Lantern Luxury Camp

Un numero ridotto di ospiti, quindi un’attenzione molto personale e un servizio davvero delizioso! Le guide e lo staff sono molto attenti e gentili: ci venivano a prendere ogni volta con un divertente 4x4 e ci offrivano sandboarding e passeggiate in cammello ogni volta che lo desideravamo. Bellissimi falò e musica con tamburi e canti dopo cena, che ci hanno permesso di goderci tutti insieme il cielo notturno. Camere pulite e confortevoli! Grazie!

The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating, they easily organized a quad and camel ride and were very punctual in terms of the transfer from the camp to Errachidia airport. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Generous and tasty dinner portions.The camp is quiet since it is relatively isolated (only 2 other camps nearby but far enough so that you can't hear them) and located between sand dunes. Overall great experience, would highly recommend staying in this camp!

Camel ride was fun, the view on top of the dunes is insane! Dinner was delicious and the music around the fire made it unforgettable.

We had a wonderful night at this beautiful camp in Merzouga. The dinner was amazing, and the camel trek to reach the camp, and a one-hour excursion by ATV quad made for a perfect adventure. The tent was spotless, and we highly recommend this place.

Molto pulito e curato nel dettaglio. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il trasporto al campo è costato più della notte ma abbiamo visto che più o meno tutti hanno prezzi alti (50/60 euro a pp).

Forse la cena poteva essere leggermente migliore ma per essere nel deserto era più che sufficiente

We went on camels, 4x4 and sand boarding before arriving to the camp. It looked magical when we arrived. Dinner was also very good.

El mejor campamento y qué esperiencia! Nuestro conductor Khalid nos recogió en nuestro Riad y nos llevo al campamento, no puedo decir suficiente lo increible que fue mostrando nos lugares maravillosos durante el viaje. Cuando llegamos, la atmosfera era fantastica, todo muy bien organizado, el personal increible y super amable, la comida cocinada tan bien que no lo puedes creer cuando te das cuenta que estas en medio del desierto. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Recomendaria muchisimo provar este campamento, una esperiencia que no se olvida jamas.

Der Transport zur Unterkunft hat mehr gekostet als die Unterkunft selber und man muss ja den Transport benutzen, da man durch die Dünen mit dem eigenen Auto keine Chance hat, selber dahinzufahren. Dies wird nirgens erwähnt und ist unserer Meinung nach reine Abzocke.

The half day jeep excursion was another highlight of our trip, we had so much fun exploring the desert and discovering beautiful spots around Merzouga. La balade à dos de chameau au coucher du soleil était incroyable et la soirée avec de la musique autour du feu était magnifique. Le dîner était délicieux.

Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al campo. La passeggiata in cammello all’alba è stata incredibile — vedere il sole sorgere sulle dune è stato qualcosa che non dimenticherò mai. Abbiamo anche provato i quad ed è stato davvero divertente, guidare sulla sabbia ed esplorare il deserto in un modo diverso. Il campo era accogliente, il cibo buono e tutti si sono presi cura di noi. Un’esperienza meravigliosa nel complesso.

The desert was beautiful, but it was very hot inside the tent during the day in the summer. However, the team organized activities that made our stay enjoyable.

Vi red på kameler genom sanddynerna för att nå lägret, vilket var ett otroligt äventyr. Nästa dag tog vi en 4WD-tur runt öknen och besökte en nomadfamilj – det var så autentiskt och intressant att lära sig om deras livsstil. Själva lägret var mycket bekvämt, maten var utsökt och personalen gjorde allt perfekt. Rekommenderas starkt för en äkta Sahara-upplevelse!

Very nice place

We hebben een magische tijd gehad in het woestijnkamp. De sfeer was rustig en intiem — perfect voor koppels. Samen de zonsondergang bekijken over de duinen voelde als een droom, en de sterrenhemel ’s nachts was adembenemend. Het personeel was vriendelijk en attent, en het romantische diner buiten onder de sterren maakte het extra speciaal. We zullen deze ervaring altijd herinneren als een van de meest romantische momenten van ons leven.

The place is magical in every sense of the word. I woke up in the morning to the sound of birds and the desert breeze. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. The people working there were respectful and always smiling. I felt like I was at home.

During a work trip to Marrakech, my colleagues and I took advantage of a free day to explore Merzouga and stay at this camp. Despite the intense heat, the experience was helpful throughout, making it an ideal opportunity to unwind and enjoy the stunning desert landscape as a group.

Our time at this desert camp was truly unforgettable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged-from the warm hospitality of the staff to the spotless, cozy tents. The meals were flavorful and authentic, and evening were made special with stargazing and traditional music by the fire. A must visit for anyone traveling though Morocco.

L’emplacement du camp est idéal. Il n’y a pas trop de tentes. Le dîner était copieux et excellent. Le personnel aux petits soins.

L’expérience dans le désert est tellement magique que peu importe le campement finalement. Le vrai luxe c’est d’avoir la douche et les toilettes dans sa tente !

J’ai réservé sur photos dans un campement et nous ne sommes pas dans le bon. Je peux le comprendre pour un souci de remplissage il faut mieux remplir des campements entiers c clair . Mais cela devrait être précisé au moment de la réservation car ça ne vaut pas le coup de se prendre la tête à comparer ! Vous n’aurez pas ce que vous avez choisi ! Attention aux prix remisés ! Ils ne tiennent pas compte du transfert qui vous en coûtera 500 dh par personne ! Nous étions 3 donc nous avons payé la nuit + le transfert au campement aller 4x4 et retour chameau 2900 dh ! Repas et petit déjeuner très moyen ! Mais on y va pas pour ça !

The camp wasn’t located near the largest dunes but a bit further away. This, however, was excellent because the dunes weren’t crowded with people. Such a quiet and peaceful experience! The tents were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was super friendly.

Pasar la noche en una Haima es una gran experiencia. Vale la pena, y el precio es razonable. El complejo incluye varios grupos de tiendas con diferentes nombres, todas"luxury" y todas muy parecidas (al menos las 4 que visitamos), espaciosas y cómodas.

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad, ni en cuanto a la decoración, el estado, los detalles y las comidas. Hay que añadir 60€ por persona para llegar y volver del campamento.

Cuisine et service super/nous nous sommes laissés portés par Sofiane et ses partenaires du Riad ,en ville où nous avons déposé notre moto / meme en ce lieu nous avons été reçu avec professionnalisme (thé à la menthe/douche )

had a wonderful night in the desert! Quad riding is definitely recommended! The sandboard was a bit disappointing. The board missed bindings and we were especially dependent on ourselves. Can’t believe the cleanest and most comfortable night we’ve had in Morocco was in the desert! We visited as a family of 4, and our room was clean and super cosy. Beautiful views, friendly hosts, and great talks with other travellers. Really enjoyed the campfire dancing and singing at night. Shoutout to Mohammed for taking 100 photos of us on the camel ride (he was even laying on the sand) Food wise—-dinner was packed with meats. We opted for the camel ride to and fro the camp and I would recommend you do some lower body stretching because it takes 1 hour per trip. Magical experience :)

Spending a couple of nights there gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and take in the beauty of the desert during our Morocco trip.
