Really nice place, ended up staying for almost a month. Quiet corner of the island, a quick ride to the main beach with many restaurants, shops, and everything else you need. Amazing sea views from some of the units. Private beach. Friendly staff.

Molto bello tutto. Piscina a sfioro vista mare, spiaggetta nascosta. Appartamento comodo e immerso nel verde con vista mare al piano superiore. Necessario lo scooter che si può affittarebtramite la reception. Se ami la tranquillità è il luogo ideale.

We had a nice stay overall. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful sea view with a large balcony, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights was the daily cleaning service – the cleaners did a great job and it made a big difference

On the downside, the property is not very well maintained. There is no proper or easy access down to the beach, which was disappointing. The gym is mostly unusable, with many machines not working or showing signs of rust. The pool could use some cleaning, as it’s not very inviting. There are also several areas that need repairs, like the kids’ trampoline and other facilities that seem neglected. Additionally, the apartment itself feels a bit outdated compared to many other places on the island. The location is somewhat remote, which can be both a pro and a con depending on what you’re looking for.

Det var lugnt och skönt, stor balkong med fin utsikt och kök. Rummet var stort med bra ljusinsläpp!

Sängen var för hård för min smak. Swimmingpoolen var inte så bra underhållen. Gymmet var okej men skulle behöva ses över.

Big, spacious rooms; everything works well; fully equipped kitchenette, nice sea view, infinity pool with gorgeous views, gym, private beach with sandy bottom, friendly and attentive team. The manager went an extra mile to make guests feel welcome. It was a great stay.

Nothing, really. We enjoyed our 2 weeks there.

Dommage, cet 'apparthotel' est laissé à l'abandon, les installations ne sont pas entretenues. Ce lieu pourrait être un 4 hotel de luxe. quel dommage

Top Aussicht vom Balkon, die Outdoorküche war der Hammer. Toll ausgestattet mit viel Platz. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nahe an Wanderweg zur Bottlebeach gelegen. Man braucht aber fast ein Motorrad, um ins Dorf zu kommen (Berg auf und ab)

Die Paddelanlage ist auf dem Dach eines Trackts und wenn der Ball rausgeht, ist er weg. Das Fitness ist auch eher dürftig ausgestattet. Der Strand ist klein und fein aber der Einstieg ins Meer nicht prickeln.

Strandnähe und ruhige Lage. Mot dem Roller ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Sehr hellhörig. Nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Die Küchenschränke waren so defekt, dass Türen fehlten, oder unbenutzbar waren, weil sie beim Versuch sie zu öffnen entgegengefallen sind. Müll auf dem Grundstück wurde nicht entfernt und entsprechend ungepflegt wirkte es. Das Laufband im Fitnessraum fehlte ganz. Teils fehlten Hanteln, oder waren einfach zerbrochen, sodass es von manchen Gewichten keine zwei gleichen gab. Die Geräte waren stark verrostet, quietschen, oder hakten entsprechend. Wir werden uns dort auf keinen Fall ein zweites Mal einbuchen..

Very spacious and clean apartment, ideal for families. Location is good.

The facility really needs maintenance. The furniture in the apartment is done and the rest of the facilities (pool, trampoline, etc) needs to be maintained otherwise I will be out of service within a couple of years.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the beds were very hard and the pool area didn’t feel very clean.

The apartment was spacious, idyllic and private. The pool was absolutely amazing. The staff there was always making sure we were happy with our stay, friendly and professional. On our first day, the man greeting us gave my partner and I the key of his scooter to go buy some food. He also arranged many things for us like the scooter rent, taxi and even visa documents. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. He gave us a massive discount and a better room. Kindness goes a long way in Thailand. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful room, even nicer than the photos, near by the most beautiful beach of Koh Phangan surrounded by nature, I could appreciate monkeys walking around the street. The room had beautiful view of the jungle and the sea. Very quiet, modern and easy to access. I would love to stay few more days, unfortunately it was full…

Photos are taken years ago and do not represent reality. Pool was clean. The room was quite clean.

There is a huge mold on the kitchen ceilings. The equipment in the gym is old and not fully functional, with a treadmill missing. The location is up in the hills and a bit far from the city, so renting a motorbike is recommended.

The view from the room is very nice because you can feel the wilder part of the island all the way to the sea.

Unfortunately, there was a very large mold stain on the ceiling in the kitchen, and the kitchen itself did not meet any standards at all. There were also a few small mold stains in the bathroom, although the rest of the accommodation was actually reasonably clean. During the night there were loud noises from the air conditioning units outside the door. The pool area is run down and the complex seems a bit dirty overall. The slide and the trampoline are definitely broken.

The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful part of the island. The rooms are spacious and have nice views. There is a large pool and gym as well as a private beach. 5 min to Haad Khom. Staff were friendly and catered to our needs.

Everything was great.

We had a great view on the pool and the sea. Also the pool area was very nice. Smart TV. Big sized room. Little fitness room. Cozy couch. A beautiful beach reachable by feet in about 10 minutes. The manager was nice and friendly.

We didn‘t know that the tennis was directly on the roof of the room we slept in. When people were playing it was very loud. Not that bad for us but I think it‘s important to mention. The worst part were the geckos we had in the room. They made very loud noises during the whole night. They come in from the front door which is not closing correctly. As soon as you have turned on any light in the evening they come in. I wish we found that out sooner. (Toilet paper helps to fill the gaps) The kitchen is a nice to have but needs an update. Maybe some pictures on the walls would be nice for the feeling in the room. Oh yeah and the bed was very hard and made noises on every turn over.

The view of our room was just amazing. We also liked the size of the room and balcony. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We liked that the area was very peaceful and quiet. It was close to the street but you did not hear any noice.

I know for Thailand the last 3 years with covid have been incredibly hard and in many places all over the island you can see it has left its mark. At the accommodation was felt since then nothing made. Our room unfortunately had huge mold stains on the wall and smelled musty. Underneath was a towel to catch the moisture, which unfortunately has not been changed for weeks. In the bathroom there was a nest on the window where dead animals lay every day and unfortunately were never removed when cleaning. For the price, we simply had a different claim in terms of cleanliness. Paddle ball play went unfortunately only from 15 clock, because other guests have complained about the noise. For us, who work remotely starting from 12:00 / 13:00 clock thus not possible at all. This was also somewhat disappointing. That the accommodation is somewhat remote one knows when booking and has not bothered us. Only the last section is really very dark in the evening.

we didn’t like the general cleanness of the accommodation. Also we didn’t like the inconsistency, we spend several days and only the last day had roomservice.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the room was great. We loved hanging out at the pool and being able to use the fitness center as well as the padel court. The area is really quiet, which we enjoyed. The beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely stunning. The drive to the hotel was a bit challenging as the hills are very steep but with a bit of practice on the scooter, it was absolutely doable.

The only thing that we did not like was the bed. The mattress was really hard.

The customer service and staff make the hotel what it is , just fantastic value for a jungle apartment with alot of helpful thing in the room like cooker microwave. Iv stayed in 5 hotels so far and this definutly is in the top 3.

The Suite is located in a quiet area near Chaloklum town, with easy access to the beach. The manager was very helpful and sorted out our scooter rental for 10 days. We had a kitchen equipped with basic utensils and our room was cleaned everyday.

An interesting architectural decision to put a padel court right above the room. Luckily the court is opened 10-12 and 16-20, so the noise didn't really bother us since we are outside doing stuff. But if you plan to stay in the whole day, be prepared to have some disruption during the day. The bed was quite hard, not really comfortable to sleep in. For the first few days our bathroom smelled odd, as if there was a pipe leakage or something. The pool is beautiful, but needs some cleaning up.

Hard to reach location and facilities like the pool

Well - A total nightmare - we arrived at 10 mins to 3 and the room was ready for us at 3.15. The manager was rude to us on arrival telling us to stay put in his office. On our first night I got up to go to the toilet and the toilet erupted like a volcano while sitting on it and I was covered in dirty flushing water so I had to shower. I didn't get much sleep after this. In the morning we discovered the kitchen sink was blocked as they had not cleaned the filter. After telling management We decided to look around the next day for a alternative but we couldn't find anything so we had to stay 2 more nights. Long story short - the manager refused to refund us for just one night . we stayed 3 out of the 4 nights booked. Bed very hard. Bad smell. Blocked drains. Rude Manager.

The property was in a beautiful location. definitely recommend hiring a motorbike if you stay here as its up lots of windy, bendy hills, through the mountains. It is 100% worth booking! All rooms have a beautiful view of the sea/ sunset. Reception staff very helpful! We had a large spider visit us in our room, and reception helped us and told us what to do :) We would definitely stay here again!

If you dont have a motorbike, it can be difficult to get to. Unless you get a taxi. Very hilly location

The gym is very small with no air con, was not usable for me. My room was at top floor and the roof was leaking during heavy rains.
