Reviewed Apr 7, 2025You need staff with more hospitality experience to operate this hotel. The staff simply lacks this critical experience! In simple words, act more like a host to their guests rather than a debt collector running after an indebted man 😊! At least start be helping your guests with their luggage when they are checking in or out 😏.
