The location was excellent

Do not book a standard room we ended up with our room in the 24 hour reception area with our door in the entrance. Room was noisy and had light from reception shining in our room all night.

駅から近く、旧市街も徒歩圏内。部屋が広くて清潔感があった。レセプションの方も親切で漢字がよかつた。

特にありませんが、強いて言えば、たまたま内側に面した部屋だったので、窓からの景色が無かったことでしょうか。

Posizione ottimale all'inizio del centro storico, vicino alle fermate di autobus e taxi. Camere con design semplice ma di gusto.

Piscina un po' piccola e con pochi lettini rispetto al numero di camere, ma vasca comunque piacevole per una rinfrescatina veloce. Qualche ritocchino alle finiture delle camere le renderebbe ancora più belle.

La calidad de los alimentos en el desayuno (bollería industrial) y embutidos no corresponde al precio que se paga. Además falta personal en momentos durante el desayuno. Una sola persona no es suficiente

Great little hotel, but we made a mistake, we booked a room that had no natural light, the only window was an opaque glass that faced the reception area. We should have upgraded. Staff were very nice, breakfast was excellent, location is good. There is no car parking but a public car park nearby.

We thought breakfast was expensive so we ate out. Having to leave the tap running to shave etc as there was no plug for the bathroom sink.

Some of the rooms are beautiful designed, spacious with high windows and ancient arches.

Warning! We initially booked a ”standard” room which unfortunately in reality looks nothing like the fotos (Double or Twin Room). ”Standard” rooms are small, have really low ceiling, no arches and a ”window” that only opens up partially to a shared courtyard. Very disappointing. On every floor there are people walking through the courtyard right outside your window. After two night we upgraded to a suite. Very beautiful, but €34 more per night, 100% worth it.

Notre expérience à été très agréable. Le petit déjeuner excellent et complet. Toujours quelqu'un de sympathique disponible pour nous acceuillir et offrir des renseignements. L'emplaçement parfaitement situé pour se déplacer à pieds!

Il serait aidant d'obtenir plus de renseignements sur les options de stationnements et des instructions pour les applications de parking et ainsi faciliter les déplacements.

De comfortabele kamer, het vriendelijke personeel en de lokatie midden in de stad.

Zwembad klein wel om lekker af te koelen en geen parkeer faciliteit bij het hotel. Je moet 10 minuten lopen.

Que una de las cosas por la que me decanté fue porque tenían piscina. No funcionaba la piscina no pudimos bañarnos y tampoco nos dieron ninguna solución solo que teníamos que esperar que la piscina estaba averiada. Y yo creo que tendrían que haber dado algún tipo de solución. O recompensa por ello

Location was good.

We had a room at the very entrance to the hotel. It was large but had no outside window as the window opened into the reception area. The room seemed to be a mobility room with a wet room for the shower which meant the water went everywhere. It was extremely noisy as the room was on reception.

Salle de bain mal conçue. On se cogne à la planche posée sous le lavabo pour s asseoir sur la cuvette puis il faut se contorsionner pour atteindre le Pq. La piscine doit faire 6m sur 2 et au max 1 mètre de profondeur. Il n y a que 4 transats et 2 parasols sur la terrasse ( plus un beau salon de jardin) . Insonorisation avec les chambres mitoyennes mauvaise.

El alojamiento está en una ubicación ideal a solo 1min andando del ayuntamiento, en pleno centro de Cádiz. La piscina es ideal para darte un pequeño baño.

Stylish hotel in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the train station and seconds to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The beautiful old town of Cadiz is close by and the beach about 15 minutes on foot. Our room was spacious and stylishly decorated, with high ceilings and a super comfortable bed. The hotel has a rooftop terrace and small pool which we had to ourselves most days until about 15:00.

Only one minor thing - the sink was located outside the bedroom, which in itself was not a problem and is quite practical. The only problem was the lack of a good light there, making it difficult to use the mirrors.

Petit hotel sympathique. Nous avions chambre avec terrasse, donc très appréciable pour être tranquille. Petits déjeuners parfait. Emplacement parfait pour visiter. Parking pas trop loin. Piscine petite mais appréciable.

Room was super nice and comfy! A/C worked so good I wished there was a blanket! Check in staff was so kind and friendly! The pool was such a bonus- small but was super enjoyable!!!! We also had our dog with us so that was important for us!!! Thanks for a great stay!

Het personeel vond ik erg sjagerijnig.en onaardig! Je moet 50€ voor een hond betalen voor 2 dagen maar hij mag nergens komen. Belachelijk veel! Je krijgt een bal wat snoepjes en poepzakjes er voor terug maar verder mag de hond nergens komen En dat noemt zich hond vriendelijk Erg jammer Kamers waren prima in orde En fijn alles in de buurt

Posizione ottimale e struttura accogliente, camere di dimensione adeguata, apertura finestre non possibile perché affacciano nello spazio della hall.

All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera freddissima perché la climatizzazione era impostata sui 18 gradi, non potendo aprire la finestra è rimasta fredda per tutta la notte.

Todo en general el personal que trabaja allí súper agradables, la ubicación es de lo mejor, la limpieza muy bien, la verdad es que no se le puede poner una pega. Esperamos volver pronto

Lovely modernised building in an excellent central location. Friendly staff, small but comfortable atrium-facing room. Very handy for bus and train station and for all of the old city.

Our room had a non-opening window onto the atrium. The aircon unit blew directly down onto our bed and was set to cold, hence we had no choice but to turn it off and have no fresh air. Apart from that it was a very good place to stay.

L'emplacement était bon, l'aménagement et la propreté étaient ok et le personnel agréable mais nécessiterait un meilleur empowerment.

La piscine était HS sans perspective claire de remise en état. Nous avons décidé de réduire la durée de notre séjour en conséquence mais la décision du management s'est un peu faite attendre.

Bellissima la stanza, posizione buona e parcheggio a pagamento vicino

Prezzo molto elevato rispetto a ciò che la struttura offre. La piscina è davvero molto piccola. Inoltre, la luce posizionata accanto al letto rimaneva sempre accesa: era collegata direttamente al muro, senza presa, e l’interruttore era rotto. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, ma si sono limitati a dirci che erano dispiaciuti, senza offrirci alcun tipo di assistenza concreta. Ci è stato semplicemente suggerito di provare a staccarla in qualche modo. Non ci è stato proposto né uno sconto né alcun gesto per compensare il disagio. Per riuscire a dormire ho dovuto addirittura mettere il cuscino davanti al viso per coprire la luce. Considerando il prezzo pagato, mi sarei aspettato decisamente più attenzione verso il cliente e una gestione del problema molto diversa.

Good option for a short stay. AC worked fine. Calm in the night. Basic but fine breakfast. Close to the parking lot. Small pool on the roof with limited space to stay in shade but we really enjoyed.

Minor points: the umbrella in the pool area was unstable (due to winds in this area). Strange policy on renting pool towels. It should be offered for free in 4* hotel.

Estuve una semana y no pude utilizar la piscina en ningún momento, estuvo estropeada toda mi estancia

De locatie was echt geweldig, midden in de stad. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en ontzettend schoon. Heerlijke bedden en super groot! Fijn dat je met de tv kon verbinden. Ook werd de kamer tijdens ons verblijf steeds netjes schoongemaakt.

De accommodatie is erg gehorig. We konden de medewerkster bij de receptie horen praten en ook onze buren waren duidelijk hoorbaar. Daarnaast was het zwembad tijdens ons verblijf van drie dagen maar liefst tweeënhalve dag gesloten. We hebben hierover contact opgenomen en dit is achteraf gelukkig heel netjes afgehandeld.

Staff always helpful and in a good mood. Rooms very well sound proofed - no noise at all because the rooms face the internal patio instead the street. Very good location.

A bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel due to the location, and we stayed in a weekend on August which might explain the price.

Reception molto curata, profumata e personale molto cordiale. Posizionata in centro e a tutti i punti di interesse principali.

Prezzo troppo alto. A noi è stata data una camera al piano terra dove si sentivano pure le persone che entravano in reception durante la notte.

La ubicacion es excelente. Cerca de estacion de trenes y del centro. Un poco alejado de la playa pero se llega facil andando en unos 10 o 15 minutos.

Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el TV que no se veia bien la imagen pero nada de importancia dado que no veiamos mucha tv.

Prachtige locatie, middenin het centrum. Er zijn nog veel historische eigenschappen bewaard gebleven in het mooie design van het hotel. Kamer was netjes, mooi en schoon. Plus heel fijn dat het een hondvriendelijk hotel is (hij kreeg zelfs een leuk cadeautje)

Alles was perfect, buiten dat het zwembad iets groter lijkt op de foto dan in het echt ;)

Location Very central but still quiet and relaxed.

Pool was closed 5 of 6 days for maintenance work. We purposely booked a hotel with a pool at extra cost. We were not informed of this either, very dissatisfied especially in height of summer.

Główna rzecz dla której zdecydowałem się na tą ofertę. Miał być basen a okazał się nieczynny przez cały nasz pobyt. Dlatego dołożyłem aby syn mógł się trochę schodzić podczas przerwy w zwiedzaniu a tu totalna lipa i basen nie działa. Pewnie nigdy nie działa i to pic na wodę

La ubicación

Nosotros contratamos el hotel con una serie de cosas que no se han cumplido o que tenían una serie de defectos... Por ejemplo contratamos una habitación en este hotel porque podiamos bañarnos en la piscina y la piscina llevaba cerrada desde el año pasado, el agua estaba verde y sin ninguna clase de mantenimiento, por otro lado la nevera de la habitación no enfriaba nada, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y el colchón era bastante incómodo... La verdad es que no hemos podido disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones como nosotros teníamos planeado y como nos hubiera gustado por culpa de todas esas cosas.

Habitaciones e instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias. Personal muy amable.

Pues habíamos elegido este hotel por la pisicna, y cuando llegamos nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no estaba abierta, de lo cual no avisaron con antelación. El desayuno regular, había cosas acabadas y no se reponían.

La ubicación y la limpieza. El personal muy amable.

Nos ubicaron en la habitación que hay justo en la entrada, al lado de la recepción, junto a una puerta automática, que cada vez que alguien entraba o salía del hotel, hacía ruido y no dejaba descansar. Sería un plus, aislar acústicamente esa habitación. Por lo demás, todo genial.

Laneway entrance to hotel itself was veryt grubby and smells of urine in area ... lane could benefit from a good power wash and steam clean... not the Hotels fault ... but leaves a very poor 1st impression for the visit.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es ist alles Fußläufig prima zu erreichen. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und ich habe mich grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt.

Leider blieb am Ende dennoch ein bitterer Beigeschmack: Der Mitarbeiter, der das Frühstücksbuffet betreute, trug an beiden Ellenbogen auffällige Tattoos mit den Zahlen 88 und 23, die häufig mit rechtsextremen bzw. rassistischen Codes in Verbindung gebracht werden. Das hat bei mir ein sehr mulmiges Gefühl ausgelöst. Gerade in einem Hotel, in dem Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft zu Gast sind, sollte sich jeder willkommen und sicher fühlen können. Schade, denn dadurch wurde der ansonsten positive Eindruck des Hotels für mich deutlich getrübt.

Some nights it is noisy from the street and need to close the window. Also the a/c in the reveption area was too strong. Considering the call for energy saving, we think there was unnecessary too cold.
