Nelson was extremely helpful and gave great communication before, during and after stay.

Neighbors were slightly noisy but not to the point of disturbance, the elevator was also not working but it was a short walk up the stairs to the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at White Soil Bookings. From the beginning, the communication was friendly, professional, and very clear. Nelson made sure that everything went smoothly with the arrival instructions and was always helpful. The apartment is really well located, close to all the restaurants and amenities, which made it very convenient. Everything in the apartment was in excellent, neat, and well-maintained condition. The décor is beautiful, and the space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was easy and without any problems. We felt safe and welcome and truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend White Soil Bookings to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and hassle-free stay. Would love an aircon for the hot summer

The decor (and the space is very intentional) and the amazing ventilation that comes into the room when the balcony door is opened. The beach is walking distance (so are other resturtants and stores) The couch and bed is soooo comfortable. The balcony is a nice place to sit to bask in the sun and just have some peace quite time. And the noise level is so peaceful and quiet...at night if if you open the bedroom window tou can hear the ocean breeze which put as immediately to sleep. And last but not least, Nelson our host was quite the chilled guy. Easy and smooth check in and check out, always giving clear information/instructions and always responsive whenever we had something to ask or verify

This one isn't too much of a train smash but it would be nice if the bathroom window had a thicker blind (light still seeps through in the dark) It's not very bright or a train smash because there are blinds to reduce some of the light (if they were just thicker). Either than that the whole place is wonderful

Loved the cozyness of the place. It was so neat and tidy. Smelled and looked cleaned. Had all the basic necessities. Dealt with Nelson before my arrival. Details and information were short and sweet, hassle free! Really enjoyed my stay here.

It's a very beautiful apartment with the nice open space plus the sliding door for more fresh air and it's also near to the beach and shops too

The plugs are not situated in very convenient places which made it difficult to work from the unit which I had wanted to do.

I love the fact that when you stand on the balcony you could see the ocean.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. The large windows brought in plenty of natural light, and the space was very clean and well-maintained. It’s also in a great location—quiet, but close to restaurants and shops.

Disappointing experience. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy, it has everything. But the disadvantages for us outweighed all the advantages, and we were forced to look for another option. ++ Beautiful beach 5 minutes from home.

1. The windows of the apartment open out from the corridor, where a very bright light 24 hours a day. The curtains are white and translucent. At night, the apartment is as bright as day, it is impossible to sleep. 2. Noise. Very loud audibility, even during the day it is very noisy. At night - terrible, constantly some loud noises of neighbors until 2-3 am. 3.Area. There is only one cafe within walking distance, even shops are 1.5 km and further. Noisy neighbors, companies that organized parties or something like that

Lights in passage very bright and made the apartment very bright during the night, would suggest blackout curtains for the bathroom and kitchen.

The industrial look was nice, and you can tell the owners put effort into making it look esthetically pleasing.

The place had an odor when we walked in. It was stuffy with no ventilation - not one air vent or an extractor fan in the bathroom. It was then apparently visibly on the curtains, the blinds, and in the bathroom that the odor was mold. The blankets/ throws had a smell to them, and the brown fur one had a substance that had 'spilled' on it, which indicated that they were not cleaned regularly. We felt very uncomfortable in this unit. It also has lots of cracks, with pencil lines from hanging a shelf still on the wall and spray paint by the light switch where it seemed to have been patched. Small details can not be overlooked when providing a rental unit. It's also very invasive as the balconies are technically shared with screens that provide little privacy. The unit faces another set of apartments in which the neighbour's on their balconies looking straight in is very invasive.

Highly recommend. Convenient and safe location. The host and his family were very pleasant and regularly checked in on us making sure we were as comfortable as possible.
