C’era parecchia polvere all’arrivo

Fantastic location and in a lovely development but unfortunately this is what I think we paid for. The apartment was basic but very clean and offered a comfortable living space.

The main issue for us was a lack of sleep. The bedroom was at the front of the property right next to the external communal hallway. We were kept awake by the outside lights that were on. The window had very thin curtains and no blind of any sort to block out the light but also meant it was not easy to get dressed etc without having the curtains shut but the room in the day time was quite dark. The heating was on all the time which was noisy and also kept us awake. The bed itself was awful, wobbled and squeaked when you turned over. There was no head board so when I couldn't sleep you couldn't sit up and be comfortable. The pillows were awful too, flimsy and cheap quality. The bedroom was small with no storage at all, the wardrobes were out in the entrance hallway which was just an inconvenience. No mirror in the bedroom so getting ready to put on make up/dry hair etc was done in the hallway. The bathroom was internal with no extractor fan. The shower leaked due to a bad design. Bathroom towels were very thin. Collecting the keys was inconvenient, having to collect them from a key box several hundred meters away from the property, following instructions given to us by the rental agent upon arrival and then having to drop the back to the same location.

Il parcheggio è risultato difficile, contrariamente a quanto indicato nei messaggi di benvenuto. Siamo rimasti bloccati più volte all’interno del parcheggio senza riuscire ad uscire (parcheggio abbandonato e non c’era nessuna presenza di persone dello staff del parcheggio) e la struttura non ci ha fornito assistenza. Siamo consapevoli che non fosse una loro responsabilità diretta o un loro dovere intervenire, ma dal momento che ci era stato indicato proprio quel parcheggio, ci saremmo aspettati un supporto maggiore, che purtroppo non è mai arrivato. Di conseguenza, abbiamo lasciato il parcheggio dopo circa un’ora senza aver risolto il problema. Inoltre le indicazioni dell’appartamento sono un po’ intricate e non facilmente intuibili all’istante. Camere piccolissime.

Lage ist super, nur ein paar Minuten in die Stadt

Abholung des Schlüssels,keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck noch für ein paar Stunden zu verwahren, Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, vll noch einen Sieb zur Ausstattung

Beautiful property, excellent location. Very clean and lovely facilities. Very responsive to any queries.

Tromso is overall very expensive which is reflected in the price of the accommodation.

TUVIMOS QUE RECOGER LAS LLAVES EN UN PUNTO MUY ALEJADO DEL APARTAMENTO. NO FUNCIONABAN CORRECTAMENTE LAS LUCES DEL SALON COMEDOR Y ESTABA BASTANTE OSCURO. EL APARTAMENTO ERA POCO CONFORTABLE, TUVIMOS QUE PEDIR UNA ESTUFA YA QUE NO PODIAMOS SUBIR LA TEMPERATURA DE NINGUNA ESTANCIA.LA COCINA ES VERDADERAMENTE MUY BASICA. NO TENIAMOS TOALLA PARA LOS PIES AL SALIR DE LA DUCHA

Alt var bra! Bra beliggenhet med nærhet til sentrum. Flere bra restauranter i nabolaget. Fin leilighet, godt renhold.

Checkin and checkout key box location waaay too far with luggage. Also arrival instructions need to be ammended due to construction works on the roads.

The equipment is new and space is quite large.

They provide coffee machine but didn’t provide coffee and filter paper. They have washing machine but didn’t provide laundry detergent. They also didn’t provide the shampoo and shower gel. The key box is far away from the room,and the key box 2 is hard to open. You should change to new one.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a smart TV, washing machine, dryer, and a fully functional kitchen for cooking. It's conveniently located near a bus station and just a 15-minute walk to the town center.

The key must be collected at a nearby location. The room’s location might be a bit confusing on your first visit. Cars cannot be driven to the lobby for drop-off due to access restrictions.

The apartment was fully equipped, bed was comfy, spacious living room and kitchen.

It was quite far from the city center, luckily the public transportation system works and bus station was few minutes away by walk. Apartment could be more warm, I tried to set the temperature to the max but I guess the thermostat didn't work. Bathroom was the warmest room surprisingly. It was impossible to lock the balcony so my first night there was a bit anxious since the balcony is on the 1st floor.

Nice apparently, fully equipped kitchen, location is in one side of tromso so have go walk to go the center everytime

Collection of key is far from the apartment so have to drag the luggage in snow is difficult.

Loved the apartment. Its very new and it was spacious for two people. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and a plus for free parking in the garage, and a washer and dryer. I didn't hear any noice from outside. Would recommend!

It was this small weird nose in the bedroom (maybe its gone by now). I fall asleep lightly anyway, so i didn't mind. And you could not open the window in the bedroom, but there was a big vent that you could open.
