The location

Food, room too small and the AC was leaking water. When i asked the receptions about anything they told me that they will do it with a smile. But they do nothing. Bad experience

Мы хотели взять еще одну ночь, но на стойке сказали нет мест , почему то . Я забронировала через букинг . Заставили переселяться в другой номер , хотя взяли на 4-5 часов , заплатили на целый день .

The staff members were extremely nice and just really beautiful people! They made our stay very pleasant and we're super attentive and kind with everything. We truly felt at home there and very pampered!!! We would love to come back! The place is super beautiful, the facilities are really well kept comfortable.

The fact that we had to leave such an amazing place!

War alles ok, leider war der Schrank kaputt im Zimmer.

Good selection of breakfast, mostly Turkish breakfast (which I like) but also has English options. The rooms are clean, good running water. Friendly staff, easy check in. Good location. Stylish decor.

The only thing that comes to mind is our balcony was on the small side.

Great location with access to private beach for guests only. Hotel was clean and modern, staff were attentive and happy to help. Beds were comfortable and the general furnishing of our suite was to a good standard. A special mention to Fernando who looks after guests on the beach serving drinks and food orders, an absolute gem of a person, always smiling and happy to help, working long days in the extreme heat!!!

We had a sea facing suite which was located next to the Batman Bar which could be loud at night so an early night wasn't an option. Despite having a range of kitchen units with drawers and cupboards, there was no crockery, cutlery or glasses etc, only 4 cups provided. Would have expected at least the minimum.

The location and the sea

1. The check in process took forever, when you talk to the front desk guy he pretends he's not listening. 2. The AC was closed with human plasters in the first room, while in the second room it had no vents at all, plus whenever we turn it on the balcony floor gets flooded. 3. Upon arrival, the elevator wss not working up until the next day 4. I booked a triple room that i paid almost 400€ for, yet they had no availability for an extra bed in it, they refused compensating that, and they gave me rhe second room for only 255!! Not sure how this is possible 5. Parking was a hassle, and people were blocking the way into empty parking spots infront of the hotel, and of course like always it took forever to be removed. 6. The room is very outdated, the shower floor has some black spots on it, the ameneties the horrible as well, and the ac, the ac remote, the telephone and everything was yellow not even white and looked super dirty 7. The staff was not helpful at all, rude attitude, ignorance, and zero care given to people staying, i did not even see a single person working there that smiled in my face 8. I say hello, i say thank you, no response just poker face

Отличный отель с хорошими завтраками. Очень понравился ресторан -терраса с видом на море. Свой пляж. Оченьчисто, убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца, всегда питьевая вода в номере, чай и кофе. У нас был номер с боковым видом на море - вид шикарный! Балконы небольшие, но можно посидеть на креслах с прекрасным видом на море. Распрложение очень удобное, сразу пляж и прекрасная набережная, до старого города, крепости пешком можно прогуляться. Рядом ходят маршрутки до автовокзала , в центр, в Ичмелер, везде можно добраться. Рядом куча кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и пр. Персонал вежливый. Очень довольны отелем!

Restoran çalışanları sahil tarafıyla ilgilenen beyefendi ve içerde sivil olan sanırım orada ki şef beyefendi haricinde diğer çalışanlar çok suratsız ve adamına göre muamele yapar gibi istedikleri kişiye günaydın diyorlar göz göze gelinse bile günaydın demeden sadece öküze bakar gibi bakıyorlar.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

No fault of the hotels, but any sea views room will be subject to the noisy bar below that has a license till 1am!! It’s not pleasant Breakfast choices, just weren’t for us, which was a shame!

Clean bright everything was ok unlike the breakfast which was not good. Very little choice for cereal eaters or pastries fresh fruit , yoghurt or toast. So on that we are marking it down unfortunately

Breakfast .. the staff did not ask us or show us a menu to select anything….. from only a buffet .

Очень шумно из-за баров вокруг. На соседних балконах всегда кто-то курит и всё тянет в номер. Если вы не курите, то очень некомфортно, приходится спать с закрытой дверью. Прохая звукоизоляция между номерами.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich und verdient höchste Anerkennung. Bereits bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft wurden wir von Neşe mit bemerkenswerter Herzlichkeit und Professionalität empfangen – ein erster Eindruck, der sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestätigte. Tugce hat sich mit großer Sorgfalt und Präzision um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert und dabei jeden Wunsch nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch Bade, die unsere Zimmer täglich in einem makellosen Zustand gehalten hat – ihre Arbeit war von beeindruckender Gründlichkeit und Konstanz geprägt. Funda hat das Restaurant exzellent organisiert und bereits am zweiten Tag unsere individuellen Vorlieben erkannt und souverän berücksichtigt, was wir als außerordentlich aufmerksam empfunden haben. Sedat schließlich hat uns mit einem Service auf höchstem Niveau betreut – diskret, effizient und stets zuvorkommend. Neben dem herausragenden Personal überzeugt das Hotel auch durch seine ideale Lage. Der Meerblick ist schlichtweg unbeschreiblich und verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und rundete das Gesamtbild perfekt ab. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dieses Hotel nicht nur durch seine Ausstattung und Lage besticht, sondern vor allem durch ein Team, das Gastfreundschaft auf höchstem Niveau lebt. Unser aufrichtiger Dank gilt jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter – wir kommen mit großer Freude wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht als äußerst gelungen empfunden. Es gab keinerlei Aspekte, die Anlass zur Kritik gegeben hätten – im Gegenteil: Sowohl Service, Sauberkeit, Lage als auch das gesamte Ambiente haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Entsprechend fällt es uns schwer, überhaupt einen negativen Punkt zu benennen.

Location, balcony view and interior. The lobby was sparkling clean. Decent breakfast in a beautiful restaurant with attentive staff.

There was a mouldy odour in the room when entered. I believe it was coming from AC

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the stay. Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. It was very quiet as it was winter time but will definitely return during the summer.

Чистота и комфорт. Но самое лучшее - это веранда ресторана с видом на море. Дружелюбный, но ненавязчивый персонал

Подозреваю, что мужчинам, возможно, завтраки могут показаться не очень сытными, т.к. нет котлет, сосисок или чего-то такого. Но зато какое разнообразие вкуснейших сыров, оливок, зелени… я была очень довольна

Fijn hotel met uitstekende ligging. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht en deze was adembenemend. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer nette kamers.

Kleine opmerking / aandachtspunt: Misschien wat meer tassen voorzien voor koffie en thé zodat de klanten niet uit kartonnen bekers hoeven te drinken tijdens het ontbijt. 😉

Location!!!! I love beach front views. Side view was ok, but they tried to charge me £80 for 3 nights to upgrade, when only £10 for 3 nights on booking.com! This was after I complained about the breakfast & no warm water to wash after long trip.

The food, absolutely terrible! For a bed & breakfast, they don’t even provide the basics, everything must be bought separately, unless u want prison food! After seeing the food, I didn’t want to pay for anything extra. No toaster, no ceramic cups, I’m not joking when I say this was a complete letdown for the hotel. As it did have nice views from restaurant. I’ve never stayed anywhere that doesn’t offer toast or a proper ceramic cup and saucer at breakfast. When I asked for one, they gave me a cup, but when I asked about toast, they said it’s not what people normally have for breakfast and that I’d have to pay extra! Bear in mind, they had over cooked skinny fries and some potato croquettes! No fresh eggs, no other egg options accept scrambled or boiled, and the only bread available was baguette slices. Not a single croissant or anything remotely edible during my 3 day stay. I didn’t shower once due to water issues and mold shower! Thankfully, I only booked three nights in case I didn’t like the place, my only regret is booking this hotel at all. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, even when we reported a leak in our room.

Die Lage direkt am Strand , das Zimmer mit Meerblick , die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker .

Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr gleichgültig und nicht hilfreich . Die Lautstärke von der Promenade ( Bars ) die bis ca 2 Uhr morgens Party gemacht haben , mit offenen Fenster schlafen war unmöglich

Extremely dirty room, foul smell, broken furniture, and noisy environment. Nothing matched the photos or description. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. It felt like a scam.

İyi personelleri var ama aynı sayıda vasat personelleri de var. Kurumsal anlamda daha iyi olabilir. Bu mümkün. Bu dileğimi belirtmekle bürlikte Marmaris merkezdeki fiyat performans lokasyon temizlik dekorasyon kombinasyonundaki en iyi otel.

Keine parkplätze. Und am frühstück wurde man von den mitarbeitern öfter ignoriert oder genervt angeschaut. Nicht nur uns, sondern auch generell die anderen gäste

Очень приятный отель с доброжелательным и отзывчивым персоналом на ресепшен. На все просьбы отвечали мгновенно, помогали со всеми вопросами. Номер был идеально чистым и хорошим. Полотенца и постельное белье идеально белые и приятные. Завтрак однообразный, но всегда можно найти что съесть. Красивый боковой вид на море из окна

Пляж грязный, с окурками на песке. Море мутное (не проблема отеля, но это надо знать). На самом пляже очень громко включают техно - турецкую музыку, это невыносимо. Даже в берушах невозможно отдохнуть. Надо понимать, что отдых на пляже- должен был тихим под звук волн. Взрослый сотрудник пляжа не слишком доброжелатеный Рядом расположен ужасный бар Бетмен с громкой музыкой и криками до 1-3 утра (не проблема отеля, думаю они сами не рады)

Location was excellent, staff were always polite and helpful, cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in the room was spotless. Walk about barefoot and not a single hair or dirt was in the room.

Not hotels fault but Batman bar was very noisy till 12.30am, aircon was good and efficient but a little noisy as well. Breakfast was definitely catered for the continental style so don’t expect a full English

The room was adequate,I was disappointed with the bed which was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles joined. Which meant there was a dip in the middle of the bed.. While the room was cleaned every day the cleaner used the same mop to clean the bathroom aas the bedroom and didn't rince the mop ,also there was a very strong smell of bleach also she did not brush the floor before cleaning and there were dead bugs and hair on the floor.. The breakfast was disappointing no eggs and no way of toasting the bread plus the coffee and tea were never hot. The best thing about the hotel were the staff with the exception of the cleaner .. You need to take a look at the rooms and hygiene if the rooms and bathrooms.

Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Oda temizliği, kahvaltısı, plaja yakınlığı ve denizin sakinliği ile tam anlamıyla şahane bir tatil oldu. İlgi ve alakaları için çok teşekkürler. Yine gitsem muhtemelen aynı otelde konaklarım.

This post is regarding payment- I accidentally booked a hotel room twice within a few hours at this hotel (for 2 nights) because I was sent an email through Expedia to finalize the booking- so I did and was charged twice. Both Expedia and this hotel refused to refund and cancel my booking even though I immediately contacted the company and explained the error to both parties. I was left to pay for 2 rooms (for 2nights). Greediness! I will not use Expedia or this hotel again. And funny- they will not post my review/feedback. Shat a company.

Aurasia Beach Hotel’den memnun kalmadım. Personel beklentilerimin çok altındaydı ve yardımsever değildi. Maalesef tavsiye etmiyorum.

Geçen sene de bu otelde konakladık.Temiz bir otel.Girişte bizi bir hanımefendi karşıladı otel müdürü olduğunu söyledi.Rezervasyon sistemde çocuk bilgileri çıkmamış çocuklu olduğumuz için daha geniş bir oda hazırlattı bize kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz seneye de gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Eleştiri olarak buzdolabı asla soğutmuyor. Plaja dışardan yiyecek içecek getirmek yasak ama otelin yiyecek içecek fiyatları çok yüksek.Bir su 60 tl olmamalı. Otel kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli değil
