Τhe location is in the center

I do not recommend this property. The listing advertises heating, but none was provided despite temperatures dropping to 0°C at night. When we informed the owner, he dismissed our concern, stating that because the central heating is controlled externally, he couldn't do anything because the weather was supposedly still fine. He then ignored our follow-up messages cause of course he knew there is no heating and it is central Coming back from the rain to a cold house with no heat made my husband and children sick, we got medicine from shopping center farmacy. He insists house is 20 degrees inside. It is up to me to decide the temperature in the house my kids sleep not him. I will file an official compaint with KkV, ECc and booking for false advertising. ​Furthermore, basic amenities were non-functional or unhygienic: ​No Working Oven: The oven didn't work, and the owner stated it would take time to fix. ​Mold Hazard: The American coffee machine was completely full of mold. ​uncomfortable: The bathroom was uncomfortable, and really small. ​Heating should not be listed as an available amenity if guests cannot use it. Inaccurate listing and unresponsive host.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de autobuses, supermercados, museos, oficina de turismo y las calles principales del pueblo. Tranquilo. Camas muy cómodas. Buen contacto con el anfitrión. Pudimos entrar un poco antes de la hora del check-in, algo que agradecemos mucho porque íbamos cargados y con una niña.

El cuarto de baño bastante más antiguo que el resto del apartamento. En la cocina apenas había sitio para dejar nada y no hay campana extractora. La limpieza puede mejorar, encontramos restos de bolsas de galletas y otras cosas debajo del sofá; el sofá además está bastante sucio.

La proximité du centre ville, commerce, restaurent, mer, transport en commun.

There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

Muy bien situado. Cerca del centro y con la parada del bus que va al aeropuerto y a Santa Claus Village casi en la puerta.

Todo muy bien, muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado, bien equipado. El trato con el propietario muy bien también.

모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 선착장과 람부뜨리에서 가깝고 한국인이 많이 찾는 맛집 바로 위였어요! 카페 바우처를 주셔서 매일 시원한 커피도 마실 수 있었습니다.

도로 소음이 있었지만 장점이 너무 많아 괜찮았습니다.

교통 편 및 시설은 좋았지만 조금 일찍 체크인 안되는게 아쉽네요

A very cozy apartment right in the city center, clean and tidy, next to the ice rink and the main street with shops. I highly recommend it—if you have a free weekend, it’s the perfect place to stay in this part of the world.

Great location, cosy inside and great views of street into town from lounge window and also the ice skating park from the bedroom window. Bedroom is very large.

The bathroom is quite difficult to use.

Ubytovanie v centre Rovaniemi, krásne, čisté, útulné. Cítili sme sa tam ako doma Vchod je zo zadnej ľavej strany, je to bočný byt. Blízko sú potraviny nonstop otvorené, nákupné centrum. Pred bytom je park, kde sa deti môžu korčuľovať, sánkovať. Zastávka autobusu bola rovno pred bytom, dalo sa z nej ísť priamo do Santa dedinky, môžte si kúpiť spiatočný lístok u vodiča, dá sa platiť kartou (2 dospelí a 14.r. sme platili 21,-), zavezie vás naspäť presne na tú istú zastávku. Treba pozerať autobus s nápisom Santa. Pokračuje potom ďalej na letisko, to už jedna cesta pre 3 osoby stala 20,-.

Sí. Muy bien ubicado. Salón y dormitorio muy actualizado y camas muy amplias. Es cierto que el espacio de almacenamiento en la casa es reducido sobre todo si viajas en temporada de invierno por el volumen de ropa que llevamos.

Baño correcto, pero no está igual de actualizado que el resto de la casa

L’appartamento è molto carino e accogliente! Centrale vicino a tutti i servizi ! Sono stati tanto gentili a farci lasciare le valige prima dell’orario di check in !

Nothing everything was perfect

I like the property itself . It has everything we need and very comfortable.

We lost our tour because the property didnt allowed us the checkin early . Or even leave our luggage . They want us to pay for full day locker storage even if we will checkin to their property after. We only need a 4 hour locker that time but they werent considerate enough to atleast let us leave luggage.
