.

A great hotel right in the heart of Patiala. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is attentive and helpful. They have plenty of parking. The hotel is located near the main road but right off of it, so it feels like you’re staying in a quiet reserved area though it is centrally located. Each staff was welcoming and thoughtful, even bringing water and coffee upon arrival.

The staff is humble and the location is peacefull and enjoyable with best view in garden to chill.

Cleanliness a little and in terms of rooms. They can also work well on interior of the rooms.

Everything except the food I recently stayed at Pushap palace in Patiala and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths—it's conveniently close to some of the city's key attractions. The famous Gurudwara Sri Dukhniwaran Sahib is just a short walk away, making it a great option for those visiting for spiritual reasons. Similarly, the iconic Kali Mata Mandir is also easily accessible, adding to the convenience for tourists. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth. However, one area where the hotel could improve is its food. While the meals were decent, I had higher expectations for Punjabi cuisine, especially in Punjab, where the flavors are known to be rich, affordable and authentic. A little more effort to enhance the taste and presentation could really make dining a highlight of the stay. Or alternatively make the price point realistic. Overall, Pushap Palace is a great choice for its location and comfort, but there's room for improvement in delivering the true Punjabi culinary experience.

I booked while at rail station, there was cheaper, nearer, I liked reviews and look of this hotel. I stopped in patiala for break, took auto to hotel. Fast efficient check in. As it was late asked about food and they a kitchen. I got to room relaxed, put tv on ,fan on checked menu so much choice. Food arrived, it was great spicy but enjoyable, ate too much. Next morning checked out left my 2 bags to go to book train unfortunately 7pm train no seats, looked at bus too. Return to hotel 3pm asked hotel to book a car for me, 2 of them called a few agreed a price and booked. While waiting given tea. Excellent service considering id checked out. I'll be back.plus location only about mile from station nilam bagh is green quiet peaceful an oasis in busy city. Geyser had hot water in evening. Not many hotels do.

Washroom could do with updating like many hotels usually in cheaper price range. Also shampoo and shower gel instead of soap. I had my own.luckilly.a minor is arriving at night the lane isn't well lit and quiet so best not to walk in and get rickshaw auto from rail station inside as they are licenced.

It was a good place to stay, a peaceful and quiet place, It seems that we are living in a very peaceful and nature-filled place. Despite being in the heart of the city, it is a very peaceful and enjoyable place.

Location is near the Patiala Railway station in a fairly upscale residential locality. Room was decently spacious, about 140 sq feet with a double bed, one sofa with small table, TV, ensuite bathroom and cupboard. One of the rooms had leakage from the wall mounted split A/C, and it was changed immediately to another room which had central AC. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered separately. Facilities were pleasant, with a lawn in the property, where one can enjoy nature.

Rooms need sprucing up, and some basic facilities like tea/coffee in rooms can be provided. Lawn is mostly being used for marriages and other social functions. A large hall on ground floor is under renovation for such occasions, which can be "disturbing' for those staying in the hotel.

Very good hotel; seems like a smart choice for Patiala. Large, clean rooms. The manager was very helpful and all the staff were friendly, professional and attentive, particularly Pankaj, who went out of his way to make it a pleasant stay.
