Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, a régi városrész központi helyén. Pár száz éterre a látnivalók zöme. Pár perc távolságra a pályaudvartól. Tökéletesen helyszín gyalog bejárni az elvarázsoló város legszebb részeit.
Pohár a fürdőszobába csak 1 db volt, az is vékony műanyagból. Másnapra már az sem.

Vorab, die Unterkunft war super, jedoch die Anreise mit dem Auto ist sehr nervig und wenn man die Tiefgarage nutzen will sollte das Auto nicht all zu groß sein ( eine zweite Person zum lotsen macht Sinn)

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Breakfast was great. The freshly baked rolls and pastries were outstanding. Also available were hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and cold cuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is minimalist Italian design, very clean. Location is good, between the Brignole station and the old town. I would definitely stay there again, if business brings me back to Genoa.
Had to drag my suitcases up several steps from the street and cope with a small elevator.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Es handelt sich um eine Etage in einem Gebäude an einer belebten Strasse im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind alle gleich funktional gestaltet und zur Rückseite ruhig. Wichtig: es ist sauber.
Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht, die aber ausser ein paar qm mehr nichts wohnliches hatte. Das Bett hatte eine 1/3 - 2/3 geteilte Matraze mit höherer Kante dazwischen. Die Klimaanlage war mit einem Schlitz auf das Bett gerichtet und liess sich nicht schliessen. Wir hattwn keine gute Nacht. Das Frühstück hätten wir besser in einer Bar eingenommen. Parken an der Piazza de Ferrari kostet 25 Euro/24h.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Está en todo el centro de Génova, el hotel se encuentra en un edificio antiguo pero está totalmente reformado. Limpias y muy bonitas. Hubo un problema con la habitación cuádruple que habíamos reservado y sin modificar precio nos asignaron dos dobles, el desayuno completo. Tanto el personal de recepción como de cafetería muy amables, recomiendo el hotel.

La habitacion 311, el baño no tenia ningun sitio para colgar una toalla, a pesar que un cartel decía: dejar colgadas las toallas que no quieren ser cambiadas. El vanitory no tenia espacio para apoyar nada y el papel higienico lo teníamos que dejar en un banco porque no habia portarrollo. Los. espacios entre la pared y la cama, y entre la cama y la ventana, eran tan estrechos que apenas se podía pasar

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Very nicely located hotel, perfect for a start location to investigate the city of Genova and not too far from a major train station. The breakfast was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were small but we expected that.
The mattress had this very plasticky cover that made you sweat at night, that was not amazing, but pillows were good (I am very sensitive to those). The cleanliness of the room could have been better, it was cleaned but I could still see a little bit of hair in the bathroom and the toothpaste smears on the wall.

Rooms had just finished being renovated and were misaing a few inconsequential items (hangers, hooks, etc.) Didn't have an imoact in our enjoyment of our stay.

Nu mi-a placut modul de servire a micului dejun. Aici personalul ar trebui sa stie ca toti cei cazati la hotel sunt clientii acestuia si sa nu faca diferente in servire. Am solicitat de doua ori o cafea si deoarece personalul avea orice alta ocupare decat sa ne serveasca si pe noi chiar dupa ce a servit toata sala, m-am lipsit de cafeaua lor. Pacat ca se fac diferente, dar credeam ca la un hotel toti clientii sunt tratati egal, aici la hotel nu a fost asa.

Letto matrimoniale con due materassi di altezza diversa che non hanno consentito di riposare bene. Se prenoto e pago una camera matrimoniale mi aspetto una camera matrimoniale e non qualcosa di simile. Inoltre, in bagno mancava il cestino e non vi erano ganci per appendere gli asciugamani.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Excelentes quartos, amplos, modernos, muito bem decorados, e com atenção a todos os pormenores. As camas muito confortáveis e o ar condicionado é excelente. Num edifício antigo e muito bonito. São todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, havendo sempre muita atenção a tudo. Há estacionamento em frente, num parque com convénio com o hotel a cerca de 100mts, que é fechado à noite, no entanto é entregue uma chave caso necessitem da viatura mais tarde. Nessa mesma rua, há muitos lugares na linha azul, caso opte por estacionar na rua. A localização é excelente, pois fica na avenida central de Génova. Adorámos, os meus parabéns. E sempre que formos a Génova, será sempre o nosso Hotel de referência.
De não ter podido estar mais noites, neste hotel e em Génova.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Il palazzo storico in cui è posizionato l hotel, l ascensore antico bellissimo. La pulizia, la camera spaziosa, era tutto ristrutturato, quindi tutto nuovo. La posizione in centro, la convenzione per il parcheggio con la Coin. L'aria condizionata in camera da gestire come vuoi.
Non avere delle mensole in bagno, soprattutto in doccia, ma era perché non hanno ancora finito i lavori, quindi ci sta. La mancanza di un cestino, ma abbiamo risolto. La colazione con poca scelta di dolce, magari mettere qualche torta, a parte le brioshe, che cmq erano buone. La distanza dal lungomare.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Hotel en un buena ubicación, cerca de todo, y en una calle Segura y tranquila. Una calle comercial. El personal muy amable y correctos. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y luminosa. En nuestro caso, le faltaba algún detalle, porque están de reformas.
La recepción en el primer piso. Que en el edificio puede entrar más gente. Y la distancia del lavamanos con el wáter, es bastante justa. El desayuno puede ser mejorable.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der "größten Altstadt" Europas. Trotzdem ist Alles gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist in einem älteren Gebäude untergebracht: der Aufzug ist phantastisch! Das empfohlene Parkhaus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße. Aber: die Ein- und Ausfahrt ist SEHR eng! Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Die Altstadt von Genua selbst ist eben eine Altstadt, mit vielen engen und dunklen Gassen. Viele davon sind reine Wohnbereiche, Gastronomie und Geschäfte nur in einigen Straßen. Der Hafen: na ja. Toll ist das Aquarium, aber mit € 36,- auch nicht ganz günstig. Und die "Autobahn" mitten durch die Stadt und dem Hafengebiet ist nicht wirklich prickelnd.
Die Altstadt hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel war prima, außer dem Frühstück. Daher vielleicht auf das Hotel-Frühstück verzichten und in eines der vielen Bäckereien und Gaststätten in der Nähe ausweichen.
