Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location of the apartment is good, the place is clean, and the bed is comfortable. However, it was not clearly stated in the listing that the bathroom is actually shared. This is something that should be made very clear to guests before booking. Having only one shared bathroom for three or four apartments on the same floor is simply not a smart arrangement. Each apartment can accommodate two or three people, so the bathroom is obviously going to be heavily occupied. We arrived yesterday at around midnight and booked the accommodation specifically so we could rest for a few hours and take a shower before heading to the airport at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, during the three hours we were there, just one of us (we were three) was able to take a shower because the bathroom was occupied almost the entire time. (Not to mention the nouse amd sound of water) This is extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially for guests who are only staying for a few hours before travelling . The bathroom situation really needs to be reconsidered.

-Todas las puertas de las habitaciones y baño, hacen muchos ruido (chirrido) al abrir y cerrar. -El aire no enfría para 4 personas. Hace calor de noche -El colchón debería optimizar o cambiar.

First, the location. On booking we received an adress, a vey wrong one, then a message from the host with another adress, that was again, different from the actual name of the accommodation, so we spent a lot of time actually finding the accommodation. Then, parking. There was NO place to legally park our car. There does exist a parking near, but we did not have access to it. I am saying this because I specifically chose this for parking which is mentioned in “facilities” Next, the actual room. So the accommodation is a room in an apartment with another 2 rooms, a shared bathroom and kitchen, information pretty hidden when you find and book this. Now, that would not be a problem IF people would treat it like it actually is, a shared space. But no, you will have to deal with loud neighbors(the rooms are very close to eachother), no privacy, they also started frying FISH next to our room, so you could imagine the smell. Also, the price is smaller than other accommodations in Malaga, but still VERY high for what it offers.

La porte de la chambre grinçait énormément , Et les colocataires ne respectaient pas les règles de l’habitation , occupaient la salle de bain trop longtemps et la laissaient dans un sale état , De même pour la cuisine et ne faisaient pas la vaisselle , ne nous laissant même pas une fourchette ou une petite cuillere , et nous ont touche nos courses dans le frigos malheureusement, Beaucoup demandé deux capsules nuit toute la nuit , Pendant les deux nuits nous n’avons pas pu dormir du tout malheureusement, Le coussin traversin ne m’arrangeait pas, j’aurai préférais des coussins individuel , La Clim s’éteignait très rapidement, J’ai demandé deux capsules pour la deuxième nuit , on m’a d’aller les acheter , Et pour la salle de bain nous avons quitter sans l’utiliser , pour nous débrouiller au café en bas avec nos bagages , nous avons attendu 1 h 30 pour pouvoir y accéder en vain

La condivisione degli spazi comuni ha significato sentire porte che sbattevano e cigolavano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte, provenienti anche dagli appartamenti limitrofi! Ripida scalinata per raggiungere il primo e secondo piano. Abbastanza lontano dal centro e poco servito dai mezzi pubblici, quartiere che non ispira molta sicurezza. Pulizia delle stanze discutibile!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La camera era pulita, Letti molto comodi, Posizione abbastanza strategica, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Malaga, tranquilla, parcheggio nei dintorni a pagamento ma cifra ragionevole. Facile il check-in.
Fate attenzione! C'è scritto ma a noi era sfuggito al momento della prenotazione, il bagno e la cucina sono in comune con altri due appartamenti!!! La nostra camera era un sottotetto spiovente per cui per nulla comodo, solo nel 50% della stanza si riusciva a stare in piedi. Nessuna zanzariera alle finestre, ci siamo ritrovati con la stanza invasa dalle zanzare.

lo que no me gustó fue que el día que llegamos habían un grupo de amigos y al parecer desocupaban las habitaciones al día siguiente, en la mañana hicieron bastante ruido como a las 6 de la mañana mientras se preparaban para desalojar el sitio, pero ya es educación de cada uno, luego no tengo ninguna queja

Povlečení bylo místy umazané nebo seprané. Společné místnosti byly v celku čisté, ale například houbička na nádobí zde byla od pohledu velmi dlouhou dobu. V termínu naší návštěvy zde byly všechny pokoje obsazené a dostat se do koupelny, kde byla i toaleta, byl značný problém. Stěny jsou v celku tenké, takže pokud máte hlučnější sousedy, slyšíte téměř vše..

È servita allo scopo per due giorni è fattibile ma condividendo il bagno non è possibile stare oltre. Parte una gara di occupazione del bagno. La doccia diventa un attesa di due 3 ore in più rispetto al tempo di impiego reale e alcuni ospiti si portano il fono al bagno così passi altre 2 ore in attesa di porter anche asciugare i capelli, o alla fine, come me, rinunci ed esci con i capelli bagnati.

To był pokój na poddaszu, nie zadbano a wentylator, co zapewne ułatwiłoby oddychanie w tak mocno nagrzanym pomieszceniu, dodatkowo pokój miał skosy, co bardzo utrudniało poruszanie sie po nim. Nie polecem niestety tej miejscówki.

only one bathroom shared by three rooms of like 2-4 people, meaning there's a line in the morning and evening. no soundproofing between rooms, so you can hear every word of your neighbors.

El ruido que hacían las demás personas, el como se entraban al servicio y lo mismo se tiraban media hora en salir del baño. Y por último la cama que me asignaron las sábanas estaban sucias con tierra. Y yo que trabajo limpiando departamentos turísticos sé cuando algo esta limpio y cuando algo esta sucio. Con lo cuál espero que le den importancia a esas cosas puesto que son importantes para poder atraer gente.

Secondo piano senza ascensore. La stanza è in un appartamento collocato nel sottotetto, mansarda e molto bassa. Nonostante il condizionatore tenuto acceso, non c’era ricircolo d’aria. La zona non era a mio avviso delle migliori. Forse sarebbe il caso di specificare meglio che il bagno è condiviso, visto che leggendo altre recensioni in tanti abbiamo palesato lo stesso problema. E sarebbe anche il caso di specificare che ha condiviso con altre tre stanze con una media di quattro posti letto ciascuno. Consiglierei anche di aggiungere almeno una sedia in camera per appoggiare i vestiti.

Also kitchen facilities (e.g. fridge) were there. Could be useful for travelers who wants to cook. I was staying shortly but I think it was pretty nice.
Constant noise from AC. AC was only on if you put the key in the room. When we came back from sightseeing the room was warm. It was shared toilet, and there was only 1 shower and 1 toilet in one bathroom. In hot weather it was bit tricky but understandable. Overall it was good. It is somewhere between 7 and 8.

La stanza era veramente bassa essendo una camera in un sottotetto, l aria condizionata non andava e faceva un caldo pazzesco.. Mentre mi toccava lottare x andare un bagno perché gli altri clienti entravano in coppia in bagno e ci stavano le ore! P.s. qualche cialda di caffè in più non avrebbe fatto male! Reviewed May 19, 2026Sicuramente la posizione, in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro.
Dalla descrizione non era chiaro che fosse una stanza in un appartamento in comune, dove si divide, se ti va bene, il bagno con altre 6/7 persone. La stanza a noi assegnata, la 302, era piccola, non c’era una sedia per appoggiare i vestiti, non si riusciva a fare il giro attorno al letto stando dritti in quanto mansardata, ma bisognava piegarsi per camminare in stanza. Quando rientravamo in stanza c’era un odore misto tra fumo e puzza di umido/scarpe. Le stanze sono assolutamente poco insonorizzate e affacciando sulla cucina, sembra di avere le persone che fanno colazione in stanza con te. Non c’è cambio asciugamani né passano a rassettare la stanza.

Aber auch nicht viel zu bieten, hatten leider keine Fenster aus denen man rausschauen konnte, was das Ambiente schon gestört hat. Haben uns dort nicht gerne aufgehalten. Leider waren unsere Nachbarn auch nicht sehr angenehm.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Nos dejaron dos cafes en la habitacion ya que dispones de la cafetera en la cocina. El baño muy amplio. Y tienes estanterias para poder dejar todo lo que necesites durante tu aseo. Tambien nos dejaron una botella de agua en la habitacion un gran plus.
Un baño para 7-8 personas igual a espera. Hemos estado con unos vecinos que se tomaban su tiempo en el baño y es un poco incomodo. La cocina tenia la cafetera y tetera un poco deterioradas y llenas de cal. La playa no esta muy cerca, preparate para andar mucho.
