We hadden een mooie gerenoveerde kamer met airco en een groot balkon, ook het zwembad is heerlijk en prachtig gelegen! Het ontbijt bestaat uit een uitgebreid buffet en is heel erg goed. Het is een echt familie bedrijf met een hele prettige sfeer! We hebben leuke gesprekken met de eigenaren gehad en komen hier zeker terug!

The staff was very helpful. The parking lot was always full, but the staff helped us find a parking spot. Delicious breakfast and excellent coffee.

Pool war Ok benötigt aber ein Update

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, faktisch eine 10 von 10. Lediglich ein anfangs leichter Defekt der Klimaanlage verursachte leichtes schwitzen. Aber schon am 2. Tag wurde das Problem behoben. Alles Andere war wirklich sehr angenehm, vom Frühstück über das Personal bis zur perfekten Lage, alles top. Besonders hervorragend war die Möglichkeit, um eine Woche nach vorne verschieben zu können. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl. Schöner kleiner Pool mit toller Aussicht. Ich würde das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen

Colazione davvero molto abbondante e varia, e personale gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un plus davvero importante è il parcheggio gratuito: in Liguria, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto, è un servizio indispensabile e sicuramente un valore aggiunto per la struttura. Posizione ottima per raggiungere mare e centro.

In camera abbiamo trovato diversi capelli per terra e la piscina purtroppo non era molto pulita, l’area relax/piscina è un po troppo trascurata nonostante abbia un potenziale notevole con una vista mozzafiato

a partire dal mio arrivo il personale tutto è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente, tutti stupendi, sempre con il sorriso e una parola gentile. Poche volte (purtroppo) ho trovato così tanta gentilezza genuina e cordialità in Liguria (non me ne voglia nessuno). Ho apprezzato tantissimo la natura e il verde che vive l'hotel, oltre la vista mozzafiato sul mare, la piscina e la super colazione che viene offerta. Come detto anche a Francesca, che ringrazio in modo particolare, se torno a Finale torno qui ! Grazie di cuore anche a Marco, Alessandro e tutti gli altri di cui non so il nome!

In realtà l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata dover andare via!

Sehr nettes, familiäres Hotel. Das Frühstück ist toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kleiner Pool mit Sonnenliegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten als Familie zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das war fast wie eine kleine Wohnung ohne Küche. Zum Strand und in die Altstadt sind es ca 5 Gehminuten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig und es hat lang gedauert, bis das Wasser kam. Hat uns aber bei über 30Grad nicht gestört.

Abbiamo apprezzato la grande cortesia e disponibilità del personale! Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite, anche se l’arredamento e’ un po’ ‘datato’. Un applauso alla colazione: molto ricca e buonissima! La posizione è tranquilla e comoda per le spiagge e per il centro. Siamo stati bene, lo consigliamo!

Super clean, lovely hotel with a beautiful pool area (located across the narrow road from the hotel building). Staff are very friendly, helpful and lovely - nothing seem to be too much to ask - we wanted to use public beach so were given beach umbrellas to use for free! Breakfast was amazing, more like buffet lunch, with huge selections of pastries, meats, cheese, cakes and pies. Hotel is located about 10 minutes from the station, on a hill and is accessible either via steps or via back street. The location is excellent for the town centre, beaches and restaurants. I really enjoyed the stay!

The stairs to get up to the hotel were a bit of a trial until we discovered that there is a street at the back leading to the hotel, which is not very steep and makes walking up the hill much less of an issue.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Räume bezüglich Grösse gut, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Preis/Leistung stimmt jedoch. Der Aufstieg vom Strand zum Hotel ist gerade noch okay machbar mit jüngeren Kindern. Die Hotelbeschreibung und die Reviews sins sehr akkurat.

95% der Gäste halten es nicht für nötig zu duschen bevor der Pool benutzt wird. Dementsprechend war dieser recht kleine Pool bereits am Mittag mit einem Sonnencremefilm überzogen und am Nachmittag grünlich hässlich. Das hatte wohl auch mit den warmen Temperaturen aber auch mit einer suboptimalen Pooltechnik zu tun. Wenn das Hotel mit Tafel auf ein Duschobligatorium hinweisen würde wäre der Pool wohl weniger schmutzig. Bei den heissen Temperaturen wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer toll gewesen.

The room we were allocated on the first floor didn’t have any outside space. The pool pump didn’t seen that strong to keep the pool clean, you could see all the bugs in the water

Staff was good. Nice location.

Air conditioner was not working properly which was very necessary considering the heat. I requested for one large bed, but basically it was 2 mattresses joined. Light went off for around more than half an hour, and there was no back up.

Es kam nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Duschbrause..

Tolles Hotel mit super nettem Personal. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und uns wurde sofort ein Parkplatz zugewiesen. Die Lage ist traumhaft. 10 min. zum Strand über eine steile Treppe oder man kann auch die Straße nutzen. Das Hotel ist super in Schuss und man fühlt sich wie auf einer Zeitreise in die 60er Jahre. Grace Kelly lässt grüßen. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Aber dann buchen wir ein Zimmer nach hinten. Leider hatten wir eins zur Straße ohne Balkon. Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen und es war etwas laut. Ebenso keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher/Badesachen zu trocknen. Zum Frühstück kann man nur sagen: MEGA!!! Wir haben uns jeden Tag drauf gefreut. Lieben Dank an Francesca, Antonio, Marco und Lila

Le personnel est très agréable, certains parlent français. L'accès aux plages est à 5 min à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, copieux et très bon. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le parking le jour de notre départ pour profiter de la mer et nous avons pu prendre une douche à la réception de l'hôtel avant de reprendre la route. C'était le top du top !

Hotel au calme, sur les hauts de Finale Ligure, à 5-10 minutes à pied des plages, restaurants, commerces, arrêts de bus. Personel très accueillant et serviable parlant plusieurs langues. Belle piscine. Hôtel entouré de nombreuses plantes. Places de parc à disposition. Chambre propre. Buffet du petit-déjeuner avec grand choix de produits salés et sucrés.

La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Une solution a été proposée dès le 2e jour. Équipement de la chambre limité (pas de bouilloire, pas de petit réfrigérateur). Chambre au rez-de-chaussée (pas de vue, manque d'intimité) Piscine pas toujours propre.

The Pool needs to be cleaned. The Pool filter, if there even was one, is not doing its job at all. The pool Water was dirty.

Everything was great!

We had a great two-day stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the sea, either via the stairs or the street, and close to many restaurants with free parking place (= very important in the area where parking places hard to find). Our room was comfortable and included a practical work desk and a small terrace. The breakfast was varied and delicious, featuring also homemade bread, pastries, and jam. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Grazie mille! We hope to return one day!

Gut geführter Familienbetreb, am Hang nahe der Altstadt von Finale Ligure. Hübesche Poolterrasse, saubere Zimmer sowie bequeme Betten. Auch das Frühstück war top. Besten Dank!

Als einzigen Minuspunkt würde wir sagen, dass ein Kühlschrank und ein Balkon im Zimmer gefehlt haben. Gerade im Sommer wären beide sehr praktisch.

La struttura è piuttosto datata, confortevole ma un po’ retrò; il rapporto qualità-prezzo propende un po’ troppo sul secondo fattore (condizione ormai consolidata - purtroppo - in Liguria in particolare)

This family-run hotel is a gem. The hosts are extremely kind and look after their guests in a way that is quite rare nowadays. The entire staff is wonderful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. As a vegetarian who avoids sweet cakes at breakfast, I was delighted to find the breakfast offering to be healthy, varied, and delicious. There is something for everyone, with plenty of savoury options, vegetarian dishes, fresh fruit, melons, pineapple, and yoghurt. They even make their own lemon juice, which is a lovely touch. The service at breakfast is lovely, (thank you to the staff:-) and they make an excellent cappuccino! The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area. We didn't have a car, which was a fantastic advantage; it removed all the hassle of driving and finding parking. We enjoyed exploring the hills on foot and walking down to Finale Borgo, a beautiful medieval town. The local trains and buses are excellent. During our stay, there was a bus pass financed by the Region of Liguria that allowed us to travel around for free, making it easy to get to the lovely beaches and walks at Noli and Varigotti. When we weren't out exploring, we loved relaxing by the swimming pool with a book. Finale Ligure is a wonderful place to stay; the evenings are very lively, and the restaurants there offer a huge choice of fabulous food at prices to suit all budgets.

Personalen var så vänliga och det kändes som att de gillade sitt jobb. Jättebra frukostbuffe med hemgjorda saker. Gott kaffe. AC på rummet. Poolområdet och utsikten därifrån var fantastisk. Den lilla trädgården med bord och stolar var trevlig att hänga i på morgonen/ kvällen.

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel par rapport au centre ville . Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking et nous sommes descendus à pieds , très pratique. La piscine avec vue mer . Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, un choix énorme autant en salé et sucré et tout est fait par les cuisiniers, les gens viennent même faire le brunch le dimanche tellement c’est bon . La chambre était confortable .

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut, und hat alles gefallen! Es war Badeurlaub, vormittags konnte man schön am Pool liegen, mit Aussicht, und Drinks vom Bar genießen, nachmittags sind wir die Straße unten zum Strand gegangen - in ca. 5 min erreicht man den Strand, Promenade, es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Bars dort. Frühstück ist sehr gut und bis 11 Uhr. Das Zimmer war gute Größe, mit Balkon und in ruhigem Gegend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🖤 wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel comodo per il centro, ha un delizioso spazio giardino e un'interessante piscina. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. La camera ben tenuta, tutto molto pulito.

Die Lage war ein Traum

Es war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet

Auf dem Weg nach Frankreich und Spanien haben wir hier 1 Nacht verbracht und waren von diesem Hotel sehr angetan. Sehr gutes Frühstück, schönes Zimmer, neben der Burg gelegen mit schöner Aussicht und schnell im Zentrum von Finale Ligure

De kamer was wat klein maar functioneel ingericht.

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, das Frühstück phantastisch und das Personal sehr freundlich. Dazu kam noch der kleine hübsche Garten wo man jederzeit an einem der Tische lesen, spielen oder mit der Familie quatschen konnte. Einzig der Weg in den Ort täglich rauf und runter war für uns (82 und 73 Jahre)etwas anstrengend

It’s a family run hotel. The staff is exceptionally kind. On my last day I forgot my kindle at the hotel and they called me on my way to the station. They came by motorcycle to bring it to me, so that I wouldn’t miss my train - and that in spite of having a very busy breakfast service going on at the same time.
