Raglan View Cottage

As advertised but even better - surprisingly warm during our winter stay and kitchen was well kitted out for self catering. Abundant bird life and spa was in the perfect spot for relaxing.

Bed was a little firm for us but we fixed that with a feather duvet and slept like babies.

We spent my birthday here for a quiet spot in between hike days. The hottub was marvelous and the bed SO comfortable! We slept so well! The host had it warmed up for us as it was a bit chilly weather when we arrived. It was a perfect place to come relax after busy days around the area.

Lovely view from the spa. Everything is very well-maintained. We felt so cosy and welcomed here at this location. Everything was set up to run smoothly and we didn't want for anything. Also got engaged here and couldn't have asked for a sweeter, more romantic spot to do that! :)

A perfect getaway if you're looking to escape the city. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The cottage is fantastic, offering stunning views and everything you need for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights is being able to explore the beautiful surrounding area during the day and then return to unwind in the hot tub while taking in the scenery. Highly recommended!

The cottage is very comfy and cozy, 8 mins drive outside Raglan, on a quiet street up a hill with a lovely distant view of the bay and the hills beyond. It's very peaceful, with many birds and cidadas chirping. We heard the Morepork (Ruru) owl calling at night. Loved the hot tub (enjoyed star gazing from there at night) and the comfy chairs on the deck for reading and relaxing.

Is a lovely cottage that has a real sense of charm to it. Exceptional standard of cleanliness and well layed out for comfort. Great location would recomend to anyone visiting Raglan

Well designed space with custom builds in every nook. Designed for comfort and relaxing, the doors and windows fully open to create a wall- less atmosphere that is open and naturally air conditioned. The espresso machine, spa tub, and outdoor shower all add to the authenticity of this experience.

The gate was hard to close.

We loved everything about this lovely little jewel. The hot tub was needed after all the driving. The patio chairs for sitting & appreciating the views were perfect. All the food bearing trees & plants made me want to come back when things are ripe. It was a perfect getaway!!

Wonderful location and very well designed. Great bed and bedding. Lovely hot tub!

The cottage is in quiet area with a fantastic outlook over Raglan. It is only a 10 minute drive to Manu Bay. Amy and Richard made our stay so enjoyable with a seamless check in. Communication was simple and prompt. The hot spa is the icing on the cake.

Everything was spot on. If it was'nt there we improvised. A microwave would have been handy but we went old school and used the stove and oven

Great location with beautiful views over Raglan and the inner harbour. The cottage is spacious and clean, has all amenities, a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Nice outdoor flow, although it was winter we could have breakfast with view in the sun. Best feature is surely the hot tub, direct access from the bedroom. Clean and comfortable, we spend hours in there, gazing at the stars above us...

Awesome location and excellent communication with the owners for check-in. This cottage is sweet and comfortable, and just a very short drive from town. The king sized bed in the bedroom was a big plus!

We figured the property would be toddler appropriate since they offer a toddler bed but the lower deck has no railings and would be quite a fall. Ours is a tornado so we had to keep him away, ymmv but it's worth noting.

Would be handy if there was a curtain for the double doors in the sitting room - the room was very bright in the mornings for sleeping on the sofa bed.

Excellent location. Close to Raglan and an awesome outlook. We loved our stay at this charming wee cottage. The place had everything you could ask for, the bed was great and the outdoor areas were amazing. We will definitely be back.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful, with everything perfectly organized inside. The bed is incredibly comfortable, as is the sofa, which can be transformed into a spacious bed. The instructions provided by Amy and Richard were clear and easy to follow, making our stay even more enjoyable.
