Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Ubytovatelé ke své škodě neuvádějí, že pro hosty mohou vystavit Lungau Sommer kartu. S ní máte např. 1x volnou jízdu na lanovkách, vstup na koupaliště atd. My jsme jen na lanovkách ušetřili přes 160Euro. A to už hodně sníží cenu pobytu 😁👍

Ganz wesentliche Kriterien für uns sind immer: ruhige Ausrichtung des Zimmers und gute Betten. Beides war hier leider nicht gegeben: Zimmer auf Straße und direkt über dem Gastgarten (was im Sommer ins Gewicht fällt). Und die Betten zu kurz und vor allem die Matratzen dünn und durchgelegen (und kein Schaumstoff sondern Federkern). Wir reisen sehr viel auf der ganzen Welt, und ich habe selten so eine schlechte Matratze gehabt. Das ist schade, denn die Qualität der Betten passt hier definitiv nicht zum Rest.

Besonders geeignet für Motorradfahrer, weil Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrzeuge, sowie Abendessen direkt in der Unterkunft angeboten werden. Die Wirtsleut führen das Thomataler Wirtshaus mit viel Engagement und Herzblut - das spürt man an allen Ecken und Enden. Gerne weiter so - bis demnächst

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und ich buchte kurzfristig. Sehr unkomplizierte und familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Auswahl zum Abendessen ist umfangreich und das Essen sehr lecker. Dazu das feine Murauer Bier. Die Lage im Thomatal ist ruhig, wenig Durchgangsverkehr. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2023It’s a small family-run hotel in the Alps and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.
