Parecia casa! Eram simpáticos e preocupados! Sentia-se a alegria da hoste a contar-nos as viagens dela e as experiências dela, adorava recomendar-nos locais para explorar a cidade! A localização fica mesmo ao pé dos mercadinhos e embora na primeira noite não pareceu tão segura nas outras noites reparamos que era segura!

L'host, persona molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti con grande attenzione e ci ha offerto un alloggio di livello superiore rispetto a quello prenotato. L’alloggio era pulito, confortevole e curato nei dettagli. Colazione ottima, varia e abbondante. La posizione è ideale per visitare Marrakech, comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Soggiorno complessivamente molto piacevole.

J’ai trouvé cet établissement avec un cachet exceptionnel, original, avec chaque élément savamment choisi pour apporter un décor chaud qui fait pour le coup « voyager » et sortir des sentiers battus. Cela permet une grande déconnexion, loin de tout, dans une atmosphère et une ambiance paisibles

Triste souvenir de vacances gâchées par la Propriétaire. Nous offrons une nuitée à notre amie, dans ce Riad où nous longeons, pour profiter à être ensemble après 3 ans de séparations. Cette nuit se passe normalement. Le lendemain, pour rester un peu plus avec nous, elle décide de prendre une nuit de plus malgré un départ très tôt le matin pour se rendre à son travail sur Agadir ! La réservation est faite sur Booking. Mais SURPRISE !!!... arrivés au Riad sa chambre est indisponible : elle a été donnée aux amies de la Propriétaire ! 3h de négociation, et notre soirée de perdue, à bout de nerfs, nous décidons de stopper tout ! Notre amie dormira dans notre chambre, en contrepartie la Propriétaire s'engage à rembourser de sa nuitée et de celle que nous lui avions offert la veille (dédommagement du préjudice causé). MENSONGE !!! En plus de nous avoir gâcher nos brèves vacances, une seule nuitée a été remboursée malgré des échanges fournis à Booking ! Vraiment mesquin ! Voilà l'esprit de ces faiseurs d'argent !

C est moche,sale...aucun équipement,pas de clim les 2 premières nuits passées dans une pseudo chambre,une étuve!(un cajibi), Nous avons suffisamment râlé pour qu on nous accorde une vraie chambre...

Principalmente la atención, nos recibió Kerim y fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, nos sentimos muy cómodos. El alojamiento limpio y bien ubicado y Kerim nos seleccionó una de las mejores habitaciones que incluía hasta aire acondicionado.

A simpatia dos funcionários é notória, especialmente o Abtu que nos preparou no nosso aniversário o “bolo” e celebração possível.

Não existiu limpeza do quarto na nossa estadia mas também foi algo que não nos perturbou. O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor e mais completo.

The riad is located in the Medina and has a very good location — close to the main square (about a 10-minute walk), and on the other side there is a local food market nearby where you can find cheaper vegetables, fruits, and local food. Karim, the riad caretaker, is a very witty and helpful guy. He helped me get medicine and made herbal tea when I got sick (I had food poisoning during the trip). When we arrived early in the morning, even though breakfast was not included yet, he still offered us tea and local pancakes. The riad itself is quite old and very small, with only a few rooms, but if you want the true Marrakech vibe, it is perfect for that! The room itself was fairly spacious, with a large comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom. The only downside is that the sound insulation is poor, so you can hear noises quite easily. However, even though the riad is in the Medina, it is not located on one of the noisier streets, so at night it is actually quite calm and you do not hear scooters like in some other areas.

The breakfast was probably the weakest point — quite basic and always the same: a yogurt, pancakes, and local bread with tea. They do not offer fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Since I do not eat sugar or gluten, I could not really eat much there, so we made our own breakfasts instead. I bought eggs at the market, asked Karim, and he cooked them for us :-)

Was more basic than I expected, internet not always great. Possibly could have provided more options for breakfast e.g. boiled egg, also provide butter for bread. Room was dark

The hotel staff is wonderful. They're always willing to help and offer advice if needed.

Rien tout est sale ou rien ne fonctionne Clim douche prises de courant photos à l’appui

Tout, établissement qui devrait être fermé. Aucuns entretiens, tout est crasseux, pas de poubelle, douche obstruée ainsi que la vmc. Clim qui ne fonctionne pas sous 38 degrés... Inadmissible !

Location was perfect, easy to find, room was clean. Karem was helpful, approachable and helped with many things. We will definitely book again very soon and see Karem again.

Très bien situé au centre de la Médina dans un quartier très passant à 2 min à pieds du Souk et malgré tout très calme et tranquille la nuit. Notre hôte était très agréable et serviable, petit déjeuner local au top et très bon. Très agréable le restaurant d'à coté et sa terrasse, personnel très sympathique, bons plats, très appréciable après une grosse journée de visite loin du tumulte de la place Jemaa El-Fna

Chambre un peu sombre, un peu cher pour un Riad sans piscine mais vraiment très bien situé. Notre vraie déception est sur la terrasse qui avait également orienté notre choix mais les photos sont obsolètes car les deux endroits cosi avec chaises et tables basses sous pergolas sont devenu de nouvelles chambres ce qui l'a fortement réduite.

Un riad muy buen ubicado en Medina. El desayuno es delicioso, tiene una parte arriba donde se puede fumar. Todo estaba limpio. El trato del personal es inmejorable, sobre todo, el de Karim (un 10). Siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y se encuentra a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Jmaa Fna, el Jardín Secreto, museos, etc.

Kasim, the main guy on the desk was so friendly, professional and helpful ... he made the difference. The location was great, right in the walled city and close to all the markets/souk's. Loved the Medina quirky style of the hotel. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. Great value for maney.

Beds were quite hard (we like soft, so personal preference here).

In questo Riad ha alloggiato mio figlio per 4 giorni ... Lo ha trovato fantastico, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione top!! Posizione strategica

El recepcionista era majo, la encargada terriblemente antipática y mentirosa.

La habitación se trata de una especie de cabaña mal hecha en la terraza con agujeros por todas partes, literalmente no tiene ni cristal en la ventana sino que es un hueco que da directamente al exterior. Ni se te ocurra meterte si no te gustan los mosquitos, el aire, el agua de lluvia o las tormentas. La habitación no se corresponde a la descripción. La habitación es enana y no tiene ninguna de las cualidades que se especifican (ni aire acondicionado, ni baño privado, ni entrada privada, ni armario, ni caja fuerte..). Por no tener no tenía ni luz, solo un flexo enano en una esquina. La cama es mas dura que una piedra y el baño lo encontramos con restos biológicos en el váter. Lo peor fue que la encargada Myriam nos timó: nos prometió un cambio de habitación a otra que resultó ser aún peor y un rembolso que nunca llegó.

una camera conforme alla richiesta, la seconda camera oltre ad avere un prezzo maggiore era veramente terribile: come da foto allegate la camera é ricavata dal gazebo nel patio, con teli di plastica. torrido di giorno e gelido di notte, aria condizionata inesistente, impianto elettrico demenziale. abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze alla responsabile della struttura la quale con disappunto ha risposto : cosa pretendete con quello che avete speso......... €182,25 contro la camera DE LUXE a € 164,04

Instalaciones muy bonitas y muy limpias. Además, dispone de secador de pelo. El desayuno es abundante y muy bueno.

Struttura accogliente e staff gentilissimo.

Tipico Riad, ci siamo sentiti subito catapultati nella cultura marocchina. La posizione super centrale per raggiungere e perdersi nei vicoli del souk. Host gentile e disponibile anche per soddisfare richieste extra come late check in, chiamare un taxi o colazione prima dell'orario normale nel giorno del checkout.

Avrei preferito più scelta per la colazione, ma solo a causa della mia intolleranza al lattosio.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument incroyable dans ce riad à Marrakech. La chambre était vraiment atypique, avec une ambiance berbère chaleureuse et authentique qui nous a totalement dépaysés — on a adoré chaque détail, c’était une vraie expérience. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires ainsi qu’aux gardiens du riad : ils ont été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables tout au long du séjour. Toujours disponibles, serviables et souriants, ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

(EN)The worst part was that there's no doorbell or key for the entrance door, and people bang on it at all hours of the day to get it opened. The double room located almost next to the entrance was the worst. We stayed three nights, and we didn't get a good night's sleep because guests arrive at all hours, bang on the door, and make a lot of noise. I don't blame the staff for this, but the owners should change this room because, since it faces the courtyard/reception/entrance, we could never open the window as everything was visible from outside. (ES)Lo que peor ha sido es que no hay timbre o llave para la puerta de entrada y a cualquier hora del día golpean la puerta para que abran. La habitación para dos personas que está ubicada casi al lado de la entrada es la peor, hemos estado 3 noches y en ninguna noche conseguimos dormir bien ya que los huéspedes llegan a cualquier hora, golpean la puerta, el ruido... no culpo a los trabajadores por esto, pero los dueños deberían de cambiar esta habitación ya que además al dar justo al patio/recepcion/entrada, no podíamos abrir nunca la ventana ya que se veía desde afuera todo.

die Treppe zum 1. Stock fehlte ein Handlauf, war schon extrem. nur auf einer Seite Licht am Bett. Dusche in der Badewanne war "gewöhnungsbedürftig", WiFi nur "Riad Bkan 5G" benutzen, sonst kein Internet.

Tutto a fatto pena , dalla colazione orrenda alle camere mai pulite mancanza di servizi essenziali, tipo la carta igienica assente , la signora delle pulizie non è mai venuta a pulire le camere e a rifare i letti perché era impegnata… poi ciliegina sulla torta il quarto giorno ci hanno fatti uscire e ci hanno mandati in una villa a 30 km di distanza, perché la nostra camera l’avevano prenotata. Abbiamo dovuto pagare a nostre spese in trasferte con i taxi. Non auguro a nessuno di trovarsi nelle stesse nostre condizioni.( meglio non pubblicare le foto.!!)

TERRIBILEEEEE!!!! Una volta arrivati al Riad, ci avevano comunicato che non avevano più camere, l’unica era quella sulla terrazza (tenda) dove quel giorno diluviava e non avevamo nemmeno il bagno privato perché al di fuori di essa, nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera matrimoniale deluxe. In alternativa ci avevano proposto un Riad che distava dalla Medina 30 minuti creandoci altro disagio per i giorni dopo. La tenda era inagibile per via dell’acqua che scorreva dentro, ma dato che non avevamo alternative ci siamo rimasti. Dopo aver comunicato a Booking l’accaduto, il giorno dopo ci hanno creato ulteriore disagio dicendoci di andare via dal Riad e risarcirci, ma non l’abbiamo fatto e quindi ci hanno costretto a rimanere in quella tenda. Riad pessimo su tutti i punti di vista della struttura dalla pulizia all’accoglienza al cliente. Scartate questo Riad .

Ubicación excelente, personal muy amable. Un Riad bonito y ubicado perfectamente, perfecto para pasar el día callejeando por el zoco.

Die Lage war super, um die Medina von Marrakesch zu erkunden! Die Atmosphäre war sehr authentisch und ruhig! Und super Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Dachterrasse (oder eher ein Zelt; selbst zusammengebaute Hütte über Holzgestell)! Leider war es nicht wasserdicht, als es regnete! Es war auch recht kühl und um aufs Klo zu gehen musste man ins Freie gehen! Bei gutem Wetter super, bei Regen eher ungemütlich!

Family owned and run Riad in the medina with spacious room and bathroom. Excellent bed and very quiet. Loved waking up to nearby singing birds.

Barking from neighbour's dog, especially while sleeping. Maybe Riad owners could discuss with neighbours?

Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Wir wurden 1 Tag vor Ankunft kontaktiert und uns wurde eine Unterkunft ausserhalb Marrakesch angeboten, eine Villa mit Pool, aber 20 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft war ok, aber dies entsprach nicht unserer Buchung. Wir wollten ausdrücklich im Zentrum wohnen und via booking wurden uns andere Zimmer (die dann unterdessen besetzt waren) zugesagt. Hingegen bei Ankunft waren die einzige Verfügbarkeit auf dem Dach im Freien, mit Betten (Zimmer) ohne Türen und mit sehr alter und einfacher Einrichtung. Dies entsprach nicht unserer Buchung.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect and very quiet at night.

The check-in process was a bit confusing but the staff at night was great. There was some stains on the sheets and the shower was a bit grimy but if you bring flipflops it would be fine.

Oda denemezdi, ahır gibi kokan pis konforsuz soğuk, damda muşambayla sarılmış saçma sapan birşeydi. Hostelde kalmışlığım var bu kadar tiksinmedim. Meryem şizofren sanırım, kendi söylediği şeyleri ben söylemişim gibi aktardı tüm yazışmalar da duruyor. Kendi kendine iptal edip beğenmediyseniz çıkın diye bizi kovmaya çalıştı. Ödedik çıkmayacağız paramızı iade edin o halde dedik. Hayır çıkacaksınız dedi kahvaltı vs vermedi, paramızı da iade etmedi. Havlu ve çarşafın değişmesi gerektiğini ve ısıtıcı olmadığını söylediğim içindi bu muamele üç gün boyunca değişmeyeceğini falan söyledi. Böyle bir işletme nasıl booking.comda barınabilir anlamış değilim. Rezaletti herşey. Bu arada görselde paylaştığım şey odanın içi ve burdan sokak kedisi giriyordu.

Estupendo Riad en el centro de la Medina de Marrakech. La localización es perfecta. Céntrico y a la vez tranquilo, pudimos descansar sin problema. Calidad precio perfecta. Los regentes del establecimiento nos trataros genial. Gran profesionalidad, educación, respeto... un servicio inmejorable. Además, el mejor Té del viaje! Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que la disponibilité de l’équipe, toujours présente pour nous aider. La chambre était très propre et agréable. Nous avons également été très touchés par le fait d’avoir été accueillis avant l’heure d’arrivée prévue afin de ne pas nous faire attendre. En plus, ils nous ont gentiment offert un thé, une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir. Merci pour votre accueil !

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le bruit de la rue que l’on entend un peu depuis la chambre. Il manquerait aussi quelques équipements pratiques, comme une poubelle dans la salle de bain et une table de nuit de chaque côté du lit.

Property does not match the description Dirty structure in both the common areas and the room: headboard and stained carpet, patches of moisture and encrustations in the bathroom I brought these issues to the host's attention during my stay, but no adequate solution was provided. we had booked the transfer from the airport to the accommodation but no one showed up, the excuse was that the driver had taken time off to go to the bathroom and then never found us again.

Les chambres et surtout le petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

Très bon séjour, nous sommes arrivées au riad très bien accueillies avec un jus d'orange frais et excellent, endroit très beau et très propre, malheureusement nous sommes allées à Marrakech une semaine ou il faisait assez froid et avec du mauvais temps. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse dans une tente, mais au vu du froid nous avons demandé si une autre chambre était disponible. La propriétaire nous a offert l'opportunité d'avoir une suite dans un établissement secondaire un peu plus loin, mais dans une chambre avec chauffage. Très bon accueil, propriétaires compréhensifs et très arrangeants, nous avons très bien dormi, environnement familial, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L’emplacement dans la médina pratique L’échange avec l’équipe c’est bien passé dans l’ensemble et ils sont pas embêtant voir même arrangeant mais au vue des prestations de l’établissement heureusement

A part l’emplacement qui est idéal Le reste est très sommaire, le prix payé n’est pas en adéquation avec les prestations, chambres exiguës, pas d’équipement, très mal éclairé, établissement vieillissant.

En el baño solo había bañera con una alcachofa de ducha pero sin cortina Cuando llovía, caía un chorro de agua al patio del Riad por una gotera y sonaba muchísimo No preparan el desayuno antes de las 8.30, pese a haberlo pagado

La habitación era fantástica, el desayuno increíble, no hacía falta comer hasta bastante tarde, salías ya lleno. Zacarías super amable y super atento, llegamos a las 22 - 23 de la noche y seguía despierto, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Si vuelvo a Marrakech iré allí de nuevo sin dudarlo.
