Angegliedertes Pub mit dem schlechtesten Essen auf der Insel, leider auch eher schmuddelig. Wir hatten keine Alternative zum Essen, daher sehr enttäuschend. Die Bilder auf der Homepage beschönigen das Hotel, welches eher ein Hostel ist.

It’s an unmanned hostel. No one on site - no daily servicing of the rooms. Kitchen (which is stocked with food) has only 1 table and you prepare and clean up after yourself. The reality is disappointing given the prices.

Leider keine Beschreibung, wo das Frühstück ist und dass man sich dieses selbst richten muss. Nachdem wir den Frühstücksraum gefunden haben, war aber reichlich an Milch, Kaffee, Schinken, Eiern, Müsli, Obst usw. in der Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Very clean and comfortable, well decorated, peaceful location, easy and straightforward check in, pub next door very convenient for informal meal after a day of hiking. Just off Dingle way hiking trail so very convenient for hikers. Well stocked kitchen for breakfast. Dunquin itself is absolutely beautiful.
As I was on the ground floor near entrance door there was a bit of noise disruption during the night with other guests coming in and out.

Prepare your own breakfast. The kitchen gets a bit crowded if all guests are in the room at the same time. We had to leave and come back later. Nothing much in the environs. Pub had buses of people arriving. Dont know if it was an ale trail or something similar.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Très bel emplacement pour découvrir la péninsule de Dingle. Hébergement très propre. L’accès à la cuisine est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner en libre service est copieux. La proximité du pub à côté est top pour boire une bière ou bien dîner. Ce dernier dispose d’une terrasse avec une très belle vue. De belles rencontres avec les autres voyageurs au petit déjeuner.
Nous avions réservé 3 chambres. La chambre double Delux est très petite. Le lit est collé contre le mur. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas complètement et donnent sur un garage et une benne à ordure 😌 + odeur de cuisine venant du pub à certaines heures de la journée. Dommage … et donc cher pour le niveau de prestation Il manque également un espace de vie commun autre que la cuisine ou l’on ne peut pas manger à plus que 6.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Lage ist einfach furchtbar. Vor dem eher niedrigen, und ärmlich wirkenden Haus ist ein riesiger Parkplatz für Autobusse und PKW‘s für die danebenliegende Bar. Mitten im Land, wo eigentlich nichts mehr ist, ist ununterbrochener Verkehr, direkt vor dem Fenster. Man hätte die Vorhänge den ganzen Tag geschlossen halten müssen, um nicht direkt gesehen zu werden. Sonst rundherum wie eine Baustelle wirkend.

Right next door to the bar so music and chatter wafted over til about midnight. It was very warm in Dingle when we were there and it would have been nice to keep the windows open. My friend’s room was very nice but my room looked out over the dumpster, empty beer bottles, and a construction site.

It’s the perfect location to view wonderful sunsets and to experience the local sights with the addition of the local bus passing on your doorstep ! We’ll stay again ! Thank you .

No physical staff available (although we had no issues). Would have preferred breakfast to have been cooked for us rather than having to prepare it ourselves in a communal kitchen.

J’ai payé un supplément pour avoir un lit King size et en fait, c’était un lit 160, ce que l’on appelle communément un queen! Escalier très raide, ce qui semble être courant en Irlande !

Die Zimmer waren insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Leider hing im Bad noch ein benutztes Handtuch vom vorherigen Gast, was einen etwas unschönen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

As there was no host and it was all online check-in, other people who were staying at the property were disrespectful (people in rm 4) to others regarding noise levels well past midnight. On arrival in the afternoon we also found other guests who had just arrived helping themselves to the breakfast menu/stores which was disappointing 😞

Kitchen was well stocked with large variety and generous quantities of all the breakfast ingredients for a cook / prepare yourself meal. Iconic pub next door. Rooms were well insulated from noise so we had a restful sleep on super comfortable beds.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Aine is an excellent host. Friendly and informative. The pub is a treasure trove of life in Ireland and particularly An Gaelteacht. We love this part of Kerry. Ventry, Gallarus, Blascoid Centre, Dingle, Inch Beach, Stone Circle, Dunquin.
A bit more room in the kitchen. Comfortable for 4 to 5 only....

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Kamer is zoals op de foto's. Netjes verzorgd met prima.bedden en badkamer. Helemaal geen personeel gezien, maar is ook niet nodig. Maakt het erg onpersoonlijk. Ontbijt moest je zelf regelen, er lag voldoende. Vanochtend moesten we wel wachten om te kunnen ontbijten, de keuken was vol met andere gasten.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Super Lage des B&B am westlichsten Rand von Dingle, toller Ausgangspunkt und mega schöne Gegend. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich. Zudem tolles Pub direkt nebenan zum Essen & Trinken. Und obwohl man sich das Frühstück selbst in einer Gemeinschaftsküche selbst machen musste, war alles vorhanden und es hat gut funktioniert.
Unsere Zimmer war etwas klein, viel Raum zum bewegen hatte man nicht. Für uns aber kein Nachteil. Und nach dem Frühstück seine Tasse und Teller spülen zu müssen erinnert bisschen an ein Hostel.
